I needed to get a few packages taped up prior to taking them to the counter and they had plenty of room for me to spread out and do so. When I was ready to ship the employee at the counter was very friendly and ensured my boxes were secured with enough tape. Definitely a location I would visit again if needed.

I realize after reading some of the reviews that there was problems with the previous owner and he was very, very sharp with people and antagonized some of them when they were looking for a little helping, addressing their needs, but I can attest that every employee that works in this shop goes above and beyond to assist their customers. They discarded the tape rolls around the apartment as if it was a waste disposal basket. They put our sofas back as a toddler would put a toy back together. And honestly a toddler would had done a better job. The movers were negligent and extremely unprofessional. They took cigarette breaks lengthening the moving process and transferring the smell inside the space and around our belongings.One of the crew members was extremely rude and arrogant. He took our tree and banged it against the door when moving it out. Slammed the roll of black bags on the floor. He could have care less for the job he was performing. Because we paid for professional, white-glove service, we expect items to be handled with extreme care. The carelessness of the staff has resulted in leaving us with a very sour experience and it was totally the opposite of what was denoted to us in our initial conversation and in the reviews. After I dropped off my clothes, I thought about browsing the store but that was a lost cause. The checkout line was so long. It looked like people were buying whole wardrobes. So I just left. Once I started unpacking boxes and moving items out of my garage, I found significant damage. One antique table that belonged to my grandmother has clearly been mishandled. There are two places where there were shreds of wood on the corner. I was unpacking boxes that were supposed to be books they packed, and I got about halfway through one box and discovered that they threw two glass shadowbox frames in with the books. One of them was shattered. Thankfully it was the one I hadn't yet filled with photos. The other one would have been disastrous since it had photos of my dad who recently passed away. Even novice movers know you don't put glass frames at the bottom of a box of books!!!! I'm seriously afraid to see what else got damaged in the numerous boxes I have yet to unpack. It's pathetic.
