Nice and clean location and the attendant I've dealt with was always kind and professional. Enjoy the capabilities of using an app to pay for the washers and dryer but can still use quarters to pay for getting my laundry. I have not tried their wash and dry service but learned they they pick up and deliver your clothes as well. Definitely good services. The only reason why this gets 4 out of 5 stars is the price. Their largest machine, an 8 load machine is $10 and if you want a full wash with extra rinse they is an addition $1.50. Which is what I use to wash about a week or two worth of laundry. And the dryers run me $1.50 for the large ones. And I split my laundry into two so that is another $3.50. I justify the cost because of the nice facilities, wifi and air conditioning but I will say that if I find a nice laundry mat and at a lower price, I would try them out. In the meantime, I will keep coming here.

I messaged them on Facebook on Easter Sunday, not expecting a reply, but Andrew (the owner) got back to me immediately to confirm they were open. When I arrived, he was there personally keeping the place tidy, recognized me from our messages, and introduced himself. His customer service is some of the best I've encountered in a long time--he even gave me a free extra rinse when I went a little heavy on the soap! Whoops The facility is spotless, the bathroom is clean, and all the washers and dryers are brand-new Speed Queens. I cannot recommend Lily's enough!

Everything worked great using the SpeedQueen app on my iPhone. And it's very close to me, very convenient. My only complaint is that everything online indicates it has free WiFi but there were no instructions anywhere in here to indicate the network name or password. I couldn't use my laptop to do some online work like I had hoped. The other place I've been using since the old laundromat closed is further away by about 10 minutes, but is about as nice and has free WiFi. I needed three washers, and between washing and drying, expect to spend around $10-$20 in quarters. The whole process took me about an hour, which wasn't bad at all. Service-wise, there wasn't an attendant on-site, but they do have a number posted on the door if you run into any issues. Just note that only one of the two coin machines was working, so it's smart to have a plan B or bring extra change with you. The ambiance was decent--well-lit and fairly calm--but the trash bins were overflowing and could use more frequent attention. There's also very limited seating, so you might want to wait in your car or take a short walk while your laundry runs. Lastly, there were only two laundry carts available, so if you don't bring your own, you might have to wait your turn. Overall, it's a functional, gets the job done, but it could use a little more upkeep and on-site support.

If he can be believed, the owner died and left him the laundromat (not sure he can be believed, but he certainly is ubiquitous at this location), even though he claims he is already independently wealthy (he is, after all, the real Bruce Willis -- the one in the tabloids is just his stand-in). I think the attendant lives there, since he maintains a chest filled with cheese, which he drops everywhere. The incessant chatter was just annoying, and I did my best not to engage. It only became scary when he pointed out the car that "they" gave him out of appreciation for his contributions to Richmond Heights (which his father founded, according to him). It was my car. At that point, I felt it was time to make a quick getaway before he noticed me driving off in his prize, so I had to schlepp everything in one trip and make a beeline. Fortunately I only pack away the winter linens once a year. Maybe by the time I need to go again, he'll have gone back to Hollywood.
