What a great new addition to Lake Oswego. Great product line ... friendly staff and top of line lasers. Finally found a top of the line med-spa that didn't cut corners. Being familiar with what lasers truly are the best I'm glad you did not cut corners. My first photo facial gave me the results of 3 that I have had in one treatment. Obagee is a line I have used for years along with their peels. If great skin is what your after this is the place to accomplish all in one quality med-spa. I was extremely happy with the results of the fillers and technique, the botox results were exceptional. I have been using fillers and botox for years, and Dr. Kahn really knows what he is doing. Although Nichole was pleasant and attentive, and took her time with me, I returned home to find that my lashes had stiffened and crinkled. They actually looked shorter and some were missing. I can only assume that the product was bad, or applied incorrectly. I am very sad because I am leaving in vacation next week looking terrible. I have been here twice so far and have enjoyed the services thoroughly. Both treatments were provided by Lindsey who is super nice and very knowledgeable. I had a facial and massage that was incredibly luxurious and relaxing. She sent me home with some samples of the products she used on me based on my concerns and i found that my skin improved significantly so I decided to switch skin care lines! I also went in for laser hair removal. I was a bit nervous but found the experience to be quick, easy and painless. After a year long run with lash extensions, I had finally had enough. I purchased a Groupon, and I went into Z Clinic for my first ever lash lift and tint in September. Amy did an amazing job. My short and incredibly straight lashes looked beautiful. There was a bit of a mishap my second appointment, and after I expressed some concern, Amy stepped up to the plate once again to ensure that I was fully satisfied with my results AND my experience. I went in a few days ago and got an Obagi peel. Once again, A+ service from Amy. She is a delight, and I will be returning to Z Clinic because of her superb work and her dedication to making sure that her clients leave happy. A friend of mine told me about Z Clinic and I decided to check it out with her when I was visiting. I have pretty high expectations when someone works on my face/body (as anyone should) so I can be a little hesitant when checking out a new place, but this was totally worth it. I scheduled a facial/microdermabrasion with Lindsey, she did an AWESOME job. The entire experience was very relaxing, I never felt hassled or rushed. She was extremely informative on skin care and gave me some good tips. My skin looked AMAZING afterwards, just super smooth and glowing. I went here to get my face did. It's old and tired and needed a lot of hydration or something, i don't know what. I moved to the NW from the bay area and in a few, short months my face got really dry. I made an appt at Z Clinic for a facial. I am not familiar with all the kinds of choices out there so I just told Lauren (one of the staff) what was going on with my skin and let her decide the best course of action. She put about 20 different things on my face, hydrating things, exfoliating things, etc and repeat. All the products smelled so good and she explained the product line. I think this is the main reason to go to Z (because it is a bit spendy, but the product line is worth it). They use Eminence Organic. It's all natural, organic stuff that works just as it does in nature (kinda like biomimickry for your facial needs, for those of you who know what i'm talking about). Anyway, this is how it's described · Free of parabens, sodium lauryl sulfate and other harsh chemicals;Certifications by Demeter International, BioKontroll, USDA-Oregon Tilth and USDA-ASCO; Best of Green Award winner for the best environmental practices in the industry;Hand-made, cruelty-free without mass production for over 50 years. --seriously, what's not to love about that? My face feels healthy again and even though it was pricey, I ended up buying a couple of skin care basics. BTW, there was no pressure to buy products like other spas do. I was just sold. I asked Lauren to recommend something things and that I was on a budget. She suggested an cleanser and a heavy lotion that I could dilute with water a little bit on my hand for daytime use. Anyway, she was great, a great listener and recommended just what i asked for...funny too bc she looks so young but she's knowledgeable about the products, the science behind them and explained things as she was applying them to my face. My best friend told me about the Z clinic in lake Oswego. I scheduled a appointment and when I arrived, the receptionist was very friendly and also knew my name and welcomed me. I filled out the paperwork and was seated in a very nice exam room. I waited for just a minute, no longer. Zafar Khan was the doctor that saw me that day. I was very surprised how he came right in and spent time with me, explaining what was going on with my right lung and what we could do about it together. Together, as a team, what! doctors do not say this, they pop in for 30 seconds than pop out and someone else takes over. His treatment plan worked excellent, he called me him self again working together to get me well. Very refreshing when you meet Zafar, you like him right away. he is very pleasant and kind, yet here it comes wait for it. CARING. I haven't seen this is a doctor for 20 plus years. I've been going to Z clinic for a few months now and every time I leave my facial appointments I feel so refreshed and know that I'm one step closer to reaching my goal. I usually get my facials done with Amy but all the other girls are so sweet. Also each girl puts their time and makes sure you are satisfied. I recommend z clinic to all my friends, you won't regret it and in my opinion the prices are reasonable compared to other spas and clinics I have seen in the past. Went in for a lash lift from finding a deal on Groupon. However, only the lashes of my left eye were curled, those of the other wasn't. So, I've been curling my lashes every day since receiving this lift, just so that my lashes look similar to each other. Also, wasn't going to mention this, but it seems as if the people here don't appreciate those who come with Groupon deals. As soon as the treatment was over, and it was time to check out, I told the lady, who had done my lift, that I would like to redeem my Groupon deal, and she looked very disappointed--which I can understand to an extent, but this blonde lady besides her began sneering and shooting rude expressions at me, my mother, and grandmother. I mean, if it hadn't been for Groupon I wouldn't have known about the place at all, and if the service and level of respect was fairly decent, I would come again--but it wasn't, and I'm advising my friends to get their lash lifts done elsewhere. read more

I visited Dr. Khan for a medical skin issue and his examination was incredibly thorough. He was very knowledgeable and asked many questions in order to aid in the diagnosis, and gave me suggestions for things to do. It was a little strange going to a family doctor in a lobby that feels like a beauty salon, but Dr. Khan is a first-rate medical doctor who took a lot of time to discuss and alleviate my concerns. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a doctor, he is very caring and the price for an uninsured patient is amazing ($70 for the visit). read more

Not so much. They have good specials and that is nice. But they don't take enough time to understand what you need, instead trying to sell you expensive products. And the doctor missed a spot with my Botox that I specifically pointed out, and when I went back a couple weeks later he charged me for the touch up- almost as much as my original visit! My new doctor is a bit more expensive but completely worth it- she is a dermatologist and this guy is internal medicine, plus the care and service are much better. My experience with the Z Clinic and Dr. Khan was extremely unpleasant, as well as unprofessional. I scheduled an appointment for 12/21/2016 to get Botox for my "11" lines in-between my brows. Prior to this appointment I had 2 previous Botox treatments from other providers with great results and very positive experiences. With that said, I knew that I wanted to get 20 units of Botox injections placed in the area in-between my brows. On the day of my appointment with Dr. Khan I showed up to the clinic 15 minutes early because I knew as a new patient that I would have some paperwork to fill out. However, Dr. Khan and his staff did not show up to open the clinic until 10:05 am. They did apologize for being 5 minutes late and I do understand that things happen so it was no big deal. As I was filling out my paperwork I told my husband who had come along with me, that I thought it was odd that there was no place on the forms to list current medications that the patient was on. Again, though I did not think much of it. On the forms, I listed that I had received prior Botox injections in-between the brows and when I met with the Dr. Khan I specifically stated that was the main area of focus for me. When in the room he did verbally ask me if I was on any medications and I did verbally tell him the medications I was on. He injected me with 20 units and I noticed that he placed more injections along the brow line than what I had received from the 2 other providers who seemed to place more of the injections in-between the brows and above. As I was checking out with Dr. Khan, I asked him again if the injections would remove my "11" lines and he assured me that he covered that area well. After a few days went by, I noticed that more of my forehead had the "frozen" affect, and although the Botox clearly worked a great deal on my "11" lines in-between my brows, I still had faint lines when I scowled that typically in the past were completely resolved after Botox. I decided to call the Dr. on 12/27/2016 to see if he would be able to resolve the lines with a couple additional units of Botox placed in the correct muscles. When I spoke with the receptionist she told me that they had a 3:00pm appointment and that she could not tell me if that additional units would be complimentary. At this point, I was not willing to spend any more money because in my opinion it was not placed right. I told her that I could not do the 3:00pm appointment but that I wanted to stop by and see if he could at least tell me if he would be able to make the adjustment free of charge on the following day at 10:00am. She said to come in after 1:00pm. When I arrived at 1:00pm the Dr. was not at the office and the 2 receptionists said he was not going to be in all day and that "he had worked all night." One of them proceeded to call him and overall my husband and I got a suspicious feeling that they were lying. Again, I stated that I simply wanted to know if it was worth my time to drive back the following day, because if the Dr. wasn't going to be able to make a minimal adjustment complimentary, than I wasn't going to come back. They said that they couldn't give me an answer and that I would simply need to come at 10:00am tomorrow. On 12/28/16 I showed up to the clinic at 9:55am. The Dr. did not even arrive to the clinic until 10:25am. My appointment was scheduled for 10:00am. At this point, I was very frustrated about his lack of promptness but nonetheless I was happy because surely he was going to fix the problem. When I was called into the room at 10:30am I proceeded to tell him my concerns and that I wanted to know if he could simply add 1-2 additional units in-between my brows to fully resolve my "11" lines. He told me that clearly the Botox had taken affect (which yes it had made significant improvements, but I was not as satisfied as I had been in the past) and that if I wanted any other improvements I would have to pay for 10 additional units and that he would not do 1-2 units complimentary. I told him that I was not willing to pay as I thought that his placement of the injections did not focus on the area that I had initially told him I wanted resolved and that my forehead had more of the "frozen" affect than in-between my brows. He than told me that I had received a "good deal" as the Botox cost $9 per unit. At that point I decided to leave and told him that it was not a good deal if the client didn't get the problem area resolved that I had initially told him was my main area of focus. Overall, his repeated lack of promptness and unwillingness to resolve a simple issue was a completely negative experience and I have learned my lesson that a "good deal" is definitely not worth it if the doctor isn't going to listen to what the patient is wanting. I highly recommend going elsewhere. read more

In my opinion, the owner and other employees are not friendly at all. They barely acknowledged that I was there and gave no eye contact. I smile at the esthetician walking through the door and they look away with this entitled look on their face..ew. Maybe because I came in dressed in Workout clothes? Maybe because I'm black?...It's always a little weird when the person that is about to work on your face acts snobby and arrogant (even though she was clearly a new employee). read more

I was very self conscious and nervous to have the service performed but once I met Lauren she made me feel so comfortable and at ease about everything that I feel silly for being so nervous in the first place. Been going to Z Clinic to get facials for the past 6 mos and had to write a review since my results have been amazing. I'm in my early 30s and have been trying to take better care of my skin. Lauren at Z Clinic has turned my face around! Last week Lauren gave me a Hydrafacial. This is a brand nee machine that is all about immediate results. The clinic is nice and the facial made a huge difference for my skin. Lauren is fantastic, she took her time and is very knowledgable about skin and gave me a great facial. The hydrafacial is more about results than relaxation, but I still found myself very relaxed throughout the process. My skin never felt more clean and I could tell I was thoroughly exfoliated with zero downtime. I will continue to get these facials from Lauren since I know she'll do a great job & my skin has never looked better! I highly recommend trying the Hydrafacial if you've never had one. You'll definitely see improvement and will be happy with the result! read more
