Really like these folks. Reasonable rates, nice facilities, and very helpful and friendly staff. Even their supplies were better priced than some I had bought at a big box store. I have rented penske trucks from them and turned them in there as well. The old man is suspenders is very rude, I came to get my rental truck and mentioned the $10 off it shows on yelp.(it doesn't say for locker rental only on yelp) He was very rude and told me it was only for the locker rental. I didn't care at all just thought if I could get 10$ off I would. It took over 25 mins to get my rental truck, just go to Home Depot or the actual penske location for better service read more

I had ever intention of leaving this place a good review until after I left my unit. On Sept 28th I rented one of their units for a month until my house was to be ready for move in. On Oct 19th I moved my belongs out of the unit and on Oct 23rd I called the company to let them know i was done with the unit but i was told that they had me already out of the unit as of the 19th. When i asked why i was already taken out of my unit i was told that someone had reported that i had left my unit open and they saw on the video camera that I had moved my stuff out. They said for my protection they had closed the unit to prevent anyone from putting trash in my unit and marked me as being out? What? What does that even mean? First off i definitely closed the unit because there was the lock on the door that they practically forced me to buy from them that I had to take off the door which I did after closing the door. Plus regardless of what they say that unit was still mine until the 28th or until I tell them that I was officially out!! Sorry but assuming someone is done with a unit and taking the unit back before the due date is just plain shady and they know it. They did say that if I had of came back before the 28th they would of given me a unit but of course they would of because of my contract!! Plus they said they tried to call but it's funny that I never received any phone calls from them nor any voicemail and my phone number is on the contract!! Sorry guys but this is unethical business practices!! read more

Very nice staff. Storage is storage. But they were super easy to work with. I called to give 30 days notice. I moved out before that and they didnt charge me the extra time. I lost my key. They cut off my lock in time for the movers to get my household items. Just nice people. read more

I am writing this review as a small business owner who prides himself on delivering excellent customer service. I returned a truck today that I rented from Eddie at best storage and I was amazed at the service and help I received. First off I accidently returned the truck with less gas than I received it with. Eddie so kindly offered to go to the gas station with me to make sure it was at the proper level to help save me from the fuel expense they were going to charge me. I Declined as I was in a hurry and wasn't to worried about it. 2nd. Eddie helped us clean out the rental truck and load the equipment into our vehicle. 3rd Eddie let us dispose of our trash from our delivery in his dumpster. All of the things mentioned above Eddie did without us asking, and he did it all with a smile. I hope the people reading this review do not expect all of the services I received as I am sure Eddie has other things to do, but I wouldn't expect anything less than excellent customer service from your visit. I have mentioned Eddie's name a few times in this review because in my business and most any, the service you receive is only as good as the person providing it.
