    So I went there with my wife hoping to get a car everything seemed good we left and he said to call him at 2pm the next day and he would let us know if we got approved. So I called him at 2pm and he was busy with someone witch is fine and he said he would call back in 30 mins. 2 hours later still no call back so I called and he hasn't even started a single thing and he had all day! By the way we dealt with a guy called Alfonso. So he said give him 30 more mins and he would let me know. 1 hour later still notting so I texted him and he just didn't care! Definitely the worst dealership I've ever been to at least other places will tell you no your not approved instead he just ignored my texts and calls! So I definitely don't recommend this place to anyone they do not care about there customers one bit!

    I bought a car at this dealer almost 2 months ago, and a week later they gave me the car with a damaged fog light. They told me that they had ordered the fog light and that in a few days they would let me know when it arrives (they would call me), and tell me about a place to install it. Which they never did. I had to call the dealer so many times to get an answer, and every time they would tell me the same thing, that they would reach the mechanic maintenance guy and call me back which they never did. I decided to go there directly, I asked for the fog light and as I assumed, it was already there and they didn't even bother to call me. I understand that they weren't able to do it on time because they could be busy for whatever reason because I know i'm not their only costumer there but when I arrived at the dealer that day, most of the employees were using their phones and from what I saw, nothing related to work, but of course they had time for that but not to call me to let me know that happened with the fog light, right? The funny thing is that when they finally made an appointment for me with a mechanic, and I'm already there, the man realized that the light was from an accord, not a civic (my car). Which obviously makes me very upset because I've waiting more than a month and it's only been excuses, wasting my time and gas because of going here and there to the dealer to nothing. I text right away to the person who actually sold me the car, and I explain to him about that mistake they made with the part and he just tells me that he ordered the part, that he spoke with the general manager about the problem, and he would call me later to give me more follow-ups about the order of the "correct" part he ordered for my car, which he never did because since that day had been almost 2 weeks that have passed and throughout those days I've been texting to him and he doesn't even bother to reply me back and i'm still having my fog light broken and can't pass my inspection because of this. This is a really ridiculous situation, horrible costumer service, if I had known that this dealer treats their customers like this, I'd have gone elsewhere to buy a car. If I would be able to give 0 stars I would.

    I give them a thousand stars. Edy and Hairo helped us out so much!! When they say no credit/bad credit no problem. It's really just that NO PROBLEM. Was able to get a car no problem at all! Looking for a family owned car dealership I recommend BEST PRICE AUTO SALES all the way!! Will definitely go to them again. Thanks guys.

    This place is pathetic. They are all a bunch of liars! This is definately not the place to go if…read moreyou want to buy a vehicle. They give false information and guarantees. I drove 30 mins. to purchase a specific vehicle from them on a friday. I drove the vehicle and it had a few quirks which I was told could be fixed while I waited. I proceeded to tell them that I need this vehicle asap please. Well 2 hours later with all paperwork signed, They proceed to tell me I cannot take possesion until monday by Noon. I took off 5 days to buy a vehicle and get stuff done to it...alarm, tint, rims,tires etc. I had appointments set up. Today is monday and the time is 2:00 p.m. and I still have no truck and they havent even left to deliver it. I have now missed my appointments. Their attitude through this whole process was ohh well. The time is now 5:00 p.m. dec 23,2013. I just called hughes back to let them know that since they could not live up to their end of the deal that I want the deal cancelled. I do not have possesion of the new vehicle. They proceed to tell me to go f**k myself and that they own my car now and that if I try to get my title they will have me arrested. I have called the finance company and had the deal cancelled. called my insurance and had that part cancelled. I have also called the methuen police who will escort me there tomorrow to pick up my title. That is of course After I file my report on the threats that were made to me. The police say they have had multiple complaints on this shady buisness anyway.

It took them 2 weeks to finalize a deal that they promised me would be done in 48 hours or less. Add to take numerous days off of work to go there for them to tell me to wait a few more days and to just be patient. Went to have some things serviced on the truck and nothing got done almost like they brought it in the garage looked at it and then turned it around no repairs were made. These guys are scam artists and I hope that no one makes the same mistake I made.

If you want a dealership that leaves you hanging on their every word, look no further. My first few gripes? I let them slide -- I wanted the car. But after this experience? I would NEVER go back. We agreed on a price, but somewhere along the way, the doc fee mysteriously jumped up by $100. I pointed it out (credit to the one kid there who was actually decent) -- he said "No problem, we'll fix that." Cool. Then I had to wait around for 2-3 hours to sign the paperwork -- because they only had one finance person on duty, and she was busy with another customer. The other finance person had called out sick, so I just sat there, waiting. Again -- I'm patient. But when we finally get to the paperwork... surprise: they never fixed the doc fee. My fault for missing it during signing -- but not exactly a confidence booster. Dropped off my $10,000 down payment check the next morning. They told me the car should be ready later that day. Great! Except... nothing. The next day? "Oh sorry, the registration person is out sick." Fair enough. But funny thing -- they still cashed my $10,000 check. I go to the dealership in person. "You can cash my $10,000 check but you can't register my car?" They suddenly scramble to "handle it." After several insincere apologies and another 3-4 hours of waiting, the car is finally ready. I'm visibly annoyed, moving my stuff from my old car -- which they generously gave me $1,000 for (I regret even trading it in). Finally, the manager comes out -- the first sincere apology I got -- gives me his number, says to call if I need anything. Fast forward -- car fails inspection for emissions. Turns out the battery is from 2020 (same year as the car), not new like I was led to believe. I call the manager -- he says he'll call me back in 10-15 mins. Never does. Now the fun part: after driving the car for a few days, I started noticing weird noises. At first, my mechanic thought it might be pulleys related to the turbo -- but to be safe, I scheduled an appointment so they could put it on the lift and check it more thoroughly. When they did, they heard additional noises coming from the transfer case and transmission. Nothing catastrophic yet -- but concerning enough that they referred me to a transmission specialist to take a deeper look. I figured -- hey, I'll try one more time -- the manager DID say "call me if you need anything," right? I call him -- he immediately asks if the check engine light is on (it's not) -- and basically tells me "we don't do anything for noises." Lovely. He texts me later saying it's still under Ford warranty (gee, thanks). Meanwhile, I'm doing some digging -- turns out the Buyer's Guide lists a warranty but with zero actual info on it. I had to formally request the warranty details (which should have been provided at purchase), along with the details of the extended warranty I paid for. That was last Wednesday. No response Thursday. Reminded them Friday. It's now Tuesday -- still nothing. And just to top it all off -- they didn't even bother resetting the oil life indicator. After supposedly changing the oil as part of their prep, the car is already showing 8% oil life. Just the cherry on top of an experience that truly screams attention to detail. Summary: If you love doing your own warranty research, chasing managers for info, discovering surprise fees, and hearing "we don't do anything for noises" after dropping $10K -- THIS is the place for you. Me? Never again.

    When I buy a car from here they say I have 4 time oil change are free or till 20,000 Miles . But…read moretoday is my third time to oil change and they already charge me. Well I'm not sure I will keep come here for service or buy car. Promises and trust are essential, but I tried trusting them and they didn't keep their promises. Remember, if you buy a car here, they will promise you many things, but they won't actually tell you the truth. And when I buy a new car they say they can give me a shirt and hat but I never got anything .

    Title: Formal Complaint - Misrepresentation and Unresolved Vehicle Issues…read more I am filing this complaint regarding my purchase of a 2016 Kia from Dracut's Car Connection on July 15, 2025. Since the date of purchase, I have experienced repeated mechanical issues, including the check engine light returning multiple times despite numerous visits to their shop. I was informed by Frank, the owner, that certain repairs were not covered under the warranty, requiring me to pay out of pocket for parts and even travel five hours to Massachusetts to obtain one myself. Despite these efforts, the same issue persists, and the vehicle remains unreliable. Additionally, the dealership refused to provide an itemized receipt for the work allegedly performed, and I have evidence that my signature was forged on certain documents. I believe the vehicle's defects were known prior to sale and intentionally concealed. I am requesting that this matter be formally investigated, and that appropriate action be taken against Dracut's Car Connection for misrepresentation, possible forgery, and failure to honor warranty obligations. They sat at the DMV for 3 hours while we registered it (long story). There were a few minor things that we wanted fixed on the car and they were more than happy to do so. They also came down on the price to make the deal work for all of us. Frank was a pleasure to work with and incredibly fast getting the loan approved, as well as his right hand men who were so patient and great. It was a 10/10 experience working with this business. We HIGHLY recommend them!!!

    I have been a LOYAL customer of Comm VW SERVICE for a couple decades+ because I have generally had…read morean overall positive (although somewhat expensive!) experience. Today I had my annual vehicle inspection performed. I felt like I was shook down. I was told "all was ok with my vehicle"* besides the need to replace the front wipers; otherwise, my vehicle would FAIL inspection due to a TINY oh so small streak on the windshield when the wipers & spray were operated. Absurd is a good word to describe the situation. The wipers were FINE--I'm a freak about having a clean windshield and I do periodically replace the wipers AS NEEDED. Moral of the story: Check your wipers and clean them if necessary before having your vehicle inspected at Comm VW. I travel by Colonial VW in Medford during my commute and I'm thinking they may receive a visit from me for my soon approaching 130K service. (So much for MY loyalty!!). *I was told "all was ok" with my vehicle BEFORE it was driven away to be inspected--WTF? It appears an onsite "replacement parts" inspection was done first and that's when my wipers failed, but why was I told "all was ok" BEFORE my vehicle was inspected? P.S. I arrived at 8:25 A.M. and was told 20 or so minutes. I left around 9:40 A.M.
