I paid in cash + tip, and bless this man, he called again thinking I made a mistake in overpaying! He kept telling me to come back, but I eventually wore him down and said he'd give it to his team since he couldn't accept it on his behalf. I've heard horror stories of mechanics my friends have dealt with, and never felt comfortable myself dealing with mechanics myself. This was truly the first time I've such a pleasant experience getting my car repairs done. I'm so glad my search is over!! You can't get a hold of anyone on the weekends ever because they're closed so what happens if you have trouble on the weekend? Super frustrating because to change my service now will cost me a few hundred dollars. Money to get this thing taken out and more money to go with another facility. Some guy names Jimmy tells me there's nothing listed under my name or last name, which started to get me a little frustrated. Then he insults my intelligence by asking me whether i'm sure that I got the IID installed at that location...... um YES!
