Charcuterie boards can be so boring and stale if not thoughtfully designed, and obviously the freshness of the ingredients is of utmost importance. Too often with charcuterie boards you get that refrigerated taste/smell from something that's been sitting uncovered in a fridge for too long. But these boards were super-well-wrapped until time to eat. There is clearly a lot of care put into each board, and so many beautiful, quality ingredients. These particular grazing boards had a variety of 4 cheeses (like a pistachio crusted goat cheese, sharp cheddars, brie, and habanero pepper), 2 meats (salami arranged like a rose and capicola on the side), a handful of nuts (pistachios or almonds), salty cornichons or olives, plump fruit (raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, and grapes), wafer-y crackers, a piece of foil-wrapped chocolate, and a tiny glass jar of local honey or jam. And a sprinkling of vibrant, edible flower petals. It's really very pretty, bountiful, and colorful. See my photos! I'd say these specific boards are a great size for 2-4 people to share. The Art of Grazing's website has all the info on their different boards.. lots of sizes, crudités or cheeses or meats or combos, holiday themes and specials. Looks like they host classes and events, too. Flight nights, brunch boards with mimosas, that sort of thing. Love it. They're in a cute little spot in Southside Fort Worth. And a women-owned business!

They were very nice, it was ready in time, and all the items on the board were delicious. I'd highly recommend placing an order with them. The food presentation was so pretty and it came on a nice slate board, which I can reuse.

This place is the best!! Who doesn't love olive oil?…read more My mom and I decided to stop in because why not, and now I'm wondering why I haven't been in before. We were immediately greeted by Charles who was wonderful, told us how everything works, and showed us the layout. There's a ton of wonderful olive oils of different intensities, some infused with flavors like basil, lemon, garlic... some that are spicy.. and then all kinds of balsamic vinegars as well. There's also pasta made from scratch, olives and tapenade, gourmet jellies, etc. Cookbooks, beautiful cutting boards, salt blocks. And there's also a whole line of bath & body goodies made from their olive oils. Soaps, lotions, lip balm, body butter, and more. Everything looks and smells so good! I was thrilled to see several gluten free pasta options, and the best part is they cost the same as the traditional. That never happens!! I bought two bags (only $8.50 each) and I cannot wait to cook and eat them. I picked out a few gifts for my aunt (shop local, people), including a small bottle of basil infused olive oil for only $14 and a beautiful lemon linguine. Staff will get samples for you if you want to taste anything, and they'll also fill up your bottle of oil or vinegar for you. Everyone was wearing masks and using hand sanitizer. I already have ideas for more gifts I want to get, so I'll definitely be back soon. And if anyone wants to be buy ME a present, I'd loce pretty much anything from this shop!

You truly cannot find this level of quality in any other type of store. They bottle what you select on site. Many of the olive oils are flavored with various spices from cardamom to cayenne. Likewise for the Balsamics. I am a purist, and addicted to the traditional balsamic vinegar, aged 18 years. My wife loves the Santorini oregano white balsamic vinegar. There are very few places where you can find a robust olive oil, but they have them here, and they are worth a taste.
