To be fair, I think the nail tech genuinely tried to shape them well, but the final result just wasn't what I expected. This is my third time giving this salon a chance, and each visit has left me feeling disappointed with what I paid for. The hard gel manicure was $60 for a basic color, and I'm honestly glad I didn't spend the additional $10-$15 for chrome or cat-eye designs. For the price, I was hoping for a much cleaner and more polished finish.

Before I even had a chance to sit down, I was asked to show my nail design. I showed a photo of a colorful, detailed set I wanted for my birthday--each nail with a different sardine design. Instead of discussing it or offering options, the nail tech immediately shook her head and said "no, too busy," implying it would take too long. I was willing to wait and pay for the service (and tip), but after sitting there another 20 minutes, the owner herself looked at my design and said it would take too long. She even exaggerated that if she did my nails, they'd be there until 9pm--despite the salon closing at 7 and my appointment being at 5. The owner also asked if I had a simpler backup design I'd be willing to do. I didn't--I came in for a specific birthday set. At that point, I decided to leave. What was supposed to be a fun girls day turned into a frustrating experience, and my sister also chose not to get her service because of how things were handled. I understand being busy, but the way this was handled felt dismissive and unprofessional. If certain designs can't be accommodated, that should be communicated clearly when booking--not after the customer arrives and waits.

She is incredibly fast, does an amazing job shaping my nails, and consistently delivers great results. I always get builder gel on top of my natural nails. She offers gel x and builder gel. The retention is crazy. The last time I was here my nails were at 4 1/2 weeks with no lift. Note: cuticle care is an additional charge and you will have to request for it. The salon is always clean, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. They do accept walk-ins, which is very convenient. However, if you'd like to work with a specific nail artist, especially Amy, I recommend calling ahead to schedule an appointment. Highly recommend this salon and Amy!

They greeted us immediately upon entering and made us comfortable. We had requested the spa pedi so once escorted to the pedi area and seated, we were given a lovely glass of sparkling wine. Since Mother's Day is coming up, we were also given pink roses. Michelle and Anna did the pedicures. They were excellent techs and chatted with us throughout the whole pedi. They really made the experience even more special. I feel like I should also comment on the cleanliness of the salon. It was *impeccable*. Not even a bit of dust in the corners. I really love her speedyness but it seems quite busy today so she was rushing and distracted most of the time. I know her art and nail work is awesome but I think she can do a lot better if she slows down and take her time. I love my 2nd set nails from her. I gave her an inspiration example of what I wanted. She do business so expected you to know what color you wanted from her book. She doesn't really help or guide you what to get even if you show her an example. No one is perfect but by far, i know she's still my favorite nail tech so far.

Upon entering you're greeted by their receptionist who has all the keys to the gel nail kingdom and by that I mean all the nail tech schedules. I was a walk in, no appointment and the majority of the tech were busy with clients. One client was getting what I call the Hollywood treatment. She had two nail techs working on her at the same time. That's my kinda pampering. I did have to wait about 40 minutes. No problem because I kept myself busy looking through their books trying to pick a color. I was having a hard time, going back and forth picking the right lilac, purple mauve cat eye glass color. You just never know if it's going to be dark enough or the correct shade. I picked my color and was taken care of in the back. I will say this place needs to do little more vacuuming as nail dust was everywhere. They do a lot at this salon. Eyebrows, eyelashes, hair shampoo massage and of course all these pedicure chairs and nail tables. My lady was older with great head of grey hair. She was quick and very savvy with the magnet. I loved the way she filed and shaped my nails. I like the curve. The only way to tip is by cash or Venmo which I don't do. What the receptionist suggested was go to Walgreens (a very short email away) and get some cash back, so I did. Tip: make an appointment or you'll be waiting an hour or so. I didn't have an appointment but they happily got me started for my pedicure. They provided a wide selection of color options and made sure I was able to find the one I came in looking for. I got the regular pedicure and was impressed! They took their time and even gave a fantastic massage. I will for sure be coming back for my next pedicure!
