It's that time of year again and I reached out for the same reason. I called to see if they would put 11 pieces to the side for us and the owner himself answered the phone even while on vacation! He said to just call the morning of, and make sure there were enough and I could pick them up the same day. I called to have them placed to the side and Kumar who answered the phone was so great! He said there were enough in stock. We weren't able to pick them up the same day as planned but we swung by the following day and they were still available. Thank the Lord! When I walked in Kumar greeted me politely and I told him I was the tardy customer who called for the cardboard pick up the day before. He was very kind and went to check and see if there 11 in stock which there were. He had someone take them to the driveway to be loaded into the back of our truck where my husband was waiting to load. We were in and out in less than 5 min! I spent a lot of time online price shopping and you will NOT find a better price. If you can pick it up yourself and live locally, this is the place to purchase cardboard or moving supplies.Their customer service is the BEST too. He's always so nice, quick to scan all my Amazon returns as sometimes I do show up with several packages. We usually have small chit chat. There's another familiar face that I see a lot of but I don't know her name. She's a younger, blonde female & I think she's the manager. I do see lots of new familiar faces at other times. Not sure if they float over from other locations but I always prefer to deal with Chris. There have been times I've dropped off letters to go out in the mail but they take a little longer than the post office as this isn't their main service. I like the location of this UPS being that it's right next door to Smith's that I will run into often after dropping off my Amazon returns. However, no one ever answered or returned my calls when I tried to confirm if early pickup was possible. The real issue came after drop-off. We returned the truck exactly at the agreed-upon time and parked it in the same spot we picked it up from, keys locked in the drop box as instructed. The next morning, I got a frantic call saying the truck was "missing." I explained where we left it, but the woman insisted she couldn't find it anywhere on the lot. When I asked if she had checked the lockbox, she admitted she hadn't -- then said she'd call back if there were any issues. I never heard from her again. No apology, no confirmation that the truck was indeed there -- nothing. It was very unprofessional and stressful thinking a U-Haul truck might be missing under my name. Clearly, she hadn't looked properly before calling. If you're renting from this place, make sure to take lots of photos to confirm that you actually returned the truck.

The area where this facility is located isn't the best but you would never know it. Upon entering when your passcode is entered at the entrance it automatically lets your personal alarm know that when the unit is opened it is YOU opening it and not someone else. Also there is a manager in site with security cameras in every location. Did I mention the staff and the cleanliness this place has? Well the staff are just so nice and helpful with carts available upon request to help load ur things. Also the units are climate controlled . This is great especially during the summer when temperatures far exceed the 100s in summer. I just would like to say thank you Storage One. You guys are awesome!
