We replaced the tire with my spare donut from the back but as those are only supposed to drive 50-70 miles and we had 300+ miles left to go, we needed to buy a longer lasting spare tire or replacement tire. My AAA - freakin useless, my liberty mutual roadside - useless, called every tow company, tire shop and roadside service in eastern Iowa, and in Illinois... not like we were in the middle of nowhere. Found one roadside that would bring a spare tire but they wanted $1,000 card hold..... We spoke to 30+ different places within that hour... Tires24 was literally the only place somewhat on the way that was open late. Someone answered right away, the guy on phone was patient and nice, assured us he would take us, even though we couldn't get there until right before closing because we had to drive below speed limit on the donut. When we got there, Lamont (the gentleman working) greeted us and understood and sympathized with our stressful trip there. He replaced the tire efficiently and was super professional and welcoming. The cost was surprisingly affordable, we weren't there very long at all which was great because we were exhausted. I brought my vehicle in for a single O2 sensor replacement. They severely overcharged me with an initial $950 quote, then raised the price by another $300 while my car was already disassembled on the rack, claiming they needed an "updated part."When I checked my receipt at home, I discovered they charged me for two O2 sensors. When confronted, they gave a sketchy excuse about a credit. Worse, they lied to the BBB, claiming they replaced both sensors. My downstream sensor is visibly rusty from last year and was never touched. To top it off, my Service Engine light is already back on.Avoid this location. I have filed reports with the BBB and will file today with the State of Indiana. Zero stars.

Went there this past Sunday, called prior to coming in and asked if they were able to fix one of my…read moretires that had a screw in it, the gentleman that answered the phone said yes. Got there at 11:10 am checked in and the same gentleman I spoken to was the one whom checked me in, took the keys to my car and said we will be with you in a few minutes, I proceeded to wait... 15 minutes later another guest came in for a evaluation on her tires and got taken before me. She didn't have a appointment or reservation. I still proceeded to wait as they were the only pace available in the area that could fix the tire. Mind you the same gentleman jemal I believe it's his name was just standing in the work area looking in to a computer this entire time while everyone was working. A employee came out the one that had taken the lady prior to me and I asked him how much longer was my tire going to take, he proceeded to tell me that they were short staffed and only had 1 person working in the back. This guys are was attending to all the guest while Jemal just continued to be in the computer. It wasn't till 12:44 that my tire was fixed !!! Yes it was my choice to proceed with the service but this establishment has very poor communication skills and management doesn't care at all about having common courtesy of there guest times..

I was very satisfied. They even gave good advice on tire fluctuation for the different times of seasonal changes. And there was no charge due to i bought my tires there and there was basically nothing wrong with the tire. Tabby & staff were very very good.
