This place is absolute trash I bought a car from them I put 7000 down on a 10000 dollars car after I signed the contract they raised the price to 12000 then a week after I get the car I notice the headlight is out and the brakes were sqweeking I contacted Victor several times to let him know what was going on all he had to say was oh the service department hasn't contacted you by the time they contacted me they told me that the 30 grace period was up and that I had to pay them 100 dollars just for them to look at my car for a headlight and the brakes that they told me when I bought the car were replaced since then my transmission is going out the check engine light is on and there's no dipstick for my transmission fluid not to mention the ac don't work this is only 2 months after buying the car I reached out to Victor and he had his service guy fill out a report to fix the issues but now avoids my texts and calls do not buy from this piece of shit people there garbage read more

So I went there with my wife hoping to get a car everything seemed good we left and he said to call him at 2pm the next day and he would let us know if we got approved. So I called him at 2pm and he was busy with someone witch is fine and he said he would call back in 30 mins. 2 hours later still no call back so I called and he hasn't even started a single thing and he had all day! By the way we dealt with a guy called Alfonso. So he said give him 30 more mins and he would let me know. 1 hour later still notting so I texted him and he just didn't care! Definitely the worst dealership I've ever been to at least other places will tell you no your not approved instead he just ignored my texts and calls! I bought a car at this dealer almost 2 months ago, and a week later they gave me the car with a damaged fog light. They told me that they had ordered the fog light and that in a few days they would let me know when it arrives (they would call me), and tell me about a place to install it. Which they never did. I had to call the dealer so many times to get an answer, and every time they would tell me the same thing, that they would reach the mechanic maintenance guy and call me back which they never did. I decided to go there directly, I asked for the fog light and as I assumed, it was already there and they didn't even bother to call me. I understand that they weren't able to do it on time because they could be busy for whatever reason because I know i'm not their only costumer there but when I arrived at the dealer that day, most of the employees were using their phones and from what I saw, nothing related to work, but of course they had time for that but not to call me to let me know that happened with the fog light, right? The funny thing is that when they finally made an appointment for me with a mechanic, and I'm already there, the man realized that the light was from an accord, not a civic (my car). Which obviously makes me very upset because I've waiting more than a month and it's only been excuses, wasting my time and gas because of going here and there to the dealer to nothing. I text right away to the person who actually sold me the car, and I explain to him about that mistake they made with the part and he just tells me that he ordered the part, that he spoke with the general manager about the problem, and he would call me later to give me more follow-ups about the order of the "correct" part he ordered for my car, which he never did because since that day had been almost 2 weeks that have passed and throughout those days I've been texting to him and he doesn't even bother to reply me back and i'm still having my fog light broken and can't pass my inspection because of this. This is a really ridiculous situation, horrible costumer service, if I had known that this dealer treats their customers like this, I'd have gone elsewhere to buy a car. just nowNEW This is Definitely the worst place to deal with month after purchasing a truck on highway very bad vibration and wobble they had me take into there mechanic on May 10th to sit there being moved from parking spot to parking spot did work on it 2 days but had it for over 2 weeks many calls and going back to dealer to see what the hell is going on with no idea or care on timing its taking finally mechanic admitted no idea what's wrong after replacing shocks and other parts so said to have it sent to a dodge dealer yet still stay at mechanics for 2 more days since he didn't replace a part he told the dealer he did...mind you I have tracker an gps in the truck so I know when work been done finally on May 28 they picked it up and brought to dodge on the 31st dodge said the tires are the issue because they were cheap and no mounted properly so back to Firestone tires for a new set been there 2 days because the boss man was on vacation and couldn't confirm the work on the trucl for new tires its now June 4th and told Monday tires will be in and will be put ok the truck unfurkingaccepable haven't been able to work since truck been in yet have payment. I'm in the market for a used SUV. Stopped by to look at their inventory. Their salesmen pressured me to come inside their office assuring me they could give me the best deal on any car in their lot. Told them what I was willing to pay per month and they were adamant that they could give the BEST price and hit that no problem. I usually don't fall for this stuff but had some time so what the hell, right? Well, they got me to test drive a 2009 Honda pilot touring edition with 64k on it. Loved the car but they refused to tell me the price after asking multiple times. Usual stuff. They Wanted to know how much for my trade(or how much I would sell it to a member of my family:-) ) after all said and done and 1 hour later they came back with a monthly payment that was $100 more than I originally stated and for 84 month period, WHAT? They finally told me the price of the car.... $29000. Well, you could get a certified 2011 Touring edition (loaded) with 50k miles for $29000. They carry nice vehicles but be careful and do your homework. read more
