But I don't want to drag my heels; People who are even the least bit curious, or grabbed at all, when seeking this business, Jayne, or this type of therapy - GO ALL IN. Thank you Jayne!! 12/16/20 I'm a 48-year-old male and have done so many different modalities of therapy to deal with some self-limiting beliefs, that were crippling me in one-way shape or form for the past 20 years. It was getting to the point where I didn't think anything was going to work. The new theme song for me was, "why bother, I've tried it all. It's hopeless." Talk therapy (most recently CBT), which I did for two years, twice a week religiously, was nice but it became very frustrating because it wasn't breaking through to my subconscious (where all my self -limiting beliefs were screaming at me). Jayne is wonderful for anyone dealing with recurring issues that they just can't seem to shake. I was a little hesitant about the "hypnosis" part, as I assumed that I couldn't be hypnotized. Since meeting Jayne and continuing with hypnosis therapy for almost two months now, my life has improved drastically. Where do I begin? I have been studying metaphysics, the laws of the universe, etc. for over 15 years. My life truly reflects my growth. I've been able to accomplish most of my hearts desires from financially to attracting my dream girl being in a wonderful relationship as we travel the world together. My life has been a real fairytale up to this point. However, just recently someone closest to me suddenly passed away. I caught myself falling into stages of depression not wanting to continue to grow in all areas of my life. My business started to suffer as did my income. I noticed there were blocks/unresolved deeply rooted subconscious beliefs I had not worked through yet and my life was reflecting it. After the loss of my loved one I made a conscious decision to apply all my efforts, energy, and intention towards a new industry yet caught myself procrastinating along with creating excuses after excuses as to why I wouldn't or couldn't take action. I realized with all my growth and years of experience I can obviously overcome these blocks and attract what I need in order to get to the top of this new chosen path but I decided to speed up my learning curve, remove limiting beliefs, and seek a hypnotherapist. I researched and researched for several months if not longer. There were several variables that were important to me when choosing the right fit for I just didn't want anyone messing with my subconscious as I've grown to learn through experience this is where your success or lack there of reside. Here are a few questions I've asked during my research for I needed someone specific and I was NOT going at this to test it out or doubting it's ability to work. I went in with a clear intention to remove limiting beliefs so that I may duplicate in a new industry within a short amount of time what took me several years to do elsewhere. I was serious about my evolution. Here are a few questions I asked: How long have they been practicing? Which techniques do they use? How tailored is their hypnosis towards my specific needs? Do they practice NLP? Do they incorporate Time Line therapy? Do they find the root of the effects taking place in my life? Do they get to the main cause? Do they see my blind spots I perhaps am unable to detect? How do others rate this therapist? Reviews? Do they speak my language of metaphysics? Are they of higher level of consciousness? You'll notice I did NOT ask if the hypnotherapist was cheap in price. I've always learned when purchasing exotic cars and homes one didn't ask for the cheapest price for they knew the value and worth. So if you're looking for the cheapest, perhaps this is a limiting belief within itself. For when it comes to my dreams and goals I refused to sell myself short. I believe I deserve the best and I am willing to pay. However, Jayne was definitely reasonable and beyond worth the investment. Jayne Goldman, exceeded my expectations. I went to Jayne almost three weeks ago. I need to lose weight, and I have a new job where I am sitting all day. I really, really hate to exercise. Jayne suggested I start walking at least three times a week. Ugh!! In my first session I didn't believe I was actually hypnotized, though I was really relaxed. Jayne's voice was so soothing. The next day I went for a walk after dinner with my husband. Then two days later I said lets go for a walk. I have suffered from severe anxiety attacks/ panic attacks for more then 4 years, but just 2 months ago, my anxiety attacks got worse to the point I couldn't drive anymore, go to work anymore, I couldn't even drive to the corner of the street because I automatically got anxiety. I went from hospitals to psychiatrists trying to take different anxiety pills but the medications will only help me when I got the anxiety attacks but after the effect of the pill went away from my system, I would get anxiety again. My anxiety limited me from my daily activities, I didn't know what to do anymore. I am a 53 year old 'former' heavy drinker. I started drinking at the age of 14, drinking so heavily my very first time, that I fully blacked out and woke up in a puddle of vomit.
