I also had requested four other quotes and this was the cheapest of the five by quite a bit. He was super friendly over the phone and was able to set up an appointment for the next morning. I had lost my last set of keys for my Nissan Xterra. He showed up right on time. About 20 minutes later I had a car key and the remote. He took care of everything that I needed. I should've suspected something was not right when I called Best Locksmith explaining that my anti theft device The Club is locked and I've lost my key to The Club. He couldn't understand what is the anti theft device, The Club. I called Best Locksmith at 4:42pm, was told to text them my address. It was 7PM, and still they never showed up. At 7:33pm I texted letting them know it was late and that I want an appointment for the next day at 9:30am. They said 9am, and they were not there today at 9AM. At 9:24AM I called to check on the status, they said the technician was finishing up a job and I'm next in line. 11AM, still, no show. I called again after 11:26AM, and I was told that I didn't picked up my phone and the technician wouldn't be there if I don't pick up the phone. When I complained about it, the lady allegedly said that I didn't picked up my phone yesterday, and I told them that no-one called me yesterday. My cell phone doesn't show a missed call for yesterday. They said that today I didn't picked up the phone. I told them I set up my cell phone that if someone is not on my contact list my phone goes to voicemail, and no employee of theirs left a voicemail. I set up Best Locksmith on my contact list to make sure I get a call from them. I've wasted hours waiting for a locksmith, but this company is so unprofessional. It's ashame a family member highly recommended this company. I was very disappointed to get poor service from this company. You can't depend on them when you need them the most. Previous review was four stars due to the great work that Best Locksmith provided, but I'm updating my review due to enhanced customer service from Rafeal's call earlier today. When I initially called, Rafeal thought I needed to have my locks changed in a rush and he really did make that happen. If that's what I needed the price charged would have been fair and the service exemplary. After reading my first review Rafeal realized that it wasn't rush service that I needed so he took the time to call me to offer excellent customer service. He called to explain what had happened and offered a refund to make my charges coincide with my expectations. Overall very good. I submitted online quote and received a call within the hour. I was able to make an appointment for the following week. The gentleman came during the given time window and provided a quote. He gave a great outline of options, and we did not feel pressured to choose anything. Ultimately, we decided to go for high security lock (a change), one-sided deadbolt (completely new installation), three high security keys (one provided for free with the lock purchase). A security deposit was required at that time, because of the locks we chose, and they would need to return the next day to install. Pablo arrived the following day to install during the time window provided. Installation took approximately one hour. Pablo was super nice and respectful, offered to clean area of wood particles after! Everything has been great so far, its been a week with our new locks. Our only slight issue was that online it does state a 10% discount with booking services online, however, we forgot to remind during the first visit...totally our mistake. When I made mention the second day with Pable, he followed up with the office (again he was super nice, and did not seem put out by the inquiry). I was told that the high security lock chosen did not qualify, so only a slight discount was given on the one-sided deadbolt. Ultimately, on a $500+ bill we were given a $5 discount. This was not a biggie, we were getting services anyways and probably would have just used the discount toward more keys, but would have been nice. We definitely recommend services! read more

Outstanding service. I left my keys in a different state, and didn't realize it until I got to my car in the Love Field parking lot around 8 PM on Sunday. Fortunately, I had a blank key/fob combo from the internet (the old one was nearly broken in half).
