I love NEKTER but was so disappointed when I ordered my 2 day protein cleanse. I ordered on Thursday and the app only gave me a pick up option of 6:30 pm on Saturday 2/28. I went in early and was advised that they had "ran out". With a 2 day in advance order that should not have happened. Hoping management will see this and hopefully address the problem. We really live the local NEKTER and hope that this is easily resolved by not selling the cleanses that are on order. read more

I've never been helped by anyone particularly friendly here. It's usually the opposite. Seems like they are also short handed most of the time. I'd guess the management sucks. Went in at 7:27pm to get a green juice because I wasn't feeling well and needed a boost. The front girl tells me that they can't make any juice other than smoothies or bowls because they close in 30min. So in other words the juicer is off/closed because you don't want to work to leave right at 8pm. Please work with your employees on customer service and working until 8pm, not leave by 8pm. I worked in retail for 6 years and we always took customers even when it was right at the dot of closing. Too bad this is the only Nekter in town. read more

We came here 2 times and will not be coming back at all. We usually come here after a good workout at the planet fitness that is in the same plaza. We came with 20 minutes left for closing time and the employee said because it's almost closing time we can only order smoothies. She didn't greet us or anything but definitely made it clear when we walked in that ONLY smoothies because of the time. Last time I checked you have a full menu until it is closing time or if you run out of something. I wanted something semi healthy so decided to give this place a try. I'm very mindful of people that wear gloves and how they handle my food. I walked in and the worker was in the back, she came to take my order and had gloves on from whatever she was doing in the back. I was looking at the menu and her cell phone rang and she proceeded to answer it. I was afraid that she would make my drink with her glove hands so I left. I wish people would stop using gloves if they aren't going to use them correctly. It's just so gross. To be fair, she might have changed them but because they charge you first, I could take that chance. read more

I love nekter it's always been my go to. I was so excited when it came to Beaumont unfortunately the customer service here is poor. The girls are never friendly and they are never welcoming. I have been there multiple times and each time I've said maybe they are just having an off day however I always leave feeling like I'm an inconvenience or a burden to them. I've been here before and had good experiences but I came in today about 7 minutes before they closed. It was full of people and only one employee. I understand she may have been frustrated but she did not greet me when I walked in and gave me an attitude while I was ordering. It doesn't matter how close to closing it may have been or how frustrated one can be, I think employees should still offer great customer service and a great experience if they want customers to keep returning. I mean because if there are no customers, then no business and no business means no work for them. The visit today was a great experience as always! I ordered peanut butter bowls and they were made perfectly, filled to the top! The morning staff are great! Very attentive and friendly making sure the bowls are in a bag with plastic spoons and napkins to go. I always use the mobile app. So easy to use and always ready when I get there!
