I called in…read moreWednesday to see what the problem was and was told the driver said the giant dumpster was moved. The dumpster wasn't moved and it was where the driver placed it last. I called later in the evening to find out why they still didn't dump it and an ***hole named Angelica answers and starts a debate with me about how a person can moved that dumpster and overtaking me with some sassy voice which made me have to get off my square with her. Then the fool backtracks and says the driver found the dumper but the sand was soft so he had trouble getting the truck in. This is a lie. There is an entrance with a locked gate that has soft sand but the main entrance has no issues. This is a new property we have been fixing up so there's all sorts of trucks there and I've been having construction dumpsters placed on the property since August 2023 when I bought it. So this fool Angelica tells me have the tenant call her. I called her immediately back with the tenant on the phone - my tenant is a woman who is 5'2" by the way, and this fool still maintains a weird debate about the tenant 'could have' moved the dumpster. The whole time the fool is talking to me like I'm her boyfriend in a dysfunctional relationship to the point I had to tell her to check her tone and watch how she was talking to me. I told her I want the days past tuesday prorated since they didn't pick up the trash and she told me no. Then told us a dumpster would be there tomorrow to dump the trash. I hung up on her because I was getting nowhere on the phone, apologize to my tenant for stepping off of my square and called my attorney and told her about what happened. He asked me if I recorded the conversation and I did not but he wanted pictures and wanted to see what they would do the next day. Thursday - today -9:40pm. My tenant text me when she gets home from work and tells me Burrtec still did not dump the trash. I asked her to take a video and that's what I will be posting below and giving to my attorney. This Angelica fool (And I'm being nice using that word) needs to be fired. And we'll be hitting up the Burtecc executive division tomorrow afternoon and we are looking for competitors if they are in barstow. There is no reason I should have to fight with someone who answers the phone about my trash on my property being dumped. The clowns even sent me a text today saving that I have my next bill coming up. Guess they will get their money with the same expediency and professionalism I am getting my trash dumped.

I arrived a little after 3:45 PM before closing, but was denied service. If the actual cutoff time is earlier than what's posted, it would be helpful and more respectful to customers' time to clearly state that. A notice indicating a 3:45 PM cutoff would help avoid confusion and unnecessary trips.
