I've always had a great experience here, but this last time not so much. The food and service were fine, but it's what happened when it was time to pay. So, I threw some money on a cash app card for meal and tip, but it declined. Turns out I had locked the card thinking I was unlocking it. So, I gave them my bank card, but the magnetic strip has been acting up-hence, the Cash App card remedy. Well, she manages to input manually, I sign a receipt with a subtotal and add a 35% tip. All is well-until I see the pending charge on my account...the one before they finalize the receipt with what I wrote in. She ran my card and chose her own 20% tip. Never presented me with a new receipt that showed the same. We were a party of 2. It just doesn't sit well with me & I've dined here several times. Stopped in one evening for pho - we were delighted to find this place! Our waiter was very patient with us and our two kids, and friendly. The food was out very quick and it was very flavorful! worst establishment in Clarksville. incredibly incompetent staff, horrible parking and shady business practices. This place will let you order online, allow you to submit your order and take a tip then quietly cancel your order while you're waiting in the lobby with staff telling you "your food is almost finished". mind you, this is all after the projected Pick Up time. the best of it all? They won't even give you your money back. Time and money wasted and not one staff member could understand how the situation didn't make sense. There are other, much better Pho places in the city. Great Pho, what looks to be good sushi, and far above average hibachi style staples. Spacious and well lit, great service, and prices that are more than fair especially as of late. I had the tofu/vegan pho and the broth was delicious, the tofu cooked perfectly. My wife had the chicken teriyaki and I tried a bite (sooo good). When I went in for a second bite I was denied (she liked it even more than me). A lot of solid appetizer options and good prices too (had the steamed shrimp dumplings but forgot to take a picture). So glad I saw this place had opened. They say they've been open 3 weeks. Also saw on Facebook that the owners are the same as Pho King in town. I've eaten at pho king, this place is BETTER Calamari is nice, I prefer the lower tentacles section. It was slightly chewy as well. The pho was great. The portions were HUGE. The inside is nice. Hard to believe it was once a bank. I think they may do outdoor seating eventually. Server was very helpful and on top of refills on our drinks. We will go back to try more items. Huge huge huge menu with lots to choose from. It's more fusion than mom and pop Vietnamese but it was really good and inexpensive. The Bahn Mi had reallllly good pork in it and the bread was really nice as well. The bento box my mom ordered was absolutely huge and packed with food as well. Overall everything was amazing. I enjoy places also that have different bobas like Vietnamese coffee boba or horchata boba. Huge selection of boba and fruit teas. WOW. Just wow. This is hands down the most flavorful, delicious, and fresh pho I've ever had in Clarksville tn. The broth was subtle and light but had flavor. The ingredients were so fresh and the chicken was tender. I added chili oil to mine for some spice along with lime, bean sprouts and the mint. chefs kiss. Perfection. As an Asian man, I've been looking all around Clarksville for good pho. After being disappointed everywhere I've been in Clarksville and Nashville, I randomly found this place. I was skeptical because the menu items were all misspelled and they have a wide variety of food options (Chinese/Japanese/Korean/Vietnamese) which generally means that the food won't be authentic. Miso ramen was my favorite and my table and I loved the boba drinks which was a must! Service was awesome with our waiter checking on us and refilling our waters. My partner and I eat here at least once a week for lunch, and it has NEVER disappointed us!! I wish I knew the name of the woman that waits on us because she is so nice and attentive. The soup is delicious, and the ginger dressing is the best we can find.
