The burger was ok but overcooked and crispy. Ugh. The decor is 50's retro roadhouse. Customer service was polite at best. And the whole time I was there waiting I had to look at pictures of pinhead Mike Pence scattered around the shop. Never again. Five guys? I expected to hear/read about the quality of the meat that is used when visiting a gourmet burger joint or some story about how their fries are house-cut or some other stand out story in this competitive market but the only info we were able to get was that the meat isn't frozen. The patties are thin, very thin and non-memorable. My husband's burger was a little salty...as were my fries. Yum! If you're looking to scratch that burger itch, this is the place to go. I decided to mix it up and got the weekly special, it had barbeque sauce and pepperoni on it. It was pretty tasty, but I couldn't finish it, the patty was a tad overcooked for my taste. My friend got a nice looking burger, lettuce tomato, etc. He loved it. Went to Beth's for lunch with the hubs. Very good. Ordered a single ( which was plenty) all the way with grilled onions( which weren't too heavy ) Tater tots and the cookie dough milkshake . It was legit! My tater tots were a tad on the cool side that's why I can't go with all 5 stars . Retro feel . Employees were nice . Placed my order for 10 Teriyaki chicken wings at 2:07 today everyone in my party ordered their food and were finished and I went up and said I did not receive my order. My food came out at 2:45. The wings were spicy and didn't taste like teriyaki plus everything that was ordered by everyone in my party had an up charge and when I questioned the girl she pointed to a sign (under the menu's on the counter) stating because of a hard time getting food there might be an extra charge. They should just post the correct price on the menu! The establishment is small and felt like there was no air conditioning just fans. I am a firm believer in patronizing small businesses, and there are plenty on Orange Avenue that are exceptional unfortunately this one is not one of those! read more

Another decent burger joint in the Orlando area that seem to be popping up all over town lately. To me, all of these burger places (Five Guys, Burger 21, Burger Fi, Beth's, etc) all serve a tasty burger, but the value is way out of proportion for what you get. I spent years in Texas and the burgers there are bigger and cheaper, even with all the toppings. And to be honest, better tasting. We tried several different varieties of burgers from basic to more elaborate toppings and even had a turkey burger with lettuce wrap. Had a mix of fries and onion rings. All was good, but not great. If I was in dire want for a burger and I was in the area, I would stop in again, but would not go out of my way. Can't wait for a true burger place to open in this town! read more

I've always passed by this place on my way to work. It caught my eyes plenty of times but never actually bother to stop. Today after a long stressful day of work, I decided to give it a shot after seeing all the great reviews that it has. The food was great, and so was the service. Best Burgers in Orlando!! I am visiting Orlando for my birthday and since most restaurants are still closed to seated guest due to COVID-19 I used Yelp to help me decide which burger place would be good for takeout! I decided on Beth's Burger Bar (Edgewood) and I ordered right through the Yelp app. Ordering was easy, and actually when I arrived at the restaurant a team member brought the food out to the car. We both did a "create your own" double burger. It was cooked perfectly and all together very flavorful and delicious. "Beth's Buffalo Sauce" is something you MUST try if you like a little kick to your burger (or get it on the side for your fries) and the Honey Mustard is absolutely perfect and must be home made!! I haven't even eaten my food yet but the service I received here is worth noting. I got there about 20 minutes before I asked for my food to be ready, I was chatting with the bartender while I waited. She was the most hospitable server I have experienced in Orlando. I wish I had gotten her name but she was phenomenal. I was telling her how I was just finishing up my 14 hour day and I had a sick fiancée waiting for me at home. She offered me a beer and just chatted with me until my food was ready. This is how you go above and beyond for your customers. Just visiting Orlando for the Citrus bowl LSU v Notre Dame! We were looking for a good burger spot, Beth's popped up. For three days of our vacation we'd been trying to get her but timing wouldn't allow it....Finally we made it! I ordered a Morning burger Double with Jalepenos, and it was everything I wanted in my burger, hell I'm mad I ate it all within a short time span. Now I ordered fries but gave them to my daughter, she ate them and without wanting her to be a glutton I ate a few and OMG crisped to perfection. The burger was cooked well and juicy. When they say that one girl does it better than Five Guy's, they really are speaking the truth! This place is a real treat any time of day. I used to work in downtown Orlando so I would sometimes have it for lunch, or even dinner. I've also had it when those midnight munchies hit walking around all loaded through downtown Orlando and it is one of the perfect greasy goodness food to soak up in all the alcohol we had just gulped down. I most often get the Veggie Burger and it is literally the best veggie burger that I've ever had. When you open it up, it's completely green and it gets me so very excited to see how they were able to accomplish this type of burger. I've also had the regular burgers which are also very tasty and delicious. The staff is always so friendly and willing to assist their customers. Oh and the fries are also pretty great as well! I haven't gone in a while but they also have a jukebox I think it's the TouchTunes brand but it is nice to play songs in the late night after drinking and dancing the night away in downtown Orlando! read more

(4/4/2018) Stopped in for a weekday lunch, have driven by many times and love the playful "hand" chairs out front. Great personality to the place (would def choose this girl over Five Guys). Decor is nifty fifties, but the TV is straight up VH1. The place is small, there were several takeout orders out the door while we were there. The burger toppings are imaginative, patties are leaner and thin, also griddled, but served with less grease than the other guys. Buns were toasted, soft and fluffy inside, but sturdy enough. The Peanut Butter Burger had a hint of nuttiness (don't be put off if you think it's sweet). The Black and Blue Burger had some nice pungent blue cheese crumbles that enhanced the earthiness of sauteed mushrooms. The deep-fried cheese curds and onion rings were both breaded with a fine crumb and deeply golden brown. A few curds had blown out leaving just a breading shell. Onion rings fared just fine. Service was present, we were checked in on several times. Overall, it's good to very good. It's not my personal ideal style of burger, but maybe it's yours. read more
