During the booking and planning process, Ryan was responsive and great at communicating and explaining his services. We ended up wanting to bring our own photo props to the wedding and we wanted to design our own photo frames and Ryan was accommodating and was able to walk us through the process. During the event, he was able to direct our guests at the photobooth, and to print a copy for each of our guests and an additional copy for us. After the wedding, he also provided us with a digital copy of all the photos. Our photobooth services were enjoyed and praised by many of our guests. Viral booth made a guest appearance at a recent Yelp Elite event in Anaheim, so my girlfriend and I were all for silly faces and stunning model poses. I mean who else is going to capture all our fierceness?! :P And of course... There was a roped off section and red carpet entrance towards the photo booth. How fabulous! Truly a glamorous affair. Props were available to add character to the photo session, but unlike the traditional photo-booth where space may restrict the amount of people featured in a photo, this was an open air experience allowing groups of individuals to pile in on the fun. Yet, the main distinguishing feature that really impressed me was the incorporation of social media into the equation. Directly after striking three poses, we were given the option to either email the photos to ourselves, post it on facebook or twitter on top of the two copies of photo strips. Yes! A hard and soft copy. That's a winner to me :)

The photo strips came out adorable, and I love that they give you little sleeves to put them in so they don't get messed up. Such a nice little touch! The whole process is super quick and easy. You choose how you want your photos to look, take a total of 8 pictures, and then pick your favorite 4 for the final photo strip. Reviewing and approving the layout for the photo strip was also a breeze. There was no complaint or backlash when we kept making small requests to change the layout. Smile Big showed up early for the event and had everything set up ahead of schedule. They were also very nice in accommodating the long line at the booth after the designated stop time. The photo booth was solid and the pictures came out quickly. There was a screen on the outside of the box that would rotate through all the photos that have been taken that day which was nice. Richard took my sister's pregnancy photo that I was using for her baby shower and created a coordinating border for the photobooth picture printouts with the words I wanted printed on it. He give me lots of options to choose from, so if you don't want it to match to your theme/invitations, he is up for creating whatever you want. The pricing was incredibly reasonable. If it's higher than anything else you have looked at, it's probably because they offer much higher quality. Since my sister missed her baby shower because her water broke only hours before the party started, she loved the fact that she was able to see all the pictures taken.
