I don't understand the 1 Star reviews for this place. I am assuming it was an off day for this place since everything I ordered tasted fresh and was definitely worth the price. The portion size was pretty good. Strawberry Cream Cheese was less sweet than you get from other Bagel joints, but that was easily fixed, so I was fine with it. read more

I was in the area and I stopped for a coffee and THEC SPK. The THEC roll was soft. The TH was cooked well. It was skimpy on the egg, cheese and SPK. The service was good. No one else was in there. The ambiance was that of a deli. The deli cases were messy. I also got a muffin that was good. I'd give them a solid B rating. If I was in the area, I'd stop again for a bagel and muffin. I also got a blueberry bagel which was soft and fresh. I do recommend them. And I'll only go back if in the area. read more

Ordered a coffee and a bagel, waited 15 minutes and they only had one customer in there and the coffee wasn't even ready and you think that this person would've had The smarts to tell me that I have to wait for the coffee because if he did,I would not have waited because I had to get back to my job. From what I read from other reviews they seem to do that a lot, make you wait even when you call in ahead of time. read more

What a great little find! This place popped up a couple times in my plant groups since "The Propagation Station" is a separate business inside Betsy's so I made my way over last weekend. The place is recently opened and I mean kudos to anyone who chosen to start a business during a pandemic. That takes some balls lol. But so the place is still pretty bare. The bagels themselves are okay but not the best. They have smoothies that looked really good and milk substitutions upon request. The coffee is self serve unless you want iced, which they'll make for you but I saw the lady come around to grab stuff for it at the self serve station so I think they just have some kinks to still work out. The guy (didn't catch his name) said he owns both businesses and was more knowledgeable about the plants. I was really impressed with the kinds they have available as they are not very easy to find normally. This made prices kind of all over the place. They also sell some terracotta pots too. I'm looking forward to seeing how this place evolves overtime. It's a great idea for a cafe/bagel shop. The stain glass above the entrance was really pretty and there's seating inside as well. read more

I have it 2 starts because honestly the food isn't horrible , but if you order for pick up or delivery expect to wait for them to cook the food when you arrive . I've been told 20-25 min for pick up i let to find out that they started cooking the food when i arrived and then to still get the order wrong is also crazy . read more

Since moving into a new town we have been looking for new favorite restaurants, delis, and stores. One of them is of course, what would be finding our new bagel place. Well, Betsy's is definitely it! Small bagel place but definitely have a lot of offer! They provide breakfast and lunch 7 days a week, can call in or order online and also delivery if near by. Which is clutch on those Sunday mornings when we do not want to get off the couch. We have ordered numerous times from Betsy and it never disappoints. Bagels are fresh and they have a variety even tho they're a small location. I've even ordered a chicken lunch sandwich and very pleased with it. I would say there are two only reasons why I didn't give them 5 stars is because there have been a few times that where I've called in the order, gone there for pick up and still had to wait a long time for my order. Slightly annoying but nothing that keeps me from coming back. The second being my husband went in recently to pick up an order and was treated slightly rudely. He said it seemed like someone new so he gave them the benefit of the doubt. He said he walked in and went to say hello, how are you before ordering and the girl behind the counter barely even looked at him and with an attitude said "ORDER OR PICK UP?!" Not even a hello... I've noticed staff tends to look "overwhelmed" from time to time but not act rude. Seems like they tend to be busy which is why they may be overwhelmed but that's a good sign, people keep ordering. Seems like they're a newer business on Main St and wish them well. I hope they become a town staple for years to come. read more

Not worth the price. Plenty of bagel shops in the area that actually take pride in the quality of what they put out. I paid $15 for a bag of stale bagels and they didn't even throw in any butter or cream cheese. I hate to say it, but you're better off buying those premade bagels at Costco for the price. read more

I walked in and was greeted nicely and all around everyone was very nice. I got the egg sausage and cheese on a plain bagel. It had the perfect ratio of sausage egg and cheese. There was also ketchup, salt, and pepper that compliments it perfectly. All around I definitely recommend you go here. read more

Very odd business operation here. Is it a plant store or is it a bagel shop? If you think you're going to walk in and smell a variety of freshly baked bagels that won't happen. They have a small plastic container like you would find at a continently breakfast at a hotel with about 20 bagels out of a package. This is the first bagel shop I've been to that doesn't bake their own bagels. Very minimal bagel shop, not many options, and definitely not worth their prices. I'm not sure if the guy who works there is the manager but he's was so rude to a DoorDash driver for absolutely no reason. I was sitting there waiting for my order when this guy comes walking in and asked the driver if he was being helped to which he said "yes someone already helped me". This guy looks at the driver and says "so then you can stop looking into my kitchen and take a seat." The driver did nothing wrong and was just admiring the two ladies making the food. What this guy had to be so rude for is beyond me but definitely would rather go to Java day down the road. read more

I have ordered from this place twice and both times speaking to the people who work there has been so pleasant. I wish everyone I had to speak to you on the phone was as nice as these people. The first time I could not order an item I wanted to because it wasn't available on the website so they accommodated me anyway. The second time the driver... Who is a door dash employee! Separate from restaurant! ... Accidentally forgot something, so the restaurant themselves delivered it. Amazing. I live a few blocks away, but we are CHAINED to our computers from 7 AM to 3 PM so this is very convenient for a yummy lunch option. read more

Amazing! I don't know exactly when they opened but I'm so glad they did. Saw the shop driving through Main Street and we decided to check out their menu. So many great choices and unbeatable prices. This was my first visit to your deli, and I was only seeking a few really good bagels, found only in this part of our great country, but I discovered much more! A brand new deli with truly the best Pastrami & Swiss on Rye sandwich that I have ever eaten. In addition, it was made right in front of me, so fresh, warm and tastefully delicious, but served with the same warmth, passion, and friendliness, as if I was not a visitor, but a regular local patron. very spacious inside(convenient because of covid-19) the service is great and the prices are reasonable. I really enjoyed the home fries, even tho they forgot my toast, I still think I got my money's worth. the bagels were the best thing, they have wide variety of bagels. this place has plenty potential. read more
