This place is a hidden gem! It's not very big so visiting at a slower time is recommended. The food is fantastic and the servers friendly. It seems to be a family run restaurant serving hibachi, Japanese and Vietnamese cuisine. Our friends also have rave reviews for Zen Garden. We like it more than Akita and there is no comparison to the food quality compared to Hananoki. You won't have the personal hibachi experience here, but it is not missed. read more

This place is extremely close so if I have an immediate craving and want to avoid going to exit 4 on I-24 for Vietnamese food this place will fill the bill. It is nice and great for family dining. Parking is not a problem either. So now to the food critique of what we had. The first one was beef pho. The broth had too much of a cinnamon flavor for my taste and was also a little too sweet. The amount of noodles was great compared to other pho places in Clarksville. The beef also seemed to be of lower quality. The second entree was the vegetable tempura. No complaints as the tempura was excellent. The vegetable variety was good although the absence of sweet potato a bit surprising as it was definitely missed. Finally, We had the brown sugar boba tea. While tasty some of the boba was undercooked in the middle. Overall my rating is a strong 3. The service on par with others so nothing to raise this a 4. Worth another visit just to try different entrees. read more

We had heard bit of buzz about this new Vietnamese restaurant and we decided to gave it a try tonight. It was excellent! I haven't had Goi Cuon in several years and theirs was very good. It was my first time trying Com Suon and I was not disappointed. It was a nice mix of sweet and tangy and spicy and the freshness of the vegetables really balanced everything out. My wife was also very pleased with the Mi Xao. They have a variety of teas and boba drinks to choose from and ours were worth the visit in and of itself. In addition to the Vietnamese items they also have some Japanese selections. I definitely want to return and try the hibachi and the pho looked good too. I wish the ambiance had not been quite so harsh with the bright lighting, however the food and the service are definitely worth giving this place a try. read more

This little hole in the wall is easy to miss, but you really don't want to miss it. This is a hidden gem that will make your day better. We are fans of Vietnamese food and love Pho and of course a good Bahn Mi. Well fans, this place has the best Bahn Mi sandwich I have ever eaten. The pork is a little different than traditional red pork but better in my opinion. Slightly sweet and balanced perfectly with the pickled veggies, jalapeno and cilantro. The french roll is toasted just right and remains crunchy throughout the meal. It comes as just a sandwich or with fries. They were an excellent compliment with a salty finish.
