best lock smith my butt. this is the worst place ever. i needed a copy of my key desperately so i called the night before to make sure it is 24/7. i know their store won't be 24/7 so i called to ask when are they open. they response was 'we can send someone to the store for you' ok great i will be there at 9:30 in the morning. we exchanged thanks and hung up. the next morning. I arrived at 9:30 am exactly. and guess what the door says 'we will be right back'. confused I called again. really really hard to understand his accent but what i got from that phone call of bad attitude is 'we are all booked today you are not worth us opening the store even if you need a copy of your key go somewhere else' i work from 10 am to 11:30 pm. so waking up early is really hard and going out of my way before work is even harder. that's why i was very grateful for them to open early for me. but agreeing and the backing out when I already got there. That is terrible customer service. everyone who gave them a 5 star is probably opening their car doors or some doors but making keys. I would suggest you go somewhere else too just like what they said. don't expect them to have any special treatment for you. valuable lesson learned. read more

we wanted to change our locks to a high security locks, did a little bit orf research and found MulTlock is a very secure and good brand, we contact Best Locksmith and asked for more information, the dispatch was very nice and offered to send Ben to give us an estimate on site, Ben arrived right on time, explained and demonstrated the MT5 which is the newer version of the high sercurity locks, we were very impressed and decided to change 3 locks to this brand, we will definately recommended to any customer that wants to feel secure in their own house, this locks can't be picked and keys can't be copied without our permission which is perfect. Ben is some sort of lock wizard. I'm a mechanic and I got stuck out of my car, with electronic problems with the key fob. Can I give 10 stars? It's rare to get this level of customer service. I was panicked, realizing that I was coming back into town in the middle of the night with no way to get into my new home because I'd not brought my keys. From Los Angeles, I contacted Best Locksmith and Ben talked me through the options, prices, etc. and then assured me I'd have a technician waiting for me at 11:45pm when I arrived home from airport. Flight delayed! Emailed Ben and he responded super quick that it didn't matter if I got in at 2am or 4am, someone would meet me there. So... at about 2am... I finally get home and realize that a door had inadvertently been left open, and I didn't need a locksmith after all. But Ben's guy had just driven all the way out to Melissa at 2am! I offered to pay but they were not having any of it. So long story short.
