We told them that we don't want to drop off the car until they have the parts and insisted we keep it there. Now they messaged us that it's gonna take another 6 to 8 weeks to get the parts while we have to drive a inferior loaner car. Do not trust what these people say. When I had a Mercedes, I had taken my car to Beverly Coachcraft for repairs and they had done excellent work. Tom gave me a very fair estimate and my repairs were done beautifully. Tim sent an Uber for me when the car was ready--and even tracked down the driver when I left my keys in the Uber in my rush to get my car back. Very expensive at first they told me that it would be $ 3200 but then my insurance billed me $ 4600 for some trifle they scratched my bumper and molding, I contacted them through insurance and they said that only replacing the bumper, although there you could just paint it and insert the molding I regret that I just didn't buy it myself and didn't install it, because after their repair the car turned out to be Carfax and when I sell it, they underestimate the cost .. and if I had known about it, I would never have contacted them .. since it wasn't long ago I wanted to install a towbar and I didn't contact them anymore, I installed it myself because the price they voice is very expensive ... in many auto services I was previously offered to make it cheaper by about $ 2000, but I decided to do it at an authorized dealer and this is my mistake ... now I will cover all these expenses in the future because the insurance will not reduce my payment and thus it's like an installment plan but it's not worth it ... if I could return everything back, I would leave this scratch and drive on ... so think about choosing an official dealer, it doesn't mean that pros work there, it means that the price is just twice as much, and you yourself can be a professional read more

Beverly Coachcraft is a notch above. I can't thank these wonderful people enough. Peter (the owner), Tom and Nora were fantastic to work with. My 2017 CLS 63 AMG was rear ended about a month ago at a red light by someone going about 40mph. There was significant damage to my rear and front right bumper. I was referred to them by a close friend of mine and Nora helped rescue my car from another auto body shop that quoted me $20k to fix it (keep this number in mind later). She did so at 5:30 PM on a Tuesday, literally 30 minutes before that other auto-body shop closed. The next morning, Peter, the owner called me and asked me how I felt about the car and whether I preferred to have it fixed. He was extremely transparent in terms of their process and how they work. They provided a quote within 24 hours that had each ORIGINAL MANUFACTURED MERCEDES PART broken down by cost. The cost of the parts along was about $32k. The other auto-body shop offered to fix it for $20k? That is absurd given that the parts alone cost $32k. SO GLAD I was introduced to them and so glad that I came here. Ultimately, I opted not to fix my car, because of the associated Carfax and instead received a check for my insurance company and sold my car as is. Beverly Coachcraft even introduced me to an individual specializing in purchasing damaged vehicles. The numbers aligned and I was out of the car, something that I wanted. They were AMAZING throughout the whole process. Not once was I pressured to fix the car. They are high class people with high ethics. They do not mess around and their reputation is second to none. Been having a crazy hard time with them. I got my Tesla sent there in Jan...they first forgot about the car for one month. They realized that one of their staff had left and that no one was responsible for the car. Then it took another month and a half (two and a half months overall) to get the car fixed...when I got it back it was making a noise. I was told by Bryan (the COO) that it is not something that they can fix. BIG HEADACHES...took 5 months so far and only getting a run around from them. read more

When I dropped off my car the visibility of the work needed on the body of my car was apparent but I had to point out that I also wanted my rim on my tire fixed as well. They called me the day before my car was supposed to be finished to let me know that they didn't realize I had run flats on my car and that it would take an additional 3 days to complete my car. (Seriously, did I NOT point that out on the day I dropped off my car?) Customer Service was not their strong point. 2 cranky guys and one extremely pleasant woman. I wish I could have just talked with the woman the entire time because she was friendly but the guy Tom who was in charge of all of my paperwork seemed like he could care less. I originally came to this body shop a couple of years ago because I heard that it was the best place to take your Mercedes-Benz. I was involved in an accident and my vehicle needed to be repaired. I went over with them thoroughly what needed to be repaired. All of a sudden I had problems with the adjuster not wanting to cover all of the damage to my vehicle. When I spoke to the owner/manager Peter, he told me he was not aware of some of my concerns and damage and further, he could not justify all of the damage. I thought this was strange and immediately had my car towed to Paulee Autobody where I had gone for years. Fast forward, I recently was sideswiped and as a result my vehicle suffered damage. I wanted to give Beverly Coachcraft a second chance, SHAME on me for that! I had the same issues again that developed into an timely exchange with my insurance company even though I was not at fault as a result of Peter. Again, I had my vehicle towed to Paulee Autobody where I no longer had to deal with headaches! BE FOREWARNED! Peter is a major tool and creates problems between the customer and the insurance company instead of advocating on your behalf. Being involved in a car accident is a stressful situation as it is, you need an autobody shop to represent you fully and professionally. This has to be the best auto repair experience I've had and yes I've had a few before sadly. Thank you so much Beverly Coachcraft and Dan! You've turned my sad and broken car into a brand new car. I absolutely love you guys' work and the staff's patience and responsiveness. I got into an accident around mid-March, so my back bumper was completely messed up, include the truck not being able to open. Brought my car into Beverly Coachcraft because of a friend's referral. Not only did they let me know the estimate right away, but they were so patient with me I felt like I was the only customer there (obviously not as I can see a lot of nice cars being fixed there). Both Dan and Tom gave me great advice on how to not to have to spend my own money. Thank God they told me that. Their quick estimate allowed me to handle the insurance claim very efficiently. Then I brought my car into Beverly Coachcraft after I handled the claim, they took my car in right away. I got there, the rental car company hasn't come yet (they were late), so they even offered to call them for me! Where do you get that kind of service anywhere else? Dan, Tom and everyone else was super nice and helpful of course. Just a few days later, they called me and told me my car was ready... that's pretty fast. I brought my 2014 Mercedes S550 for a repair to pass rear door and quarter. They kept me informed during the process. All staff encountered were really helpful and pleasant. They also explained what and why they were doing something such as repair vs. replace. After going to Paulee AND Auto Steigler, these guys seemed honest and legit. The other places wanted to cut the frame of my car vs. repairing. Both quoted that after only a cursory look at the damage..shady. I believe Bev Coach does look for the best interests of the car/repair, rather than seeing how much they can squeeze out of your insurance company. I was rear ended by a distracted driver (two silly girls likely on their phone) in a used BMW 3 series (isn't it always a used BMW driver that thinks they are Schumacher?) on the 101 HW in stop and go traffic. The impact pushed my car into the one in front. My E550 Cabriolet had just cracked 9000 miles at the time of the accident so to say I was annoyed would be an understatement. The damage looked awful and I was sure my love affair with my new ride had come to a premature end. The car was towed to a few different shops as I kept researching for the best possible shop to fix my car the right way using all original parts and without cutting any corners. I called a lot of dealerships, looked at reviews and spoke to the representatives at the various collision shops. I finally settled on Beverly Coachcraft. I liked the fact that they specialized in Mercedes Benz and was the shop of choice for the Beverly Hills MB dealer. Plus it was a family business and their sense of pride in the quality of work was evident in my conversations with their staff. The work did take close to 40 or so days to be completed but then again they were waiting for various parts to arrive and the work required was extensive. I rather the work take a bit longer to ensure quality than get shoddy work done quickly. Dan and Tom at the shop were simply amazing throughout this process. They provided me with timely updates. When I went to pick up the car I was amazed that it looked picture perfect. They even took care of a few minor items that I came back to address. Dan even gave me an overview of the repair process and called out some of the key tools they used to fix my car. I took my car in a few weeks ago because it was hit in the back. I have a GLE COUPE AMG. And if I tell you they did a marvelous job if they offered a million star rating they would definitely get it. Prior to my car getting hit from the back when I first purchased my car I took it to a car wash for a wax and what ever they did it took the shine and left the whole side of my hood dull and it never returned to its normal shine. When I picked my car up from coach Kraft it was sooo beautiful and shiny like when I first purchased it. I didn't even ask about my hood they just automatically polished it up with know questions asked. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a good repair. You couldn't even tell that my car was ever hit. I also want to mention the great an awesome staff and the owner. In July, 2012, I was hit by a crazy LA driver who didn't feel obligated to pay attention to his red light. The E350 that I was driving was garaged, no dings or dents or anything at all. The damage looked horrible and I thought for sure that the car would never look the same. But I was wrong. Tom @ Beverly Coachcraft took great care of my car and was patient, and genuinely concerned. When I picked up my car, I noticed something I felt was not perfect. Tom took the time to look at it and then said to bring it back in to fix it. But apparently, it was an apparition and it was gone by the end of the day. The car still looks beautiful... well LOOKED... now it's 7 months later and two more accidents (yes, both not my fault) and off I go back to Beverly Coachcraft. Let me start by saving, if you want the best....Look no further. I have had my 560SL and my CLK55 AMG (twice) worked on here and have been more than happy each time. The people are honest, and truly care about the work they do. Let me give you a few examples: 1. My 560SL was hit on the driver's side front wheel. Yes, it was pretty bad. Took it to Beverly Coachcraft right away. When they got approval to do the work from the insurance company, and started the project they informed me that there was some wear and tear damage that was not caused by the accident. The price for the suspension work was expensive, almost $3,000 and that would be coming out of my pocket. They called me and discussed my options and even shared on some ways that I might be able to get the work done at a more reasonable price. What? Did they really direct me somewhere else because it was more cost effective? Yes the did! Tom was honest and considerate, a quality that is not shared by many in the business. 2. I had my CLK55 for about a week when somebody decided to back into the driver's side door. Took it to Beverly Coachcraft the next day and it was better than new when it was returned to me. 3. My most recent experience was after I was rear ended at a light on my way to work. Took the car in and was helped by Tom. What a pleasure to work with. In addition to the work being done due to the accident, I wanted to see about a dent in the rear fender and reconditioning of my rear wheels. Since this had nothing to do with the accident, I was paying out of pocket. Tom had the dent pulled out by his dent guy (no paint needed) and send the wheels out to be reconditioned. What an amazing job they did. I was truly impressed. Is this place cheap? No But when you are driving a Mercedes, BMW or other high end vehicle, should you really be looking for cheap repair? I don't like to overpay, however the quality of their work, the equipment at their state of the art facilities more than justifies the price they charge. I made the mistake of going elsewhere one time, BIG MISTAKE. The only bad part of this is that I seeing them means I have care repairs to handle. I dented the rear bumper of my (at the time brand new s550 coupe). Beverly repainted it and it matched exactly, and it was black metalic a hard color to match. the car is now back in their shop again for some front end damage, and I told my insurance agent I wouldn't go anywhere else. This time the damage was considerably greater, and more detailed due to the fact that the front end of this car has so much electronics. Again it came back to me in PERFECT CONDITION (like new) Tom was very cooperative and explained everything carefully.
