I was very looking forward to my haircut with Roger but unfortunately had a very bad experience today. I contacted him directly about booking and he suggested I made the booking on his website. I did that and when I went to the salon today at the time I had scheduled, he said he couldn't do my hair cause he had a walk in and would be busy for the day. How do you let a walk in get service before someone who was actually booked?! I was very much on time and someone just took my spot. He didn't even call me beforehand to let me know he wouldn't be able to fit me in the schedule anymore, I only found out literally when I got to the salon. However, it proves that dishonest, unethical and unprofessional person cannot fool everyone. He tried hard with his lies to fool my credit card, but he lost! Roger is the best! I have been going to him for a few years now starting off working with him at another salon before starting his own! Roger is a perfectionist and does a flawless cut and blow out. I go to him regularly for blowouts and he has the best technique I have ever experienced. I have never had anyone smooth out and use the round brush for a blowout lasting for almost a week with or without hairspray. My hair is super frizzy and spiral curly and you would have no idea after roger is done with it. Highly recommend! Also easy location and parking validation for the garage next door. read more

I love Better Salon environment. It's very cozy and specially the hair stylist Roger. He does such an amazing job. I do my root touch up and blowdry w him. My hair gets so shine and soft. I feel like a celebrity after my hair is done by him. I have tick and course hair and he blowdries without pulling any hair or burning my scalp. His services prices are very fair. Roger gave me a great cut and style! I have very thin and fine hair and he knew exactly how to cut it so it looks thicker/has more body.
