Discovered this place a few weeks ago & grabbed my usual bottle of vape juice. All was fine until…read moremy second visit. The packaging looked eerily similar, but was in a box. I didn't think much of it as this brand has changed their packaging previously. (They went from glass bottles to plastic.) Sadly, upon opening this when I got home, I realize not only was it the WRONG brand, the bottle is HALF the size. I was given the wrong juice altogether, with Sapphire Nic to be added... when it clearly states on the packaging that the juice ALREADY contains nicotine. I was also charged more for this. I guess I should stick to ordering from online vendors. [EDIT] I just bumped up my review upon a third visit this evening. Thankfully they're open late! Going back, I wasn't expecting much. However, upon speaking to someone else & explaining the situation, I was at least allowed to exchange the previous purchase. (Most shops I've gone to do not allow refunds or exchanges.) I left a happier camper than when I first walked in & that's all I could've asked for.
