Deborah (the main tax preparer) and her assistant (the woman with black hair at the front) WILL take of advantage of you. I left here absolutely livid after dealing with the women here. Last year, Deborah, messed up my taxes because she did not correctly ask me screening question and had the audacity to blame me with the statement "You should have know better". When I told her I would be speaking to another tax agency to get some of my questions answered, in a threatening way, she told me "you 'have' to pay me". I never said I was not doing business with her, I only said that I wanted information from another provider. (She didn't realize that I was comparing the screening processes of both companies). She had already done the work so I decided to just pay her. I should have just went elsewhere. . . This year, I decided to ask lots of questions to ensure I understood what was going on because Deborah obviously did not do her job correctly the year prior. This year the assistant was the woman who answered my questions and that did not go well either. They made me believe that they were only charging me about $300 but they actually charged me $600! When I explained to her multiple times that what they were doing was WRONG AND MISLEADING, she told me "Well that's not my problem, you should have read the fine print". I was pissed. You don't treat people like this if you are running a business. Instead of reacting I just left very upset. I will not be returning here. If you were smart, you wouldn't even give them a chance to take advantage of you or your lack of knowledge about taxes. The first year that I filled, I was a first-time business owner, I expect my tax people to educate me and answer my questions when I have them, not get annoyed, rude, and condescending when I am asking them questions. Avoid this place, you are better off.
