I was here a couple days ago and had an okay experience. I've been here a couple times before and it's always been clean and organized. Lots of men's, women's, and kid's clothing to look through, although there aren't many men's jeans. I have no problem with the store itself. I do have a problem with one of the staff members. My boyfriend asked a woman for a fitting room and usually we go together so I can give my input. She opens the door, lets my boyfriend in and then lets it close in my face as she walks out. I go to let myself in and she says, "you can't be in there!" with a rude tone as she walks away. I'm not mad that I wasn't allowed in the fitting room. I definitely understand and respect store policies, but it's the delivery she used that upset me. She didn't even look back. Now, I'm on the younger side and I can see how she might assume we'd do "bad" things, but it's not nice to be mean about it. While I'm waiting outside the fitting room, I could hear and see her pacing around making sure I didn't sneak in. I don't get it...The whole time we were there, and the times before, we've always been respectful. It ruined my experience that day. A simple, "hey sorry you can't be in there with him" or "our policy only lets one person in the fitting room at a time" is just as easy. read more

They doubled the price of compact discs from $.99 to $1.99. Confirmed by the cashier named "Mary"... I asked her if this was an error in the sign or if they actually raised the price, she replied "yeah, they raised the price". It's bad enough that this place has baseballs with printed autographs on them. Mind you, not authentic autographs, but printed in the display case for $99.99, but doubling the price on outdated media is too far. I'm done shopping here. Back to Goodwill for $.99 CDs. read more

I LOVE this thrift store. I don't live in the area but visit a couple times a year and always make a point to visit Bethesda. Prices are very reasonable and they have a massive collection of very random things that you didn't even know you wanted. I love looking at holiday decor, toys, and furniture. Be sure to check out the back room! Items turn over quickly. I think the books and DVDS are overpriced, but everything else is just right. If you're into antiques, give this place a try because there are for sure some hidden gems to be found. Folks working are typically super nice! And there is a senior discount! read more

Huge selection all around! I was pleased to find an entire separate section for furniture at the back of the store. Tons of books to the right as you walk in. A big selection of women's tops. Not many shoes nor accessories. However, if you look hard enough, you'll find that vintage piece. I bought a vintage pair of pink heels for $1.50. Overall, it doesn't hurt to check this place out. It's a big enough store to hopefully find SOMETHING you'll like. After all, the hunt is what thrift stores are all about. read more

The store is a fabulous thrift store. They have everything you could possibly want. It's clean well organized and smells great. Plenty of clothing, books, appliances, housewares, knickknacks, children's toys. My one issue with the store is the men's T-shirts. There is one long rack of T-shirts and they are so packed and you can't possibly slide them to look at them. If you venture to take a T-shirt out to look at it getting it back in its place would result in it being crumbled and wedged in there however you could. So it's not worth the effort. The T-shirts are arranged by color and not size. Every single thrift store, Goodwill, Salvation Army that I've ever been inarranges ALL clothing by size. Why do I want to hunt through 400 T-shirts to possibly find three or four or five in my size. It doesn't make sense. Arranging the T-shirts by size and creating enough room so the customer can browse would surely be beneficial to everyone involved. I highly recommend the store but this one particular area is frustrating and makes senior citizen shopping in this aisle impossible. This is a cute little thrift shop! It's located in a strip mall so it's easy to get to and park. It's decently large and well organized, bright and clean! There is a nice selection of books in the front with a little sitting area and tv for dropping the kids off. Most books were decently priced, but some were upwards of $5+. The clothes are is organized by size - which is wonderful! There are also a couple of racks of what appeared to be "vintage" items along the side of the store. There is a dressing room in the front of the store to the left which is also a rare find for a thrift store. The knick knacks and housewares are along the back of the store along with lots of small appliances and electronics. The electronics & small appliances have small stickers if they have been tested or not. Nice selection of both cheap and higher end silver and brass items. One of the nicest things they have is a small book case right across from the register where they sell items made by the disabled, and the proceeds go right back to that organization. In all, this is a quaint little thrift shop, nice and clean. The staff of little old ladies are very sweet! If I'm ever in the area, I will definitely be stopping by again! read more

Love this little gem! Very clean and well-organized, and the items are separated by size, colors and/or themes. Staff is friendly and there's a dressing room, which always a plus! There's a huge bin of .50 t-shirts, with some incredibly obscure and amazing finds. They sell new and used furniture in the back room at really affordable prices. Plus lots of cute clothes, good books, and some quality home goods! Definitely will be back. read more

I love that this store is staffed by volunteers. They don't have a bunch of people on their payroll and add unnecessary expenses to take away from their cause. They get in a great variety of items and most are priced accordingly. Although, I do think the books are priced too high. They have great sales! read more
