Best Ford, Salesman: Bruce,Sales Manager: Tony spent 5 hrs at this place was Left in the middle of the sales room and from time to time Bruce would come and show me prices on the vehicle I liked. I had a vehicle which I was willing to trade in. I told them what I owed on it and what I needed to get for it in order to even be interested in the Flex, Bruce told me they could work on it if I was serious about the Flex. I drove the Flex and while looking at the vehicle the passenger side rims, I noticed fresh damage on both from someone riding a curb. I pointed out these marked up rims on the vehicle, Bruce tried to tell me that it was previous damage from the past owner who traded it in. I told him that the damage wasn't on the on-line photos and had to be new. I then sat in the lobby while he asked about the rims and if they would replace them. I was introduced to Tony and he told me that an employee had damaged the rims. Bruce then told me that the price of the vehicle was going to go up $1,000 to replace the rims; I refused to pay for them as their employee damaged them and the dealership should have insurance that covers their vehicles driven by employees. Bruce then asked if I would split the difference. I again refused. They then told me they would get used rims to put on the vehicle as I was right that I shouldn't pay for their mistake. I was then told that I would pay the listed price for the vehicle and that they would pay 17, 500 for my vehicle. I agreed to the deal as I was not rolling a previous loan over. I went into the finance office and spoke with an angry man possibly named "Chris". I then went over the vehicle purchase and I noticed the price of the Flex went up $4,000. Chris told me that I had negotiated the deal and should know why the price was such. I asked to see the breakdown of the sales agreement to locate the price increase. I then learned that I was only getting 13,500 for my trade in and that they were rolling the money left to pay my previous loan into the new purchase of the flex. I then was belittled by Chris who tried to question why I thought my vehicle was worth so much. I told him that I had been offered significantly more money, at other dealerships, his response "those businesses must be going out of business" because we are giving you a great deal, Chris then left the room trying to tell me that I didn't understand numbers. Tony and Bruce entered the room and tried to tell me that they do things differently at Best Ford and that some people don't understand their way of business. I told them that just because they did things different didn't mean that they did them the right way. I then axed the deal. Bruce then asked me to look at a $45,000 brand new flex, told me they'd give me $18,000 for my truck and the diff was $27,000. Bruce and Tony went out to look at the New Flex before coming to get me. I looked at the flex closely as I was weary of all of them at this point. Bruce gave me the key and had me to check it out. I had noticed this vehicle prior to entering the dealership and had seen a flyer hanging from the rear view mirror. At this time the flyer was not visible. I opened the locked glove box and found the Flyer tucked in the glove box. the flyer said "price was $45,000 Now $40,000". In disbelieve I exited the vehicle and went back with Bruce inside. He showed numbers 45,000 for new flex, 18,000 for my trade and difference 27,000. I a flyer had been hanging on the rearview mirror earlier and was hidden in the glove box and the price of the truck was $40,000 not $45,000. Bruce claimed not to know about the price difference. Which I believe is highly unlikely; they know what their vehicles are worth. It wasn't a simple mistake, they went out of their way to take the flyer from the window and hide it in the glove box and then claimed no knowledge that the vehicle had been marked down. I bought three vehicles over a very short period of time from best ford, a new F150 that developed problems with the front transfer case intermittently wanting to engage on its own, as well as the automated cabin temperature system that would not regulate by itself. After leaving the vehicle with them on two separate occasions it was returned and I was told there was nothing wrong. I went on line and found two separate service documents (from Ford) I then went back with this information and they took my truck back and repaired both problems, I have not had a problem with these items again. I also bout a new Mustang GT and had a racing stripe package installed before being picked up. The stripes are crooked, have dirt and nicks in the film as well as wrinkles. I was told that since it was winter to bring the car back in the spring and they would be fixed. when I did bring the car back I was told that the company who installed the stripes was out of business and there was nothing they could do....sorry...:) I recently went back during ford "Tire Sale" got a quote for 4 all season tires for my truck, when I called back to make the appointment to have them installed I was told " I don't know how the service guy could have quoted you that price, we cant even get those tires for you anymore!" I can sell you different tires at a higher price if you like", I went to town fair tire! I love my Ford Vehicles but will NEVER, EVER bring them to Best Ford for service or repair and I will NEVER, EVER purchase another vehicle from Best Ford! read more

My experience with Best Ford in Nashua NH has been perfect. The two gentleman that I have dealt with are Tony Stan and Bill Haas. My purchase is an Explorer. If anyone is in the market for a Ford Vehicle, I highly recommend calling Tony or Bill first. I went to three dealers: Autofair Ford in Manchester, Ford of Londonderry, and Best in Nashua. I chose Best Ford because my experience with them was the MOST professional and they gave me a very personal experience. Tony walked up to me after we first spoke on the phone, introduced himself, asked us to wait while he closed two other deals for two younger salesman (I think he is the sales manager) and was back to us in fifteen minutes. He introduced us to Bill (lease manager I think), perfectly recalled our telephone conversation addressing all of my concerns, my wife's and had Bill showing us cars with the specific features and options we wanted to consider. They were the ONLY dealer that gave us follow up calls over the next week, they answered ALL of our questions and gave us some much needed advice, paying attention to every detail that was important to us. They were patient with us and made us feel important. THEY PROVIDED US WITH ABSOLUTE TRANSPARENCY AND DID NOT TRY TO PRESSURE US OR SELL US ON FEATURES OR MODELS THAT WERE NOT IMPORTANT TO ME OR MY WIFE. They did give us advice. They made us aware of things other customers have liked without pushing us. Basically they gave us really helpful information so we could come to a decision on our own. THEY HELPED US. first of all....I called sept 2nd to set up a diagnosis for my car. The person was very rude on the phone jumping down my throat. Sept 6 my wife took the car in to get the diagnosis. They were late taking the car when we had an appointment. They told her the problem was the thermostat that is why the check engine light is on. Well the check engine light is not on it is the emissions light. When she went to pay for the diagnosis they tried to charge her for half the payment of the thermostat without even asking her. $400 for a thermostat? Are they crazy? I priced one out $26!!!! They were exteamly rude to my wife and, have yet to produce a copy for the diagnosis for me. We will never go there again! We will drive an extra 30 miles round trip to avoid this place. read more

Recently purchased a 2015 Ford Escape S. Went in with an Internet quote from Lisa Rapoza, and she helped us out, despite the fact that I did not schedule an appointment with her. Lisa made the whole process very painless. She was very friendly and very personable. The process did take quite a long time (Through no fault of Lisa's.), however, so I'm taking off a star. Lisa was great and answered all of my questions. Beaware. Once you have a deal, they will try add another $499 to the price for a documentation fee. I ended up walking out. I guess they want you to pay a weeks salary for their office person. Do yourself a favor, ask up front for all the fees, and then negotiate. This way you will not be shocked as I was. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. Please don't ever go here. I have a 2012 ford focus SE that I had been having problems with while still under warranty. When I met the service manager, chris Caruso, he handed me a pamphlet about my car and told me to read it because the problems I thought my car had were just the way the car was supposed to run. I made an appointment to get my car inspected just in case. When I called a few days before to confirm my appointment the service manager told me once again that my car is probably fine and that it's all in the pamphlet. Once I brought my car in and the dealership did an inspection they found that my transmission and front axle were both bad. So I decided to make another appointment to have them fix my car. Since it was still under warranty, it would be free on my part. I was told my parts had been ordered for the car and they would be in on monday or tuesday, wednesday being the latest (they apparently ordered the parts the thursday prior). On Wednesday I hadn't heard from them so I called chris and left a voicemail asking if my parts had come in, leaving my name and number as well as my days off that I would be available to bring my car in. I never received a call back. That following monday and almost another full week later, I called again and a woman answered the phone telling me that the service manager was out on the field. I explained my situation to her and told her this was ridiculous thst I was told 6 days maximum and it had been almost two weeks. She looked my parts up and said they had arrived that morning and that Brian would be fixing my car. I told her my car will not pass inspection with these problems and that my inspection sticker runs out at the end of august She said she would let Brian know that it's urgent that he calls me and that I'll be hearing from him first thing tomorrow morning. I never recieved a call yet again , so two days later I had to end up calling the headquarters and filing a complaint. Once that happened, brian finally called and said he was booked all weekend, but could take my car tuesday, after a lot of angry conversation followed by brian telling me the reason it took so long was because they had ordered the wrong parts, all of the sudden the story about my car and parts had changed and he was able to take me the following day. I dropped my car off first thing in the morning and asked about the loaner car i was promised, they then told me the place they get the loaners from doesnt open for another hour, so i had no place to go and nothing to drive until over an hour later when the loaner car finally showed up. My car was fixed the following day. When I went to pick it up and asked them what they had specifically fixed in my car, they handed me the bill and said "you can read it." If I have another problem with my car, I'm driving the extra hour to concord to get it checked out. I would rather do that then drive the ten minutes to this one and be treated the way I did. Not to mention I also needed new tires and brakes and they wanted to charge me $1,000 to replace them. I honestly feel like they were purposely ignoring me because they wanted my warranty to run out so I would have to pay the thousands of dollars worth of repairs into my car. They're overpriced, greedy, inconsiderate a-holes. Please keep your hard earned money and go elsewhere. Keep in mind that I'm writing this review on 8/30.. I got my car back yesterday. It took them 3 weeks even though they knew my inspection was running out and they told me it would only take one week. Now I have to scramble to get my brakes and inspection sticker done in the next week because they took their sweet time jerking me around and treating me like garbage. read more

I've had two great experiences with Best Lincoln in Nashua. Matt D and Duncan both worked on my lease, and they were both wonderful. I have to say, I will return a third time and send anyone I can to see them. They definately earn their money and deserve every dime. I can't even say enough good about the treatment I received. The service department was also wonderful, I was a walk in for an inspection and oil change, they were getting ready for an employee meeting and were closing early, but they took my MKX and did what I needed with a wonderful attitude, and came to get me in the showroom when it was done. Manager is great, I had dealt with him before and he was just as helpful and nice. This was my second lease through Best Ford Lincoln, I Also had Matt D as my salesman the first time as well. He was just as wonderful two years ago. Treats his customers the way they should be treated. May I also mention, I have had not one problem with my Lincoln MKX, only see service for inspections and oil changes. Looking forward to a great ride with my new Lincoln MKZ! read more

I recently purchased a used vehicle from them. I asked to purchase an extended warranty and was informed the vehicle had too many miles, but rest assured it passed its hundred and whatever point inspection. As a purchaser of a used vehicle without an extended warranty I do take a "buyer beware" mentality. That said, first week the vehicle was leaking oil transaxle fluid (I think that is what it was), and also had "boots" from the front wheels became unattached, apparently something on their 100+ point check. These were covered without issue or concern, very professional. This was soon followed by an issue where the vehicle would not start $150+ for diagnostics and "reprogramming", but could not duplicate. This was later followed by a vacuum leak that cost $800 or so and still have an intermittent won't start issue. I expect issues with a used vehicle, but when I received a $5000 dollar estimate to fix my latest issue (within the first year) I choked, the reevaluated and said that they could fix it for about $4000. I spoke with service, sales, and general manager; while they did offer to work with me on a trade or some other arrangement, I was less than thrilled. I expect issues and am willing to pay repair costs and asked them to do the fix at cost, to which I was informed they were not make any money on the repair, "it is trimmed to the bone". I have received two other estimates from reputable repair facilities, both in the $1300 range, both having to go through Ford dealers for several of the proprietary parts; "trimmed to the bone", I think not. Sure, they put on the good smiles and can do attitude in sales, and are generally capable in service. There is big disconnect between the time the sale is complete and the time you really need service. The promise of satisfaction fell by the wayside and a typical repeat buyer will be the first to let people know, "buyers beware". read more

After 4 days and little to no communication from the service dept about out vehicle status we finally screamed loud enough and had our vehicle finally finished! Please make a smart choice and choose another Ford dealer for service! They were terrible. The service manager despite several attempts and messages won't even return calls. Brought my truck in to have the spark plugs replaced. Called for a quote over the phone and was told $300.00 brought the truck in and after they replaced the plugs the bill was almost $600.00. When I asked why there was such a difference in price from the quote they stated that they only quoted labor and not the actual price of the plugs. I have never had anyone quote just labor in my life. So I paid the bill and less then a week later the truck broke down. Had it towed to a another shop and found out one of the plugs had not been replaced at all and four more were loose. This caused two of the coil packs to burn out as well. Well another $725.00 and the truck is finally running correctly. When I went back to Best Ford more like Worst Ford I was told they would credit me for one plug and labor to replace one plug. Their excuse was the other mechanic replaced parts that didn't need to be replaced. When I told them that every single mechanic on the planet needs to use their own parts in order to place a warranty on his work I was told I was wrong. So my guess is if you do your own work you and have a problem you should be able to go to "Worst Ford" and have them warranty your work. So in the process of filing a small claims suit against them for work that was never completed. read more

Brought my 98 Explorer in for a recall notice on the cruise control. I made an appointment and went in a few days later. A few days after the repair had been completed, I notice that the repair had just been zip tied to my brake lines. I called and talked to the service manager. Chris I think his name was. He was rude and condescending and acted very unprofessionally. I will tell all of my family, friends, and colleagues to stay away from this place at all costs. I have purchased multiple vehicles from Best Ford within the last year and the most recent was a disaster. I bought a Mustang under UCC (used certified car) which I learned it had not been looked over as carefully as it should have when the vehicle was brought onto the lot. The vehicle was sold to me inspected and i was assured there were no issues with the car. This was not true not even a week in the car and the rear end went which they agreed to fix. The vehicle has an illegal exhaust which does not pass inspection and is now causing problems with the engine. They refused to do anything to the exhaust or the other few issues it has. The car was in their hands for over two weeks and in that time collected overspray from ongoing body work on other vehicles. When i picked the car up when they were finished repairing the rear end my temp plates had run up i was also threatened that if i did not get the car off the property that day i would be charged storage fees. I am completely unsatisfied with the service and the way i was treated. I will never purchase a vehicle from them again read more

My wife and I were looking for a third row SUV. We with four kids, we were definitely on a budget. We just returned discouraged from a bait and switch from a previous dealer when we saw a Lincoln Aviator online at Best Ford. The price was about right. We contacted the dealership and spoke with Duncan McCallum. He was very friendly and helpful. He said he would have the car ready the next day for a test drive. The car was impressive! It ran amazing! Duncan was completely upfront and honest with my wife, my father-in-law (who is a certified mechanic), and myself. The service department was also upfront with the importance of keeping up with maintenance and the reasons why. Duncan even gave us a better deal on the Aviator. Needless to say, we bought it right then and there.
