This used to be my regular spot and something changed a long the way. I was never happy with my nails and I felt they couldn't get the shape right. I went some where else when I moved southwest and my nails looked great. I moved back to green valley and decided to give them another chance. I had consistent issues with my nails breaking. I don't know if they changed their product but I never had issues with my nails breaking and I now that I left I don't have that problem. My moms friend also was having difficulties with her nail and had to leave. I liked these people a lot and hope they can fix it! Not a bad place to go for a pedicure or maybe gel nails but if your getting acrylic I would not recommend them! read more

Ivy is great! The place is clean and the techs are courteous. The only draw back is the smell of nail salon, I dont know if it is the acetone but it is strong. An exhaust fan or opening a door will help but with the cool air outside it might not a good idea. Overall it was not a bad experience. read more

They had a wide variety of colors and I didn't even have to wait more than 5 mins! Which I loved!! As far as the cleanliness goes the salon was pretty clean. I didn't see anything crazy. Very happy I dropped in for a quick mani/pedi. I was in this shopping center on other business and thought I'd check if Best Nails had availability for mani/pedi. Yes, they accommodated me and it was a lovely experience. The staff was friendly, efficient and prices reasonable. My primary take away being their attention to cleanliness, plus all new equipment, chairs, tables, etc.. Each of the pedicure chairs has massage capabilities and are brand new. The tubs at the chairs have a plastic insert which is changed out after each use... Like I said cleanliness. The tubs being just one example of attention to detail. Imagine my green nails from fungus. My gel manicures never lasted more than 10 days so I switched to acrylic nails for the summer. Huge mistake. Nice people but just made a bad situation worse. My feet didn't end up much better even though I was paying for the "deluxe" pedicure. Screw the convenience - never again! read more

If I could 0 stars I would. Worst paint job ever, even after putting 4 coats and it smudging because it's not able to dry the lady just put a glob of polish over the spot and after I told her to take it off and just redo the nail, she yelled at me and just put a BASE COAT as a top coat. read more

New in town...decided to Walk In and try Best Nails as its close to home. Had amazing pedicure by 'Kelly' !!

I gave 5 stars because I really like this place. It is clean, open, bright and airy. My mom took me for my first time and I've been back twice since then. Each time I was seated immediately. I have never been into getting pedicures on the regular but the prices are so great I can't beat it now that I've been introduced to Best Nails. My heels always feel brand new and the chairs are super relaxing. The nail techs are pretty quiet and sometimes speak to each other in a different language while working but other than that it is a great experience. read more

A couple of my close coworkers started getting gel nail polish and I liked the way it looked and how long it lasted. After calling several salons I selected Best Nails on Horizon Ridge. I can grow my nails long however they are very thin and prone to tearing so I got builder gel which is a clear slightly thicker gel product then the polish which strengthens the nail but does not lift or make the nail look thick like acrylic does. Gel polish is then applied for long lasting color. Fast forward 5 or so years and I have followed my nail tech Phong up to their new Anthem location. He always does a spectacular job, I've never been disappointed in his work and will stay a loyal customer. The salon itself is beautiful, clean and the staff is very friendly.
