There is no compassion from the disengaged " office manager" who will not speak directly to you, text only, no human connection at all. Your are constantly waiting for someone to get back to you, often drop the ball and there appears to be poor communication between office person and medical staff. There are continual changes to patient appointments without any reason given and no consideration for other people's schedules. They require you have a driver when you leave but constantly change things around and cause scheduling problems that could have been avoid. Initially they stated that ideally you should have a certain amount of sessions per week but with constant cancellations it doesn't work out to be that at all. Extremely unprofessional approach and disappointing in what could have be an amazingly healing experience but instead is rendered angst producing and stressful effecting the therapeutic value of a costly undertaking.
