Chip and his team have been there with me along the way. Walk-in or appointment, I am always greeted warmly and made to feel comfortable. The service is quick, informative, fairly priced, and not intimidating at all. Here are some of the highlights: *Easy key drop box for off-hours car drop off, with envelopes *The service team has taken me back in the shop to show me certain things on my car when I didn't understand *Sometimes when waiting for my car, I go across the street to a restaurant. Chip will walk my keys over if I don't hear my cell phone ringing! *I went through a divorce in this time and he assisted me in getting all of the account information changed over in a very gentle, smooth manner. *I had fraud on my debit card, was trying to use another card that wouldn't work because of a student limit (I transferred funds to my son's card thinking it would work) so Chip took the shop shuttle and drove me to the bank so I could get cash. Always helpful, very gracious, not annoyed by my situation. THE BIG ONE - From getting to know Chip over the last three years, we discovered that we live in the same small Indiana town. I recently had a bad house fire and had been displaced. Chip recognized that it was my house that had the fire so when he found I had dropped my car off for some repairs, he took it upon himself to organize among him and the team to change out my brake light free of charge. Why? Because he and his team wanted me to have one less thing to worry about during this time of tragedy. I will literally never go anywhere else for car repairs specifically because of Chip. They should be more clear with people when they give them a wait time and let them know that an additional wait time may be needed after they assess the issue. I was outraged with how unprofessional they were and how much time was wasted. So I made an appointment to return because I did not have another 3 hours to wait or a ride to leave my car there. The customer service and communication at this location is very unsatisfactory!

(still hours from home) First thing Saturday morning, started calling tire shops. Called no less than 10 shops that couldn't help me. These guys said "Sure, bring it in and we'll take a look at it." They found and patched the hole. Easily could have sold me a new tire! Even remounted the spare under my SUV. And they didn't even charge me for the patch!! Open SUNDAY! I thought the law stated that only automobile dealerships need to be closed on Sundays…read morenot automobile repair shops....So, after much research and limited options due to it being a Sunday, I decided to take my automobile to Auto Fix. I was certain my automobile needed new rear brakes and it also had a "knocking noise" when I turned the wheel too far in either direction. It also had an alignment/balance problem that caused the vehicle to "pull" to the right as it was being driven. I know my car was all jacked up! On with the review: First, their website was easy to navigate through and several coupons were available via their website - I saved $50 bucks with their coupon. Second, customer service was pretty darn good - I believe the name of the employee/manager that helped me was Mark. Third, after they completed their diagnostics tests, Mark called me back and was very patient and thorough with what they had found and I, at no point...felt any pressure into purchasing any of the recommended services. Fourth, what he explained to me was that "yes" my rear brakes needed to be replaced but not my front ones, I still had about 40% of brake padding left (cool right?). To add, he stated "yes" you do have a knocking noise but we can fix that at no cost, it's a piece of plastic that needs to be bent back into position. In addition, he stated "yes" your car pulls to the right and it's due to bad tires (I was having problems with one of my front tires having a slow leak, which caused the other front tire to go bad...I know, I know - I should have not waited so long). So all in all...I got my rear brakes fixed, 2 new high quality firestone tires, and had the "knocking noise" taken care of. The tires were also rotated...along with alignment - car is running very smooth and I was pretty happy with the price...keep in mind, I also had a 50 dollar off coupon which really made it a great deal...

Yesterday they replaced the master cylinder and brake booster for my Mom's vehicle. When they sent…read moreme quote, I couldn't understand why they were charging me so much in labor, so I called them. They told me that the master cylinder and booster were separate parts that were located in different locations. I couldn't imagine that, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, I had them show me the parts. As soon I as viewed them, I saw that the master cylinder did in fact bolt to the brake booster. I asked to talk to the manager who tried to tell me the master cylinder was on the inside of the firewall. I argued the point with him and he finally told me "I guess your not a tech because if you were you would have replaced the parts yourself." After paying (almost $1,700), we walked out to the vehicle to a brake pedal that depressed all the way to the floor. After bringing it to their attention, they re-bled the lines and I overheard the manager (Larry) tell a tech that there was a lot of air in the left side. The pedal was still not as firm as I would have expected, but we took it home. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.
