This was the best burger I've had in a really long time! I'm in town for a conference and couldn't stomach the thought of another chain restaurant, we found Beth's and we're so excited. I can't eat dairy or gluten and I was easily able to order off the menu without a problem. I love that they offer a lettuce bowl in place of a bun...genius! My first time going here. I have a severe peanut allergy and cringed a little when I saw there was a peanut butter and jelly burger. Beth happened to be at this location today and assured me that I would be safe. The staff at the counter were very understanding and made sure there was no peanuts on my burger. (Thanks guys!) So I went simple for my first burger, just a single burger with all the standard toppings. Burger was great, and the frickles and horseradish sauce were really tasty and perfectly done. The patty was perfectly cooked and all the ingredients were noticeably fresh and tasty. These guys do a very good job, and for a very good price. Will visit again! read more

Stopped in for lunch with the guys from work. Cool looking inside nice and clean. I got just a regular double cheeseburger nothing fancy. It was dry and to much bun, which probably didn't help. Would have been a lot better if it was juicey. The staff super friendly. read more

My family and I could not believe how great the food was from Beth's. Even with delivery to the 7th floor of a hotel the food was hot and fresh and the Milkshakes were still extremely thick. We tried to order on a Sunday night but delivery was not available, so the manager gave us a 10% discount if we ordered the delivery the next day. How could we refuse and we were not disappointed. Well worth the money and the food is wonderful. They even gave us 4 plastic mugs for the shakes. As Beth would say, one gal beats 5 guys any time. We will be returning on our next visit to Florida. Well, the hype is just that. In from out of town and have gone there x2 just so I wouldn't judge the place on the first trip. Trip #1 Saturday night, super friendly bartender!!!!!!she was overwhelmed and I saw 4-6 people walk out because they sat there for 10-15 min without so much as a hello. I ordered a burger and fries and when I got it home the burger tasted like they poured salt on it as a joke! Fries were ice cold (stayed 3 min walking distance) and I could tell they had been cooked at least an hour prior and reheated. I didn't get any of the sides I paid for. I threw the meal in the garbage. Trip #2 yesterday. Walked in to a very rude bartender who made me feel like I was bothering her. My co worker was there before me and was leaving stating his salt burger was disgusting and have fun with the crappy attitudes. Had a beer (no limes or lemons, she said we don't carry them which I find it hard to believe) and had 2 more co workers meet me. They weren't greeted for 10 minutes so they walked out and went to NYPD pizza (that's where I went with excellent service) . I saw another 2 leave for the same reason ( makes 10 in my 2 visits) which is nuts! I was going to order food again so I could give it a second chance but the bartender DISAPPEARED! After we ( myself and 3 others) asked a cook to ring us out after 10-15 minutes we saw the bartender coming from the bathroom with cleaning supplies which made me disgusted! I'm one who will praise someone or a business but I just can't here. Seems like they are just way to understaffed in the front of the house. The back had plenty of workers. They need to have a bit better quality control as well. read more

Was going to go to NYPD pizza but decided to come here instead since we have heard good thing and I am so glad we did! The customer service was on point, they were super kind and we got our food extremely quick. They also gave us free souvenir cups to take home! I got the Mac and cheese burger and it was extremely good. The bread was super buttery light and toasted. The burger is thin which is how I like my burgers but you can always double up if you think they're too little. The value is definitely with its affordable price. Terrible customer service called in a Togo order was quoted 20 min we live about 5 min away after 40 min of waiting called to see where our food was and was told it was ready and sitting there and that it would be a few more min they called back about 5 min later and told us that they would be remaking our food and that it would be another 30 min before delivery when we called back 45 min later they said that it was still just sitting there and that they were to busy to deliver the food my wife goes up there at this point to see what the problem was and was told that even though we have now waited over an hour for two burgers that we would still have to pay NEVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN AND WILL CONTINUE TO TELL EVERYONE TO AVOID GOING TO THIS PLACE very unacceptable never go here the staff is rude and doesn't care about the customers spend your 30 bucks elsewhere read more

I've now eaten from this location three times- all takeout/Uber Eats. The service is quick, extremely friendly, and the taste is great. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich with buffalo sauce twice (plus tater tots, yum), and this past time I went with their turkey patty lettuce bowl. The reason I'm taking off a star is simply their food portions. If you're super hungry, and often someone craving a burger is, this is probably not the best choice. Went in for a quick lunch before hitting the road back home. My husband and I had actually pulled into the parking lot to put in the navigation for a different place (Pom poms tea house) and then happened to see Beth's in front of us. We decided it looked good and thought the line of "one girl can beat five guys" was funny-- unfortunately this establishment did not hold true to this. Menu has various options for burgers. I built my own as did my husband. He got onion rings for his side and I opted to try the Mac and cheese bites that the cashier advertised to me as a new addition. We also ordered two pb&j shakes. Twenty minutes later, the burgers arrived. Still no shakes. Finally the shakes came next. Both tasted good enough, but I noticed that my burger was missing the side of Mac and cheese bites. My husband went to the register to ask about this, and one of the male employees there that was not actively taking orders (and had run our burgers to us in the first place) did not offer to ask my husband for help and instead made him wait in the ordering line behind several people to ask his question. When he finally made it to the front, they were very confused and questioning if we had in fact ordered the Mac and cheese bites in the first place. Eventually the Mac and cheese bites were brought to the table and the cashier that had recommended them to me in the first place apologized for the mistake. After finishing our food and getting ready to go I went into the restroom. There was a toilet cleaning brush just laying on the ground next to my toilet in the stall, definitely used and dirty. When I returned from the bathroom to leave, the same cashier apparently had returned to our table and asked my husband to pay for the Mac and cheese bites she had forgotten to order for us in the first place and that I had to wait for. Also, let it be known that Beth was there during this time, but did not engage with the customers while we were there, I would have liked to speak with her but she was taking a photo with someone and then having a meeting in a booth. Overall, I had high hopes for this place and was especially disappointed in the customer service experience. The Mac and cheese bites were definitely pre-fab and not made in house, also making the wait for them disappointing. If Beth's is wanting to claim they are better than Five Guys, she has some work to do. read more

Great customer service (insert sarcasm) BF & I dropped in for a beer and a burger, the girl at the order desk said we can sit at the bar. So we're reading the menu for a couple minutes, then another girl w/ a black ponytail wearing a white shirt starts taking the to go order of another patron, with out even acknowledging us. We did make eye contact several times so I thought that once she was finished helping the other woman with her order, the bartender / server would help us next. Nope... just walked over to the other register looking at us, but again not acknowledging us, not a "be with you in a sec" nothing. A couple minutes go by while we wait for her to come back, but she's just chatting with the girl we first talked to. We get up and she watches us head to the door not saying a word and we wave good bye. Why did she think we were sitting there reading menus? You need to train your staff better. I'll be telling everyone I know about this experience, both by word of mouth and via social media. read more

So for starters, first thing I saw when I walked in was their confidence in being better than 5 Guys, so that set my expectations high. At 5 Guys, they don't charge for their immensive amount of toppings, at Beth's Burgers you pay for everything. Their burger was bland, wasn't impressed. Buns were cold, staff swore by their buns, but they were regular (not toasted or buttered or anything out of the norm). I added a lot of toppings and paid for extras including extra cheese and sauces, etc. Still wasn't impressed. Side note: I didn't try specialty burger (however even the simplest burger should still pack flavor especially when compared to 5 Guys). I'm a big fan of French fries always. They had a unique take on their fries, using funnel cake batter for taste. Was good. On a positive, customer service was great! Girl at register was kind and very helpful and we were served quickly. From 1-10 I say 5.5 maybe 6. Was good but not great. read more
