Updated review: They have redeemed themselves from my previous review. I am extremely disappointed right now because we were just at Beth burgers restaurant about 3 weeks ago and the food was great! My wife went and made a to go order which I gave my wife on the phone to repeat to the cashier and when she got home I opened up my veggie burger and it was a complete disaster I ordered a veggie burger all the way NO MAYO w/cheddar cheese add mushrooms and I got a big disappointment. We met Beth the last time we were their and we told her how much we liked her restaurant. I physically can't eat mayonnaise and having it smothered all on the top of my burger was disgusting. I'm not very happy. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because my wife ate her turkey burger just fine. The only resolution was either to physically come back to the restaurant which we don't live close to and get a refund because they need our card or have a credit placed for next time if there is a next time. But I'm hungry right now and the point of ordering out is so I don't have to cook. But I guess I do anyway because I can't trust others to make me a simple veggie burger. read more

We were looking for a good burger place while on vacation & thanks to Yelp, we found one. Walking in, I liked the decor of the place. Fun, clean and plenty of room for a lunch crowd. There is a full bar & at least 15 tables. You order at the register & then have a seat and they'll bring it out to your table. I ordered the morning burger: Bacon and egg on top of a juicy burger. The burger was good, however lacked a little seasoning. Also for the table we ordered frickles (fried pickles) & chili cheese fries. They were good as well, but nothing life shattering. Bathrooms were clean, service was friendly and it didn't break the bank. The bill for 5 of us was about $70 bucks including a bucket of beer. We would definitely visit again! read more

We were on our way to NYPD for Pizza when we saw Beth's Burger Bar and decided to give this place a try. Glad we did! Burgers were better than 5 guys. My daughter had the Mac and Cheese burger I had the double cheese burger. Both were really good. Fries nice and crispy!!! Service was excellent and they let you take a Beth's Cup home. If I could rate this as 3.5 stars I would have, but I gave them the 4 as opposed to the 3 because the staff was very friendly, service was good, the place was very clean, and everything was well stocked. The burger however, is why I'm ranking this low. The patties, which they don't cook to order, were severely well done. The egg, which the order taker asked me if I wanted it runny, was over hard. The bacon was crispy and well cooked. I think the bun was the part that threw me off the most. It was very dense. I usually judge a great burger by the number of napkins I need to use, and for this one, I barely needed one. The fires were good and crunchy. I know this is small and it's how you brand yourself, but get used to seeing Beth everywhere. There is a full size cut out of her near the merchandise, 1 as you go to the restroom, and a TV dedicated to Beth. I came down to Orlando as they stopped through on my way home and decided that I just wanted a good burger. After reading some reviews I decided to give Beth a try. I have to say it is one of the best burgers I've had! The meat was properly cooked to a great medium well, it was perfectly seasoned throughout, and all of the toppings were very fresh as well as the bun. I decided on getting the triple Burger all the way with bacon let me tell you that was one huge Burger and I was unable to finish it! This is by far my favorite place in Orlando to get a burger. $10-11 is roughly the price for a meal - single burger w/ cheese, regular fries and a fountain drink, which isn't bad at all. The burgers are grilled to a perfect medium well that melts in your mouth. And unlike most burger restaurants, it's all customizable so be sure to specify everything you want on your burger. I usually get a single burger w/ cheese and toppings all the way. The fries are thick and super crispy and the cup size is just the right amount to go with your burger. I've also had the chicken sandwich and that was just as good too. Great for takeout, date night or even family dinners. If you're in Orlando you have to go to Beth's! read more

Sigh... yet ANOTHER time I wish Yelp had 1/2 stars. This wasn't quite a 4, but I would also rate it as higher than a 3. I digress. Stopped in here for lunch on New Year's Eve and loved the fun & clean atmosphere. Additionally, it seemed as though they had a great menu. We decided to split a double breakfast burger (with a fried egg on top) and enjoyed the different flavor from a traditional cheeseburger. We also added a side of cheese curds to accompany the french fries (read: fat kid lunch!). The french fries, although cooked from frozen, were crispy and perfect. The cheese curds weren't incredible, but I wouldn't hesitate to order them again. Overall, this isn't a restaurant that I will seek out, but I would eat here if I was in the area. read more

We came to Orlando fir the weekend not knowing where to eat. My daughter and I went to go get a pedicure and our husbands needed a place to get lunch. They found the best burger joint around. I have found my new go to for my burger fix. The staff is absolutely awesome, very friendly and helpful this being my first visit. The young lady who took my order explained every item that I inquired about. I ordered the double Swiss and Mushroom with grilled onions, onion rings and a chocolate shake. Burger piled high with lettuce and tomato, which amazingly did not fall apart after the first bite, plus was one of the best I've had in a very long time, onion rings done to perfection all being evenly cooked, and the chocolate shake had a more chocolate taste than sugary. Totally went with YELP on this one, and it was the right call! Last day in Orlando and had already done pizza, steak, and seafood. Last shot at a good burger. Place is in a strip mall and you could miss it, but once inside it is super inviting and easy to navigate. You can get more than burgers but I chose a double with cheddar. Cooked perfectly and served on a tasty bun. Fries were good, not best ever, but good. Definitely a place I would circle back to while in Orlando. read more

That was all that was there and one table was already eating so they weren't waiting on anything. Only me single and two other guys at the same table. I was there before them so you figure you'd get yours first right? Ordered about five minutes before them. I own a restaurant myself and know how hard it's been during this time with not only employees but getting quality product for a reasonable price. I love to support local businesses rather than any national brand. But we must train our employees even more to keep our expectations and experience on par. Unfortunately the one who took my order I asked specific questions she didn't know. I asked if it was a pressed burger or grilled and she said it's a quarter pound. So either I got the old burger that was given to someone else or they squished it to make it fast. Either way this burger was very small and dry. No discernible taste of quality meat or cheese or even bacon. I put all sauce on the side so I could taste it first. But it already has ketchup and mustard on the bun. I don't mind that much except for the bbq sauce I ordered that I wanted to put on. The bun was nicely toasted not brioche but a good white bread bun. I would train the staff in foh a little better however maybe I just got a bad one. I would give them a try again if I'm in the neighborhood and hopefully I'll be proved wrong. read more

I thought a place in Cleveland Ohio had the best peanut butter burger, but Beth's Peanut Butter Burger beat it tonight. Bun was perfect. Grilled onions on top of the peanut butter was not expected, but enjoyed and I don't like onions. Sweet Potato fries with salt & pepper were great and added that little something extra. We've been going here forever and love this place. HOWEVER, the last two times have been terrible. One afternoon the guy who took our order was not only incredibly rude, but swore to me that I'm crazy because they don't serve sweet potato fries with cinnamon/sugar! I told him I'd ordered them many times, and he said, "wrong restaurant lady. You're confused." It was really embarrassing. Today we ordered take-out and had to drive back because the orders were both wrong. I ate mine because I was hungry, but my husband LITERALLY got 3 tiny grilled onion pieces on his burger. I'm eating my burger (not to order) while he's returning his. No dinner together tonight. I sure hope this place steps up soon or it'll go out if business like everyone else. read more

The burgers here are amazing. Plus they have a few chef special sandwiches that you should try. They will even try one of your own original combinations, if it's outstanding. The atmosphere was great and the staff was really friendly and helpful. The only downside was the food was so mediocre. There was nothing bad, but there was nothing good either. The sweet potato fries were a little too dark and crispy and the whole time I was eating the burger I was waiting for it to get better. The patty itself was solid and the price point was good (get what you pay for?) plus they were open late. I'd technically give them a 3.5 just for this but def not a 4.
