Pearla was kind enough to accept me at the last minute, even for a full set of acrylic. She has such a great attention to detail and was so fun to talk to during the time she did my nails. We then ventured to meet Maddie in the waiting/lounge area. She was as AMAZING! Not only was she helpful with answering all of our questions, but really made our private lounge experience phenomenal! She made sure our decorations were all ready, our food was served, and any needs were met as we enjoyed our experience! The waiting/lounge area was relaxing and comfortable. It was nice to sit in a welcoming environment while waiting for our facials. It was stocked with anything and everything a lady could need like fresh water, restroom essentials, and a calming relaxing space. My facial was done by Tirzah. She was so knowledgeable about my skin and walked me through my service. She did such a wonderful job! We booked the private lounge area and were able to decorate for our birthday girl.
