The service and smoothies are good, however, they only come in one size. One size does not fit all. It would be better if they had a small, medium & large option so ppl who can't or/don't eat like a stereotypical American can get a smaller size. IMO the size is too large and a waste of my money since I can only drink about half. Then it goes into the trash so I won't get sick from it being warm for hours while I try to consume it. read more

I have never had a problem til today. My total was $ 20.73, I gave them 40 She gave me my change and I went on to do my errands then realized she shorted me 5$, bc I only got $14.27 instead of the 19.27. I went back in with my receipt and told her what happened, she argued with me for 10 minutes and told me it was my problem bc I left the building without checking. So I told her I would wait til she counted her drawer bc that's stealing and I want my 5$. I wanted her to say sorry and just give me the rest of my change. After arguing some more She finally called someone and I guess they told her to give me my 5$. I walked out with my 5$ that was owed but not with an apology, just her telling me to check next time and took no accountability for giving me wrong change. .... Okay I was really weary to try this because my I was imagining an overpriced Smoothie King. Boy was I wrong. I downloaded the app first to see the menu, and I was SO surprised to see they have breakfast and lunch/dinner food too! I ordered the Island Green Smoothie and the Chipotle Chicken Flatbread that also came with a side and I chose BBQ chips. It was like $10 and I was nice and full! Needed something quick so ordered this ahead of time. It was ready, yummy, and easy/quick to pickup. I am hooked on the avocado smoothie now, craving it constantly! I need to come back! It was so yummy and so filling. I love how big the smoothies are! And was so sad when the smoothie was gone. My stomach did hurt after having the smoothie so my stomach might not have enjoyed it, but that has only happened with this particular smoothie. I'm so excited to have this restaurant here! We ordered smoothies and food. The smoothies were awesome and it was nice you can substitute sweeteners. The food was delicious and filling. It was a nice size portion, and the price in realtion to all you get was great. The staff was friendly and the place was clean. Came for a quick bite to eat. Grabbed a green smoothie and a chicken caesar wrap. Smoothie: tasted great and fresh, not too sweet, exactly what I expected. Chicken Caesar wrap: this was really good, big portions and had plenty of chicken with lots of greens inside. Would absolutely order it again. Great service, was in and out within minutes. This place has been letting me down with their food. I wanted to venture out and try different things from their menu but I have been let down! I give up and I'll stick to my chipotle chicken flat bread. Let me tell you, I tried their Thai chicken wrap, and man someone needs to learn how to roll a proper wrap. When I opened it it instantly fell apart. And there was wayyyy to much sauce that it was literally dripping out of the wrap and my wrap was soggy. Their banana crunch flatbread, was not good at all. Flat bread tasted like it was old. And it was so bland! I gave this place one more chance on their food and tried their turkey bacon ranch sandwich; and omg nooo. It didn't taste fresh to me everything inside was soggy. I am so disappointed. I mean I'll still go therefor their smoothies, their bahama mama is my go to smoothie especially with white chocolate. And their peanut paradise is actually really really good too! So yes, I'll still come here but just for the smoothies. If you try their food, the chicken chipotle flat bread is the only thing good. I love how they have food options, I wasn't expecting at a smoothie place but was very pleased. We each got a chicken wrap and they were delicious! Clean store and wonderful service. The lady that took my order was not very helpful and got my order messed up and wasn't able to figure out how to apply the app and payment/ rewards to my order.
