If I could give a million stars I would! I called Sergey and he came out the next day. We wanted to replace 7 windows, 2 of them had air between the double pane and the other one was our bathroom window. Our bathroom window opened side to side which every time we showered we had to have it closed so the neighbors wouldn't see us (I didn't want to give them a free show every time! lol). We had 2 other companies come out before Sergey and NO ONE offered advice like Sergey. He suggested we do an up and down window so we didn't have to do any construction to our house and we could shower with the window opened ( he also gave other suggestions with the windows that again no one else gave us.) He said that even if we did not use his services that we might want to use his suggestions (which I loved every suggestion he gave!!!). His crew is actually at my house right now, they were unbelievably polite, professional, made sure that the windows were in the right rooms, facing the right ways and asked if I needed anything else. I kept following them and yes I know that's annoying, I was annoyed at myself for doing it!!! but they just looked so amazing. They were finished within 3 hours. From the first phone call, the staff at Bestoff was wonderful. Our appointment for an estimate was scheduled promptly, and amazingly he showed up on time... we have had two other companies we tried to get bids from, one didn't show up, the second was an hour late. So after receiving a very reasonable quote, we scheduled our installation for a week later. On the day of the installation, two people came, one was the owner (Sergey). They were very professional from the beginning. They first laid down tarps to cover the inside of the house. Once they started, they kept on working until they were done at the end of the day. It was refreshing to see people working hard. After they finished the windows, the owner came and asked me to check the windows. He took pride in the installation and wanted to make sure I was left satisfied. I tend to be pretty picky, but it was amazing that I was completely satisfied from the beginning. It was also nice that they spent the time to clean not only the inside of the house, but also the outside. We had another company install windows throughout another house, and they were mediocre. Sales people were great, installation was average. Compared to those guys, these people from Bestoff seem to take more pride in what they are doing. The windows they installed were the same brand and manufacturer of the other estimates, and has made a night and day difference to our home. The installers, Jesus and Alejandro, were professional and courteous. They had several years of experience between the two of them and were able to complete the installation of 11 windows and 2 sliders in about 12 hours. When they were in my home, they treated it as if it were their own and did a great job cleaning afterwards (it does get messy). Sergey was on time for the estimate and installation and always answered the phone. He required NO down payment and only wanted payment if I was 100% satisfied with the quality of the installation. He even had a quality control checklist that you signed off on when the work is completed. If you are not satisfied, he will personally ensure you will be. Just moved to the Concord area and needed new windows for the house we bought because all the double pane seals had failed over time. We needed 18 windows and a slider, and it wasn't going to be a small job. Besides, their prices were very competitive, and we wanted the Simonton replacement windows with the warranty. Hands down best experience we could have hoped for in getting new windows. I did some research and per Yelp reviews I left a message after hours for Bestoff Windows. Sergey, the owner, called promptly the next morning and was available for an estimate the following day. He showed up for the estimate on time and was honest and straightforward about what he recommended. One of my favorite aspects of dealing with Sergey was that he wasn't trying to give us the "hard sell". He looked at our windows, gave us a quote and then said "you should take a week to think about this" and left. This was so much different than what we had experienced previously that I turned around and cancelled an estimate scheduled for later that day and we decided to go with Bestoff. Once we decided to go with Bestoff Sergey returned for final measurements, the windows were ordered shortly after and then were delivered and installed just a few weeks later. It was quick, efficient and very well done. His installers are professional, they took great care of our home (furniture/floors/etc), and were overall fantastic. We needed our ratty old single pane windows replaced as they were providing almost zero protection from the elements. We just wanted standard vinyl double paned windows, nothing too fancy. Sergey came by and was able to give us a fast and fair estimate, and also gave us good recommendations on the type of windows we should get in regards to air flow and to the style of our house. He also does not require any payment until 100% of the work is done, so that gave us some peace of mind that the job would get done properly. On the morning of installation, I saw that his crew had arrived about 15 minutes early, but had the courtesy to wait in their trucks until our actual appointment time. I tried. Sergei didn't just show up, measure windows and try to sell me whatever he had. He repeatedly talked me out of more expensive options and clearly explained why. He suggested the least costly ways to optimize the views. He considered the traffic flow, and suggested that we have the sliding door open from right to left instead of left to right, to make the exit and entry easier. He looked at our windows and recommended the best ways to have them open and close for the best air flow. For bedroom windows, he recommended wider openings to allow for emergency access, in case firefighters ever needed to get in with all their gear. Throughout, he had in mind not only our comfort, but improving the long-term resale value of our home. We had the whole house bid. There's more, but it's all awesome. My neighbor just had their house, with a similar size and number of windows, done, and Sergei did our windows for a third of what they were charged. Since then, we've had a heat wave, and didn't have to turn on the A/C; it was that comfortable inside. Our heating and cooling bills have dropped considerably. We had some challenging windows, but his crew moved quickly, showed up on time and had the job done in two days. Communication was great. Cleanup was 99 out of 100, but if I'd taken out that many old glass windows, cleanup would have been 45 out of 100, if that. We're talking a few little dinky tiny shards in two places; I'm being a real picky stinker on this. The windows set right over your old aluminum frames if you have them, so your siding or stucco won't be chewed up. Easier on your house. Oh, and we forgot a window. He's ordered it, and we're waiting on some exterior doors; he'll replace all of them along with the window. Low cost, great product, great service. I did exactly what you are doing when I needed new windows in my house. I went to Yelp, sorted by highest rated, and called the top 3. Bestoff was very responsive and came by quickly for an estimate. After shopping around, Bestoff answered all my questions and fought hard to earn my business. I also liked the windows he offers for several reasons (one is that the bottom pane comes out for easy cleaning of both sides). You don't pay a penny until the job is done. We agreed on a price and date for install, everything went very smoothly with them putting all 16 windows in at the same time and disposing of all the old windows and garbage. I live in a townhome that had the original crank windows and they were failing. A friend and neighbor of mine had his windows replaced and installed by Bestoff. We live in a HOA, so it is often difficult to to get a replacement such as this completed in a timely manner. Because Bestoff and owner, Sergey, had already completed great work in this complex, it was much easier to get the project approved and underway. I met with Sergey and he showed me the various windows I could choose from. He was very honest with the pluses and minuses of each brand, and did not try to oversell me for my needs. I had a number of windows to replace due to the greek-style aesthetic. I also had a slider and a half-dome custom window. I was not sure if I could afford to replace all at once, thinking I might do half now and the other half in a year. Sergey was nice enough to give me options, with no pressure to install them all at once. He quoted me options on the spot, and in the end, due to his fair pricing, I opted to get the full installation done. From that point, it was a matter of timing. Sergey gave me the schedule for the windows being ordered, made, and shipped. Sure enough, on the day he said they would be ready, they were. I have found this to be unusual for contractors I've worked with in the past - you can often add a week or more to their time estimate. But Sergey kept his promise on timing, and all of my windows were installed within 2 days after arriving. Sergey is straight up, honest and easy to work with. My house looks fabulous the the windows were installed very well. I was honestly a bit nervous at first because their quote was substantially lower than the other quotes I had received on window replacement of the same type. However, there was just something about Sergey that made me feel comfortable and he did not disappoint. I actually had a delay in when I had my installation done and the price went up ever so slightly. I thought it was actually kind of adorable that he showed me a letter from the manufacturer to prove that his cost had gone up. I didn't doubt him with such a small difference. However, it was nice to see that he was so concerned that his honesty not be questioned. In a nutshell: Excellent! - For more details read on. It's long :) I needed to replace two patio doors and went "shopping" on Yelp. Bestoff Windows had the highest rating, but they were the furthest from my location (in fact, the map placed my house almost outside their service area). So I began getting in-house quotes from other companies first, while corresponding with Sergey Oreshkin (the owner of Bestoff) by email. My situation was a little complicated, with a potential problem due to the improper installation of the existing doors. With every new salesperson from yet another company the list of questions and uncertainties just grew bigger. The last couple of sales reps, who claimed to be ex-contractors, scared me with numerous potential problems (one even told me that for $300 they could send somebody in to open my walls just to see what's there). Every new concern I had I emailed to Sergey and he very patiently addressed it, explaining all the details. So, finally, I had him come out to my house to take a look. When you talk to Sergey, you know you're speaking with a very knowledgeable professional and not just another salesman. Without opening my walls he knew exactly what his installation crew would find there and what special instructions he would need to give them. At no time did I feel pressured to make a purchase, but once Sergey gave me the quote I knew he'd be getting this job. His quote turned out to be the lowest. Nevertheless, I felt confident this wouldn't affect the quality of work (and I was right!) So, I signed the contract and waited for the doors to be manufactured. Within the promised time window the doors have arrived and Sergey called me to schedule an appointment. He was very flexible - I requested a particular installation crew (Jesus and Alejandro), that was mentioned in other good reviews, and Sergey made sure I'd get them. Now, about Jesus and Alejandro (and another guy, whose name I don't remember). These installers are amazing. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, answered all questions and explained what they were doing (well, they explained to me, cause I was very interested and kept asking questions :) ). They did run into a problem that required them to remove a foot of stucco from above each door and fix the moisture barrier that was previously damaged (hence the leaking). They spend at least two extra hours on fixing this and patching up stucco and didn't even charge me for the labor!!!! I did reimburse them for the extra materials they had to get at Home Depot - they gave me the receipts. After they were done, they cleaned up all the mess resulted from the stucco patching. Just to show how great they are, here another little story. In the morning, when the crew just came, I asked Jesus about a leaking kitchen window. He took a look and said the caulking has deteriorated and promised to fix it at the end of the day. In the evening, before they left, I was about to remind Jesus of his promise, but he called me first to show that they have re-caulked all (!!!) my downstairs windows. How awesome is that!?! Well... now I'm one very happy customer with beautiful new doors. I wish I knew companies like Bestoff for my other house projects.
