Here are some of the reasons they are amazing: 1) Ted S., the owner and head designer, had the ability to combine artistic, logistic, and technical requirements for the project. He was upfront and realist while being able to take us out of our comfort zones to show us what might be possible. 2) Kris, the project manager, was the person who made everything run smoothly. It didn't matter when I called, if she didn't know the answer, she'd find out! 3) Peter, the site manager, runs a tight ship. His crew was always professional, polite, and most important, CLEAN. Each day began and ended with the day's work completed and the worksite left tidy. 4) All the crew and subcontractors were amazing! It was obvious that Verity makes an effort to choose only the best. These guys were hardworking and always showed up with a smile. I'll always appreciate how much effort they put into doing a great job. In the end, any project as large as ours runs into hiccups but no matter what, Verity always took care of us. We can't wait until the next project when we can hire them again. I joke, but seriously, Ted S. can't retire until we get a chance to remodel our master bathroom!

In each case, the interaction at the store has been easy and friendly, and the problems resolved swiftly. I was frustrated at one point, but it turned out to be my own fault: Rather than calling or dropping by the store, I was sending emails and getting no replies. I later found out that the emails were going to employees that were no longer there. The staff is friendly, and if you drop by the store, the owner will personally greet you and make sure you are happy.

I went at 3 pm with my specs and no one was there. I then called, and no one answered. After returning home, I received a call from Jennifer apologizing for not being there. I then arranged to email them specs, photo, and detailed info. No response after sending. I re-sent the email the following day, and two weeks later- still no response! I was finally ready to lay down the money on my kitchen remodel, but after this experience, I am hesitant. Really frustrated after having this happen on my first time. NOT recommended for homeowners.

They quote us a fair price and the two gentleman who performed the installation were very skilled at the job, were on time and cleaned up everything when they were finished. They were initially worried that I didn't procure as many boxes of wood that would be required to fit the rooms due to the boxes not having many long boards. However, they carefully planned where to use the boards to minimize waste and be aesthetically pleasing. With the job completed there was actually some leftover boards. The room looks great and I'm a very happy customer.

Believe it or not.my city code actually said I couldn't have a 48 inch vanity. Even though I've had one previously. Standard vanities come in 42 inch or 48 inch lengths. A 42 inch vanity was just too small for the bathroom. So my contractor hooked me up with. Los Vegas in order to make me a custom-made vanity and countertop. My vanity needed an inch of filler on one side in order for the drawers to be opened without hitting the door frame. I needed my vanity to be 46 inches long. The moment I met Adrian and Luis at Los Vegas all my problems in this regard were over. I knew what I wanted, but he really helped me pick the perfect countertop. Los Vegas made my vanity and installed it. The next day they came back and installed the countertop. The countertop was cut to size right there on site. From the moment it was installed my friends and family were telling me how gorgeous the vanity and countertop are. Sometimes I go into the bathroom and I can't believe how beautiful it looks. I have a bigger bathroom upstairs that needs a 92 inch vanity and countertop. I will be asking Adrian and his brother Luis at Los Vegas to make that one and install it as well in the future.
