Beth's baked goods are my favorite in Cache Valley! She doesn't currently have a storefront, and operates mostly at the Cache Valley Gardner's Market and winter markets around Logan. She also sells her products at Across the Street Boutique in Logan as well as at Cinners and Squares ice cream shop in the Logan Mall. My favorite thing that Beth makes are her mini pies. Triple berry, pumpkin cheesecake, chocolate cheesecake, regular pumpkin, you name it, and it's awesome. Beth also makes her own marshmallows in plain and flavored varieties. She makes incredible chocolate peanut butter cookies, carrot cake, and pumpkin rolls. Her candied pretzels are out of this world. There's nothing this woman could make that I wouldn't recommend. Find Beth! Whether it's at the farmer's market, on Main Street, or at the mall, she's worth hunting for!

Talked with her back in March. Completely forgot about it until the Sunday before my anniversary about making a custom cake. Holy cow! It was more than anticipated at an awesome price! I was expecting an edible print, but she took a card my wife made, and turned it into art on the cake! My wife loved it, and it was the high point of our anniversary get away to Logan. read more

I Love her Pumpkin Pie and Strawberry Cheese Cakes. You will find that Beth caters most all events. She is great at making theme Cakes that fit the event. They can be formal or whimsical. She make all kinds of Pies, Cakes, Cookies, ... She also makes gluten free Brownies that my grandson Loves.. From May through October she also has a booth at the Gardener's Market. Open every Saturday 9:00 AM through 1:00 PM. read more

We ordered individual cheesecakes for a wedding! She can handle any size order. Mine was 309! She did it like it was a breeze! They were incredibly delicious. So many GREAT comments on how good they looked and tasted. It made us feel so good. Beth is so talented. She will make any occasion festive. Highly recommended! read more

Admittedly, I'm a chocoholic, but very selective about what chocolate I like!! The only chocolate I've had (and I've sampled many over the years!) that really tastes like "the real thing" is found within Beth's Bakery Logan. Her treats are made from scratch, and not just cocoa powder. I just ate Beth's Chunky Monkey pie, and found it to be the BEST pie I've ever eaten, followed by the fact that all of Beth's chocolate products taste this good! The chocolate products of other retailers which I've tried, taste like "box mix" in comparison. Beth you have ruined me for chocolate anywhere else!! Your products are indeed a treat. read more

This is a five star establishment, then why do I give them two stars? Here's why…read more Their food is phenomenal, their bread is the best in town, if not the state. Their croissants are amazing, the best in the country, award winning, their burrito, well, although good, it lacks a little flavor, but still five stars. Then why two stars? Why? One word, service. Nothing is more frustrating than walking into a food establishment and waiting 30 minutes to pick up two croissants. I walk up to the counter, I point at two beautiful butter croissants sitting right there behind glass, and say, "I'll take those two." The person at the register takes my order, but then doesn't just reach over and place the croissants in a small bag and hand them to you, they put your order in the queue behind ten burrito orders, so now you wait 30 or more minutes to pick up your two croissants. To me, this is absolutely ludicrous. In comes the coffee, now I understand why they have some of the worst coffee in the valley--cold, self-serve, rattle can coffee. They're located right next to the best five star coffee shop in the entire country, Ibis Coffee, so you might think, well, I'll go buy a cup of coffee at Ibis, and a couple wonderful fresh butter croissants at La Croissant. Nope, you'll order your two croissants at La Croissant, walk over to Ibis, order your coffee, sit down, drink your coffee, finish your coffee, and surf Facebook, long before your two croissants are ready for pick up. (No, you're not waiting for them to bake, it just feels like it.) ...and that's why two stars. Their own success and lack of efficiency is their downfall, and why I never go back.

I was really bummed cause when I finally sat down to eat the sandwich at dinner the first thing I smelled was ONIONS and then saw the tomatoes. I picked them off hoping the taste of onions didn't penetrate the lettuce. The sandwich was amazing. It was huge. So big I only managed to get through half and had the other half for lunch the next day. Despite the onion and tomato on my sandwich, I still think they earned that 4 star review.

To be honest I couldn't taste that it was made from potato flour, tasted like a regular delicious doughnut. It did have a lighter texture. My Chai was perfect.
