Been here twice just for pedicure. Both times I've just walked in around noon and they've sat me right away. The staff is all friendly, and they actually try to have a conversation with you instead of awkwardly talking to each other the entire time. My toes always turn out nice, one time the girl apologized she forgot the bottom coat and she redid the two toes she realized she forgot. The music is good, which I find important if I'm sitting for a long period of time. The tv always has entertaining shows to watch, not just the news lol. So overall, I will continue coming here for my pedis :) read more

So I came in on a Sunday around 2:30ish with my boys being that during the week is busy with school and daycare so I decided to get a pedicure after doing laundry and when I sat in the chair the gentlemen told me it would be ten more mins so he could finish his lunch no problem I'm in no rush prior to him coming back he didn't ask which service I wanted he auto assu I wanted a basic pedicure being that I'm obviously a single black mother I was instantly annoyed and made a mental note to never patronize this establishment again my money spends just like everyone else black white or purple and it's so said that we as blacks will always be discriminated against no matter what. read more

No stars here if only I could pick no stars. I just had my nails done last night and they look like little chicklit gum pieces glued onto my fingertips. They are awful. They are crooked, uneven, bumpy, not painted well and completely awful looking. They don't look good, natural or Like anything I've ever had done on my fingers before. She also ripped my skin near my nails. Do not go to this place! I tried to tell the lady that they looked this way and she did not agree with me. Then she charged me $45. I'm trying to get my money back and nobody is answering the phone. Ugh so annoying !!! read more

The owner is very nice. My Gel nails started chipping after 4 days by day 5 four of my gel nails are chipping. I will not be back. Gels should last at least 2 weeks my nails are chipping like regular nail paint not good. read more

Me and some one my classmates got out of class early and decided to all get pedicures and found this place. The staff was AMAZING. They were extremely nice and so fun to be around. They were busy when we walked in and still made us feel so welcome and accommodated us. They made sure me and all my friend were taken care of and got us everything we needed even while we were waiting to get our pedicures. The pedicures were also amazing! This is the only nail salon I use, everyone there is so friendly and fast!! The new owner, Tina Lee, is masterful at her craft!! My nails NEVER chip, break or lift and she does a perfect full set of cat eyes coffin gel nails in less than an hour when I need to get the kids from school, I swear she could do nails in her sleep. I just moved to Henderson. Two of my sisters and I went to get full sets and pedicures. The pedicures went wonderfully, but the nails were horrible. She says that she has been doing this for over 20 years but the acrylic was lumpy and I left with acrylic all over my fingers. She had someone waiting for her and I was there pretty late so I went back the next day to ask her to fix it since I paid $98 + $10 tip for my daughters nail painting ($8), my full set($55), and my Pedicure ($35) but she said there was nothing wrong with my acrylic and that I just had dry cuticles. She then proceeded to hack at my cuticles with clippers and I just left very upset. I would never go there again or advise anyone else to go there. She is a horrible nail tech. We also saw a mouse in the nail salon when we went, and the next day when I asked her to fix the nails, she told me that she bought something from Lowes for the mouse problem, but that they couldn't find the mouse. My sisters also hated their nails and had lifting and even lost a nail 2 days later. They need to take away her license. I have made an appointment somewhere else to get the fixed. read more

Went here after a friend recommended it. I need to call her and ask why. Color selection wasn't very good and they use cheap products. I finally settled on a color I and was told they didn't have it in the regular polish just gel, but could find something similar for my toes (i don't do gel on my toes) that was fine. acrylic fill service was fine. Pedicurist was very rough. He asked if I'd like my nails clipped which I did and he clipped them so short and roughly he hit my skin and caused me to Yelp in pain more than once. The massage however was pretty decent. What irritated me and why I won't be back is what happened at the end of the service. They finished my pedi and basically bum rushed me out of there. There was no one waiting and it was hours before closing. My toes weren't dry and I smudged one and had to have them do it again. They fixed it and I asked if I could please sit and wait for them to try and AGAIN they rushed me out. It's not like I was taking space from other customers. Just super rude. Additionally the color I chose was not a polish but a polish with chrome powder- I had never seen this before and it was fine but they never mentioned until check out it was $10 extra. If they had mentioned that up top when they mentioned they didn't have a matching color for my toes I would have chosen something else. So rude customer service, extra charges, painful service, being rushed out and a crappy selection of low quality products- I don't need to return. read more

I normally never give a bad review, but today was my first time trying this place (out of desparation because Avenue Nails was closed), and it was aweful. I told the lady that I wanted my nails filled with black gel. She spent 2 full hours thinning them as much as possible even after telling her 3 times they were too thin. The acrilic didn't even cover the whole nail on two of them, and the same issue with the polish. This is the part that pushed me to write this review. .. She tells me "I DO 2 NAIL FO YOU WITH SPARKLE IT LOOK PRETTY", so I said okay. She put six... SIX UNNECESSARY layers of GEL on my nails and then charges me 38 dollars for a damn fill with gel including two designs for the sparkles that she offered! So later I call back and ask what they charge for a fill with gel just to see what they would say and they tell me $30... NO WONDER YOU GUYS HAVE NO BUSINESS!! read more

OMG. I received the worst pedicure and acrylic on my toes. I don't know what circus I walked into today but it was a hot mess. The pedicure didn't have the blue water or the proper solution in it(noticed after the fact) the pedicure could have been done better my pooch. I didn't get a nail cleaning, scrubbing. Just a mediocre cuticle cut and mishappened nailed. Then I requested to have acrylic put on my big toes. This was the best part of the nightmare. Too thick, not shaped well and made one of my toes look deformed. Then we added gel nail polish which that looked thick and old. The polish looked like it was applied by someone's mouth. Thick and uneven on my toes. Some toes were t even fully covered with the polish . No way would I have ever had my feet out in public looking like this trash. NEVER! This is supposed to be a professional place. It has gone sooooo down hill. That's what I get for not waiting for my fav tech at another location. This was plane piss poor service, lazy service, poor product and unskilled on sooo many levels. And yes, there were safety violation made here today. I expressed my concern and removed the garbage off my feet as well as myself. Save you time, your money and gas. Lazy and inexperienced is guaranteed here. A possible infection? Yup! Was my first time getting a pedicure and manicure. 75% of my heel was smoothed and the twinning 25% was still rough and cracked skin so this was a bad job. My manicure was great and got a clear coat of hell for an extra 10$ on top of the 15$ they charge for manicure but today is the 4th day after my manicure and they told me gel last longer but it is already peeling off. Wish it was good but this is bad. I would want my money back! read more

I asked for acrylic and was told half way through getting the clear coat paint on that "You dont need acrylic it will dry your nails" in short, You will be ignored and OVER-CHARGED. 30$ for a job i couldve done better at home! I went there last minute closest nail salon and they were terrible I went in got a gel Fill The lady up charged me so much for an ombré I paid 65$ yes for a fill and mind you she discounted 10$ because she saw I was not happy about the price . I left in a hurry because I had things to do and when I got home I noticed my nails were lop sided three days later my gel polish was peeling off and had to get a whole new set 5 days later because they were cracking so bad I called and let them know for them to tell me I had to pay 20$ .
