A small little shopping center located across from the Beverly Center. There is plenty of parking. $1 per hour, but I'm unsure of the daily limit. The map is a bit confusing, but the entire shopping center is pretty much in the form of an L. All the stores/eateries are located outside which means you enter them from the outside, which I absolutely loved considering I came on an amazing sunny SoCal day. This allows you to enjoy the beautiful weather while shopping. They have everything from Nordstrom Rack to TjMaxx to Souplantation. read more

The building is kind of hidden and kind of weird from the outside. its hard to tell its a mall if your not from the area. they have 3 level floors and first level was food and some upscale chocolate and tea stores. they also have a large cafe in the middle of the mall that also serves alcohol as well. i seen many tired shoppers sit there and wait or just relax. the second floor is filled with designer shops such as lv, dg, and prada, and etc. on the third floor is filled with less expensive stores such as hm, forever 21, and uniqlo. they also had a blooming dale on the far right end of the mall. there is also a macy on the far left end of the mall. overall the mall is nice and its organized. it is organized with one level selling nice treats and boutiques and second floor is filled with designer brands and third level is filled with midscale clothing. and each end have a macy and blooming dale as well. i like the crowd of people in this mall. there are casual to dressy people. i felt safe with the crowd shopping here. the mall is less busy compared to other malls i have been to . i was also visiting here on a saturday evening so it was a surprised they are not pack. the location of this mall is also across from ross, tjmax, marshalls, and nordstrom rack as well. its totally a shopping area for all people. i like the location of the mall as well. overall i will be back again because its in a nice neighbor hood and have plenty of restaurants around which are good too. the parking here doesn't seem too bad because they have a parking garage but i don't know whats the rate for that. but seems like finding a parking shouldn't be a problem. read more

Not bad! This plaza is really well hidden. From the outside you would never know this place even existed, especially since it's adjacent to the Beverly Center. There are two entrances to the parking area: La Cienega and Beverly. Once you park, you have access to the small courtyard area that the stores are centered around. This place has your discounted stores. Old Navy, Marshall's, TJMaxx. It's kind of nice having all these stores in one area. Parking is cheap! read more

I remember Beverly Connection from the 90s and baby, we've come a long way! They've done cosmetic improvements and have improved the stores. Target has replaced a very lame mall and movie theatre. :) Marshalls, TJMaxx and Nordstrom Rack in one place--is this heaven? And if you'd like to eat, there's a nice selection--Souplantation, Corner Bakery, Jamba Juice, Which Wich, Einstein Bagels, Yogurtland. Plus a CVS and a Chase Bank! The parking structure is still a bit of a mess, but what are you gonna do? Just be sure to get your parking ticket validated and visit the pay booth BEFORE driving off--it'll make it easier for you and a heck of a lot smoother for the rest of us. :D read more

Love spending the day at the Beverly Connection. If you have a day to relax and shop, you can find alot of great deals. Nordstrom Rack and TJMaxx have alot of great clothes at half the price or less. But I find Ross and Marshall's a lot cheaper. You just have to be patient and sift thru every rack... but you will find alot of great deals here (Calvin Klein, BCBG, Max Azria, Nike, Metal Mulisha, Chantelle, etc). Then you can go to the courtyard and chill. Very nice around the morning and noon time. Not too crowded. Parking is cheap, only a few $bucks. I also like the new City Target. They say it's smaller, but it seems big to me. And they have a Starbuck's inside. read more

If you're looking for cheaper clothes than you can find at a mall in LA, this place is pretty good. Plus, it's right across the street from the Beverly Center. Searching through the racks at the stores may take some time, but I thought it was worth it. There are also a few chain eateries that are pretty good - Corner Bakery and Souplantation. I've always parked at the Beverly Center, and it seems like the easiest place to do so - it's not too expensive, and there are many more spaces. I also have gone there during the evening (6pm or so), and while traffic is terrible getting to the shops, the shops themselves aren't terribly crowded. read more

Went there today. I like Target. Even though it's smaller than a regular Target, it's still fun to shop there. I also like Baja Fresh and Yogurtland. Good for eating and shopping. The big issue is that the parking structure's design is awful. The standard spot is just too narrow. I saw at least 5 spots that could not be used because other cars have to cross over the lines. Why didn't they make less spots that easily fit cars. I had to go back to the driver's seat through the passenger door because of this mess. They will have to redo all the marks one day because it's so badly done. I'm not even talking about space count indication and ability to change lanes at exit when the car in front of you is stuck for lost ticket or payment issue (also happened today). If they read this, please think about fixing your parking design, it's a joke compared to any other mall. read more

What is this place? At first glance, this place excited me because it looked like they had every store ever. And yes, it packs in a whole lot of everything. But wait a second, where on earth is it? What I mean by this is that we literally had to follow a woman because we couldn't figure out where the stores were! We had to walk around to the front and then into a corridor to get to the main area where all the shops were. The Marshalls is creepy because 1) You have to go up an escalator that's in the middle of nowhere to get to the inside of Marshalls from the outside and 2.) THERE'S NOTHING IN THIS STORE (not an exaggeration. literally nothing in here except for a few rows of shoes and a few racks of clothes). Weird, right? I probably should review the Nordstrom Rack on its own, but it's bombdotcom. Do yourself a favor and get to this Nordstrom Rack asap. It's the only reason I'll be back here. read more

Visited the Beverly Connection yesterday around 12 pm. I was surprised to see attendants helping us find parking. so helpful! Some people can't drive. Went shopping to TJ MAX, Nordstroms Rack, Marshalls, and Ross. Yogurtland after a day of shopping. City Target is conveniently located on the 3rd floor of parking so make your way up. Validated parking from City Target took $1 dollar of my day. Paid $2 dollars instead of $3. Will be back soon. read more

So many of your favorite discount store in one place! You'll be spending hours here. I like visiting the Nordstrom rack. They have a good supply of everything from shoes, sunglasses, apparel and handbags! Marshalls I will mainly go for apparel or handbags. Shoe area is limited. Especially in my size. Everything pretty well organized and kept neat in all the stores. The parking structure gets full fast so be patient or come before the store open. read more

You have to pay for parking but there's tons so it's worth it! I've been coming to this location since I was in High School and over the course of 10 years they have done a lot of renovation and a lot of upgrades. I really like that they have a lot of parking that's easily accessible from 3rd street and from La Cienega. I also appreciate that there are various stores available. You have Ross, Target, Old Navy, CVS and Marshalls (although I think it closed) and you have a variety of food! I always opt to come here because it's like hitting multiple birds with one stone. read more

Great Mall with lots of variety of mid-level stores and discount stores like Marshalls, Nordstrom Rack, Target and a CVS Pharmacy just to name a few. Much better experience there then when we went to Westfield Century City which was entirely populated by very very high-end luxury type stores. That's fine if that's what you're shopping for, but we're just a regular family and just needed some regular items at reasonable prices. I really like the collection of stores they had there and in a town like Beverly Hills, it was a refreshing, more normal place for us to Shop. read more

Aaah....the smell of burning clutch in the afternoon. Nothing makes my day better than scorching my clutch unless you want to toss in epic parking cluster f*cks because that's what you can find on a Sunday afternoon at the Beverly Connection. The parking situation here is terrible! There is absolutely no rhyme or reason. I didn't see any stop signs so no one knows who has the right of way when trying to go up/down a level. Wait! I take that back. I saw the word "STOP" painted on the ground to my right at the bottom level which means THAT person SHOULD'VE stopped because I had the right of way. Thanks to the nonexistent fire engine red stop sign, that driver had no idea....nor did the one behind him and the one behind THAT person and so on. There was a parking attendant valiantly directing traffic when I arrived. He was gone when I was leaving. There aren't very many pay stations and the line was pretty long. I honestly don't know if I'd ever come back. I felt like I was in Parking Purgatory because I couldn't go up and I couldn't go down. I was just stuck. Trying to get in was a harrowing experience in which I burned my clutch because I was stuck on that steep ass ramp behind people who were also unable to go anywhere. Trying to leave gave me a migraine because I fried my clutch from being stuck on the steep friggin ramp as I tried to get the hell out of this nightmare. Note to others : Turning left out of the structure is a royal headache due to the hordes of people crossing the street AND the people trying to leave the Beverly Center. I'm never coming here on the weekend ever again, Nordstrom Rack or no. read more

The Beverly Connection rocks my socks! I love spending the afternoon shopping (trust me you need some time here) and checking out all their bargains :) The Nordstroms Rack and Marshalls right next door is my absolute favorite. They have wonderful staff that are always smiling and helpful. They just opened a City Target on the 2nd floor that amazes. Target will VALIDATE your parking for those that hate paying the $1-$2 for spending the day. I would definitely recommend checking out the Beverly Connection if you have some time to shop around. Now that Target has opened (thank you!) this useless little mall has become somewhat less useless. Parking here is insane though. Paying a buck to park your car while you visit Ross or Old Navy?? Ridiculous. I remember back in 2000 when there was a Rexall's drugstore here and Angelyne would pull up in her pink Corvette, right to the front entrance, and leave it there while she did her shopping. You could always park at Rexall's for free and just walk across the street to the Beverly Center then. No more. Geovany at the counter ended up over charging me for my purchase. I politely let him know that it did not add up and he acknowledges it but doesn't even apologize at all. He tells me I have to go to the register to get it "voided" out so that it does not hit my bank. He then can't figure it out and gets a supervisor who seems "void" the transaction. They then charge me for the correct total and STILL never even apologized for their mistake. After I left I checked my bank and of course the charges didn't "fall off right away" as I was told. Its now been 3 days and it still has not fallen off forcing me to call my bank and have it removed... If you shop here make sure to pay attention to what they're doing bc they clearly can't do proper math and have a don't really care attitude. read more

One stop shop for great deals! Marshall's, Target, Nordstrom Rack etc. You can spend hours here. Parking is not enough here so you better some before they open. Otherwise you'll be circling around a while. They also have a few restaurants here. Had to grab a bite from corner bakery to recharge after all that shopping. A tip...park in the Beverly Centre then walk across, it's a matter of five minutes to save yourself an hour trying to get out of the parking lot. I always get a Uber car to drop me, or hubby if he is feeling generous lol! Parking is absurd, it used to be reasonable but now they raised the rates to match the crappy Beverly center. So now it is 1.00 per hour for 4 hours and then it goes up from there, when is used to be first hour free and 2.00 for 4 hours. They don't even validate.
