As of the time of writing this review, this place steadily holds a 2 star average. And it's easy to see why. Hyundai as a dealership is a complete dumpster fire....far as consumer experience goes, at least. Now, we have a bit of history to cover first. For context - when wifey and I first bought her Hyundai, it was from a dealership in El Paso, TX. Anyone who wants to search my review history for THAT train wreck of an experience is more than welcome to do so. But to sum up...it, too, was a less than 1 star experience. Not even buying a car can be a stress free experience with these guys. So, why were we here, you ask? Repairs. Well...if you could even call them that. Actually, there was allegedly this recall we had to get addressed per the recommendation of a Meineke store (don't ask). We schedule an appointment with Hyundai to take a look. They indicate they'll need a day or something. Only, guess what happens.. 36 hours go by before we return to the dealership to check on the car's status (yeah, no one called us). Turns out, not one mechanic had touched it or so much as even looked in that car's general direction in the last day and a half. On top of that, the guy at the counter damn near suggested they'd have to hold onto the vehicle longer till a mechanic was on shift again. They didn't have anybody scheduled for the weekend, aside from tires and oil changes. So to recap, nothing had gotten accomplished in the last two days, basically. Nobody was on schedule that could diagnose a recall. We're not even sure there WAS recall to begin with. And it's safe to assume that, due to the 4th of July weekend, we would have had to wait an insufferable 4 more days before anyone would be around to check the vehicle out. Not that it matters anyway, because it turns out there was nothing wrong with the vehicle in the first place! No check engine light, no symptoms, nothing. The only reason wifey took the car to Meineke in the first place was for a different and unrelated fault (which was fixed). Not sure where the supposed recall came from or why Hyundai agreed to take the vehicle in via a separate and ALSO unrelated auto garage's nudge. Buuutt...whatever. ¯\_( ° °)_/¯ Another aspect about this place I find wicked irritating would be their parking situation. The lot is too crowded with this inexplicably small space for guests in the front. I usually just park across the street in the Toyota lot whenever I'm forced to come here. So stupid! Oh, to add another anecdote, there was a customer there who informed us of his experiences. Long story short, this guy actually had to wait 5 whole ass weeks until he could get his car back. Aaannd...something about the dealership messing up his VIN. This place is a mess! Btw, their lobby looks dreadful with the dim lighting and whatnot. Perhaps they were attempting to reduce their electric bill, but...at what cost? I have officially banned this entire household (to include myself) from ever buying another Hyundai going forward. And I am giving this Hyundai dealership 1 pointless visit for a non-existent recall out of 5.

I understand and accept that dealerships may inspect other items during service, but what followed raised serious concerns for me. I was initially charged $153 for the oil change alone. When I questioned the amount, the service advisor who originally helped me was not available, so other employees assisted me. They immediately looked at each other in confusion and even questioned among themselves why the price was so high. When the original advisor returned and realized what we were discussing, his behavior became noticeably nervous and uncomfortable. I explained that I was already concerned because about a year earlier, my wife had taken the same vehicle to the dealership and was charged close to $500 for a wheel alignment the car supposedly needed. At the time, I believed she had been overcharged. Now, once again, I was facing what appeared to be another excessive charge. In addition to the $153 oil change, I was being quoted over $330 total due to an air filter replacement that they claimed had been damaged by rodents. After I questioned the charges and the unusual pricing was noticed by other employees as well, the advisor suddenly stated that the oil change price was "probably a computer mistake" and said he would adjust it. At that point, I also instructed them not to replace the air filter. In the end, my total bill came down to only $68. That is a massive difference from the original amount I was presented with. This experience left me seriously questioning the honesty and transparency of the service department. It also made me wonder whether the air filter was truly damaged as claimed. After this experience, I now have doubts and concerns about the recommendations being made to customers. I felt it was important to leave this review because the entire situation seemed very strange and unprofessional. Needless to say, I will be reconsidering where I take my vehicle for future service and maintenance.

I brought my 2026 CT5-V in for its first service appointment, which included routine maintenance, an alignment, tire balancing, and a safety recall update. I was initially quoted approximately two hours for the work. Instead, the appointment stretched into nearly five hours, with repeated updates of "another 45 minutes" or "about an hour" only after I checked in myself multiple times. What should have been a straightforward maintenance appointment became a complete disruption to my day. Unfortunately, the delays were only part of the issue. Immediately after leaving the dealership and getting on the highway, it was obvious the alignment and tire balance were off. I scheduled another appointment for a few days later at 7:30 AM, hoping for a quick first-in, first-out resolution. After arriving, the vehicle sat untouched for at least 30 minutes, and after roughly two more hours of waiting, I was told the car had only been "test driven" and that no issue could be found. I was then asked to ride with a technician, who acknowledged during the drive that the vehicle was in fact pulling slightly to the left. However, after returning to the dealership, I was told by the service advisor that nothing was wrong with the vehicle, the technician had done everything correctly the first time, and the car would not be put back on the alignment machine or have the tire balance rechecked. Still experiencing the issue, I contacted another GM service department. Within a short time, they found that all four tires were out of balance and that the front-left alignment was off, directly causing the vehicle to drift left at highway speeds. What frustrated me most was not just the original issue, but the repeated dismissal of a legitimate concern despite clear symptoms and confirmation during the test drive itself. Between the communication, time management, and unwillingness to properly re-evaluate the vehicle, this was by far one of the most disappointing dealership service experiences I have had. Pictures show the corrections the other dealership had to make.

Well, I waited quite a while to finally delineate my opinion regarding service at Porsche Nashua…read more Service, mind you, not sales - I have no experience in that regard. I left a top flight independent dedicated Porsche service shop when I moved and so a first priority was finding someone who could service my car and hopefully do it for a reasonable price. Since Porsche Nashua was reasonably convenient, I decided to give it a try since my prior experience at Porsche dealers service was that it was expensive but excellent. Sadly, that was decidedly not my experience here. The costs of the standard services was high and more troublingly, they weren't able to break the cost down. In fact I was told I'd have to wait some hours until they could determine the cost of a spark plug change. Which, if you're aware of the car biz, makes zero sense - these things are all delineated in a service manual. When I saw the cost of the oil for the oil change I questioned it because the quoted cost of the oil was MORE than their parts department had it listed for as a retail item. Then I questioned the spark plugs cost. Because I knew the cost for OEM spark plugs from a well known West Coast Porsche supply facility and Porsche Nashua was quoting two and a half times their cost. Which was absurd. When I called them on it they claimed that their parts department had been confused and they reduced the price. Still above what I could have ordered them for, again for OEM Porsche parts. Just to further my research before determining that I was being deliberately ripped off, I contacted two independent Porsche dealers - one in NH and one in Massachusetts. Both quoted very similar numbers for the work I was having done and both were several hundred under Porsche Nashua. Obviously, this didn't sit well. So much so that I wrote a physical letter to the head Service Manager and cc'd the guy who owned the facility (in addition to several more marques as well). The net result was ... nothing. Other than the Service Manager yelling at the guy doing the service writeup for my case. But even that wasn't enough for me to write a negative review. What WAS enough, finally, was today's experience. I decided to change my oil myself, seeing as how the experience with Nashua was so poor. What shocked me was that I couldn't free the drain plug at first, in spite of pulling very firmly. I finally had to use both hands, all my strength, and ultimately the plug started to unscrew. What did that mean? It meant that the Nashua "professionals", charging a labor rate of over 200 dollars an hour, had completely ignored the recommended torque requirements as written down by Porsche and had massively over-torqued it. So much so that when I finally unscrewed it, I couldn't get my 8 mm hex drive to release from the plug. I literally (and I'm being literal) had to fix half in a vice and beat on the other half until it flew off. And an inspection of the interior showed obvious deformation of the boy. Because ... it's aluminum. And that's why Porsche mandates torque requirements for all fasteners. So the result is that my drain plug is ruined and a new one will be necessary to seal and then refill the oil. And THAT was what finally pushed me over the edge. Not just the fact that they overcharged blatantly, not just that said several things that were, shall we say, no true, but that they also damaged parts of my car while happily charging me for the experience. I think this is the first 1 star review I might ever have given and I wondered for a bit whether 1 was appropriate or if 2 was more reasonable. But my final decision was that overcharging, misleading and mis-stating, with over damage merits a 1.

I know they have a reputation for super slow service here, but appointments for freon refills should be same day. Even though I knew that my car just needed freon, I was being charged a comprehensive diagnosis fee of over $200. After waiting 2 hours to hear that my car was out of freon like I told them, they then wanted to charge me over $540 to fill it! Despite the fact that I know I can get it for a fraction of that price at a different provider two towns awat, at least I got the comprehensive diagnostic, right?... WRONG! I asked if there was a leak in my system and they had no idea because they don't diagnose that until after the freon is filled?! So why did I pay over $200 for a comprehensive diagnostic report when zero diagnostics were done? No test results OF ANY KIND were given to me or emailed either. I told them there was no freon and I was right... Shouldn't you pay me $200 for doing your job? I bought this car at Best Ford and it's clear that they don't backup the quality of their service. Then because I wouldn't be able to make it back to pick up my car before closing, they have a lockbox system so I could grab my keys to get my car without waiting 2 days for them to open again. But I didn't get the lockbox code texted to me like the rep said I would get right away because he admitted that he accidentally sent it to the wrong phone number! So my lockbox code with my car keys was sent to someone else who could have easily shown up, grabbed my keys and stolen my car and the belongings inside of it. All because the rep was careless with my personal information and too lazy to change the code to something other than 0001! So the problem that I made an appointment for was not fixed, I paid over $200 to have a 4-hour inconvenience on my one day off work and it put my personal property in danger.... I should just challenge the credit card charge because I literally received absolutely no product or service. Let's see how they like processing fees getting raised if I don't get my refund. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!
