I went with A Star based on Yelp reviews and a personal recommendation and we were very pleased. We just closed on our new home and needed the locks rekeyed quickly as appliances had been stolen while the home was on the market and we didn't want anything to happen once the home was in our name. I called Rafael in the early afternoon and was able to get an appointment for 6:30 that evening. He offered to give an estimate for free and his prices were very competitive. We had him rekey 3 locks, replace the nice front door set for a very reasonable price, and replaced a broken doorknob in the garage. He was 15 minutes early and very friendly/courteous. He charged a $25 service fee and the per lock price was exactly what he quoted. He even knocked off the price of the new doorknob and offered to make my husband a second key to his car (he had lost his spare).
