Not only were they still just really pleasant to work with, not pushy at all and Jasmine was just fantastic to work with. I checked the lot out alone first (it was my car being replaced) without any pressure at all, Jasmine got me a list of every car on the lot that matched what I was looking for (specifically the engine size) so I could check them out. Any questions I had, she had answers. We came back the next day with 3 specific cars to test and ended up with a newer model, moderate mileage vehicle with a great safety rating for within our budget. We had to wait for the insurance to issue a check, not a problem and they gave us a referral to have the key fob copied so we could have an extra copy. Knowing they have been in business for 20+ years is huge, being family there is no competition, they all answered questions with no pressure or condescension. It has been a week and we have zero remorse, are enjoying our car and our whole experience.

They also worked with me till I was able to get all my money together and when it come to the power work it was quick and easy! They misrepresented & lied about the condition of a car that I purchased to be shipped cross country. The car arrived with body damage, pealing window tint needing replacement, stained headliner, bad rear differential, bad wheel bearings, bad front and rear sway bars, bad bushings, bad sway bar links, bad ABS Dialogue Sensor and a steering wheel with scuff marks that were hidden with dye. I was promised I could return the car if I was not satisfied with the condition and the owner refused to honor this or take any responsibility for these issues.
