By comparison, my experiences with Dr. Sameer typically involved appointments lasting no more than five minutes. I am genuinely amazed by how much happier and more confident I feel with my new doctor. To anyone struggling with the American healthcare system, my advice is simple: keep looking until you find a provider who is willing to give you the time and attention you deserve. There are physicians who prioritize the quality of their care rather than taking on as many patients as possible in pursuit of greater profit. My interactions with Dr. Sameer also left me with the impression that he was socially awkward, dismissive, and difficult to communicate with. That may not bother every patient, but when someone is responsible for addressing serious health concerns, effective communication and a willingness to listen are extremely important. We went here when we first moved back to California and we put up with a lot from this doctor…read more Every single time we went to see Dr. Vanessa Ho, we had to wait at least an hr to see her and when we did finally see her, she rushed us out within 5 mins. It got so bad that we made a game of how long the wait would take vs the time she spent with us. We were naive and stayed with her for about two yrs but finally gave up when she didn't seem to care when I was having pain issues. Save yourselves time and pain and go elsewhere. At the Riverside Medical center, we wait 5-15 mins to get in and the doctors spend at least 15 mins talking to us. They try to find solutions instead of rushing us out. I don't know why this office is so poorly run by this doctor. The staff got us in to run vitals quickly but we had to go back out and wait in the waiting room for close to an hr to see the actual doctor. The front staff was great and so was nurse Quito. I wish we had left earlier and not wasted so much time here.

I changed my primary doctor to her and called to book an appointment. I was pleasantly surprised when they asked me if I would like to see her at her Riverside location or if I would prefer Ontario. Really?!? She has offices near work and closer to home?! I booked at the Ontario office. When I got to my appointment, I was happy to not have to wait too long before seeing Dr. Ho. The office is clean and the staff is courteous. Dr. Ho is patient, knowledgeable, and answers all of my questions.
