Another customer driving the same make, model, and color vehicle arrived shortly after me and parked in the lane next to mine. The service door was still locked when we arrived. Once it was opened, the other customer entered before I did. I waited patiently for my turn to check in. According to Walmart's appointment confirmation, appointments are held for 15 minutes, and I was concerned about losing my scheduled appointment while employees spent an extended amount of time checking in the other customer because they were unable to locate his tires. I was finally checked in at 7:14 AM. After taking a seat in the waiting area, I periodically checked on the status of my vehicle. I noticed that work on my vehicle did not begin until approximately 8:20 AM, after the other customer's vehicle had already been completed and checked out. I contacted customer service to ask why enough technicians had not been scheduled to accommodate multiple 7:00 AM appointments. If both of us had appointments, there should have been adequate staffing to service both customers in a timely manner. If the other customer did not have an appointment, then customers with scheduled appointments should have been prioritized. I ultimately did not leave until approximately 9:50 AM, nearly three hours after my scheduled appointment time. During my wait, I contacted customer service twice regarding the delays. When my vehicle was finally completed, the tires were covered in mounting lubricant and appeared unfinished. I returned inside to express my concerns, and staff informed me that the substance was simply tire lubricant and offered to wipe it off, which they did. I have included photos. My biggest concern is not the quality of the tires themselves but the lack of respect for customers' time. Based on my experience, I would recommend obtaining a tire quote from Walmart and then taking that quote to a competitor that offers price matching. I will not be returning for future tire service. If you do not mind waiting three to four hours for a tire installation despite having a scheduled appointment, Walmart may be a suitable option. If your time is valuable, I recommend considering other businesses that honor appointment times more effectively.

My wife hit a pothole and destroyed two tires and bent two rims. I took the car to them and they honored the road hazard warranty. I don't have to tell most of you that a lot of businesses do their best to avoid honoring them. They did a great job with the repairs and they had it done in a little over 24 hours. I was thrilled! After that repair, I took my old truck in because the steering was too loose and the heater wasn't working properly. They were unable to fix the heater, but they fixed the front end very quickly. The repairs are done well, the prices have been very reasonable and they don't waste your time. I will be back.

They called me after the oil change to let me know that I needed to replace the part, I paid over $430 after that service, but my check engine light was still on so they had me bring the car back in. They gave me another estimate of over $400 for another issue. Paid the money, and my check engine light was still on. I took the car in for a third time, and they tried to tell me that there was another issue that was going to cost me over $350. So at this point, I have taken three days off of work to get my car serviced, I have dropped almost a grand in "work", and my check engine light is still on. When I told them I couldn't afford the latest fix, they still tried to charge me $90 when I picked up my car, don't know what it was for because they immediately said not to worry about it when questioned. I have spent over $10,000 at this shop, and this was the last dime they'll see from me. And my car's check engine light is still on, so disappointed.
