The vet who came, sorry I don't remember her name, was nothing short of amazing! Her words assured us we were doing the right thing. "You are giving Nina the most difficult gift that you have ever given." When it came time for my youngest son to say goodbye to his beloved Ryker, we didn't hesitate to call Gentle Farewell. Unfortunately, we did not have the same comforting experience. Dr. Parker was not unkind, but we certainly didn't connect with her glowing testimonials on the website. All 5 of us present, found her to be competent, but clinical and a bit rushed. Maybe she was having a bad day, but we certainly weren't left with the same feeling of empathy as the first experience.

She received wonderful care there and they were understanding and patient with me as well. I also have a cat who had FIP (neurological type) and was terribly sick having seizures and not eating. They provided excellent care for him also. I am so grateful for all they've done for my beloved pets! I also appreciate that they don't try to talk you into things my pets did not necessarily need just to run up the bill. They are very upfront about the costs. I highly recommend them!!
