Not liking the upkeep or quality of housekeeping. For the price you would think they could afford to clean.

    Breakfast was good.

This place is on the middle of nowhere and I was so glad it was. It was a great stopping point on our road trip. Cleanliness - 5 stars Location - 5 stars Pool - 5 stars Price - 4.5 stars Breakfast - 5 stars These stars are based on what my family needed after driving 700 miles. Check in was simple, the pool was open late, the beds were comfortable and breakfast was hot and tasty. We got in at nine pm and the pool is open for kids until ten, adults until midnight. It was a nice temperature and had a hot tub. After being in the car 13 hours it felt good to swim. Went went to bed soon after and woke up refreshed and ate a hot tasty breakfast. I love biscuits and gravy so it hit my sweet spot. My mother said the eggs were very good as well. Then we were back on the roof after a quick check out. I will stay here again.

Pool and hot tub look great!

So, let's be clear that my stars rating has to do with expectations. I can give a fast-food place 4 stars and a $400/plate restaurant 3. On a road trip from Idaho to CA with my son... 'was recommended this hotel by a family member who does business in Burns on occasion. The photo for the place was a screen shot with something about meth on it but closer inspection different hotel. ha ha. Anyway, that is an erroneous post- The pool area is obviously recently renovated and it's great. The room is recently renovated as well. Parking is very convenient. People are very friendly as well. $180 for two queen beds seemed steep, but we just showed up off the street. I would recommend res during summer as it seems pretty busy right now.

Awesome pool area along with sculptures on the property. I also enjoyed the lobby.

I am a fan of BW. It's the small things that mean the most. Examples: quality soaps and shampoo in the rooms. Shower heads that are designed for taller people. Air conditioning units that have clean air filters. All of these score big!

"Kelly" had no idea why this reservation was in my act and not the actual one "the system messes up sometimes" is what she informed me.

Very nice & friendly staff! The breakfast was served to us because of COVID & everyone was wearing a mask. Very nice rooms too.

The room smelled good when we entered. I thought it looked nice. There was a small fridge, microwave and a small coffee pot. I liked the layout with the sink being out of the bath and toilet area. Plug Ins were not plentiful. But they worked. We were on the second floor and there was a patio but we entered from inside which was nice. However, the bed felt like a box spring without mattress. Our entire bodies hurt from one 6 hours sleep. Definitely not a comfortable bed. Hard and cheap mattress. The office Chair was tipping over. You have to rest yourself on your right hip to sit in it but i had some work to do so I had to send some emails from the desk. There was a pool and got tub but we didn't use it. It looked clean enough. There is breakfast in the morning but we didn't get up early enough for that. I'm glad we had a place to lay our heads and we were able to park the semi and trailer there but i wouldn't choose to stay here again for over $150. No way.

DO NOT STAY HERE…read more TLDR: Disgusting, bad service, owner lied to me, plus pool was empty. I had such a bad experience, we left without staying the night; not only will I never stay at this hotel, I will never stay at another Wyndham hotel. This was absolutely disgusting. I arrived around 10:30pm after having made a reservation two days earlier. When I arrived, there were three separate groups in the tiny lobby. They told me they had all made reservations but that upon arrival, no rooms were ready. Now, ostensibly, a hotel worker was cleaning the rooms. Everybody has been told the rooms "were already clean; they just need fresh towels." They said a hotel worker had disappeared ten minutes prior, leaving them alone in the lobby. After I had been standing around for another five minutes, a man showed up and got stuff moving... sort of. Everybody kept getting told that the rooms were all clean "they just need fresh towels." Meanwhile an (apparent?) hotel employee was wheeling dirty bedsheets around without a shirt on. When it got to my room, I was told that the system had erroneously put me in a room that hadn't been cleaned but that they had clean rooms so I would just be moved, No problem. Ok, I say, let's go to the room then. Dude keeps stringing me along, engaging me in conversation, I'm guessing to keep me from going to the room. Dude (who claims to be the chain owner's son, down from Canada) tells me that since the first employee is busy, he'll go get another employee. So another dude shows up, REEKING of weed, heads to clean my room. When we finally get to the room, we are knocked over by the smell of chemicals. The two men are in the bathroom, still cleaning. The bed is made but not in a way that would have passed an inspection. When I scoff, the owner says that this is one of the nicer rooms they have, freshly remodeled. I tell him that he's clearly been lying to us, which is what I was saying all along. Part of the problem here is that the guy was a somewhat convincing liar. I mean if the situation hadn't been so GLARINGLY bad, according to his face and tone, I might believe that he was telling the truth. He was a likable guy. Among his lies, he told me multiple times that he had already inspected the room and taken photos of it, even. Now the employees were "just mopping the floor"??? At one point an employee comes out with the shower curtain balled up and says to the other, "we're going to need a new shower curtain." Wtf was happening in the shower that the curtain needs REPLACED at 11pm, and how would this room have passed inspection earlier in the day? Some other guests popped out of their room to complain and said their room smells like Raid and its full of giant, flying bugs. I look in my room and sure enough, at least a dozen huge flying bugs are there in the first four feet of the room. I don't even mind bugs but this was overwhelming. Those folks also said that one of their beds didn't have a top sheet. We took our stuff inside the room and continued to wait while the employees cleaned but we couldn't even breathe in there it was so nauseating. So after waiting for 45 minutes at this point, we just packed up our stuff and left. Another funny detail was a sign that said all pets must be on leash but a big, shaggy, dirty dog with no collar wandering around seemingly without a human. Dog was also in the breakfast area. To top it all off, the pool was completely drained. This property DOES NOT MATCH ITS PHOTOS! Do not book here!

This place seemed completely vacant; without a car in the lot or a person in sight; the reason became apparent when a woman emerged from the office, standing in the door, in her 'housecoat', she watched me sitting in my car, were I was wondering if I should take a chance on the only motel with clear vacancies. I decided it looked like a really bad idea- broken windows, not another soul around, no review of any kind anywhere, that housecoat- maybe it wasn't even open. I began backing out of my parking spot, and the woman started yelling at me, "That's right, bitch! And don't come back! We ain't a f*cking parking lot." Yep. Was glad I got out of there when I did. I bet they didn't even have free coffee or wi-fi!
