I am so disappointed that the parking has been changed to an app based system. Due to this I will no longer be coming here, which is a shame because there are at least 6 businesses here that I frequent. I do not scan qr codes ever, don't appreciate being tracked, and feel like my phone or an app do not need to be involved in something as simple as parking my car. The old parking system was fantasic so I can't understand why it was changed. Hope you go back to the old system. The retailers that rent space from you don't deserve to loose business due to this stupid decision and I think they will. read more

The website for this mall is no longer working and up for sale. That is a big red flag. This Mall Escalators have not been working for months on end. They do not answer your emails or calls. The office is often closed. They keep removing and shutting down things without responding or explanation. Their parking no longer registers your license plate and that you have paid for parking and when parking people asked why this is, they shrug and say Ask Management. read more

They specifically said we are doing diagnostics they did not say we're going hands on cus I would've declined. Paying for the "privilege" of using a parking deck in order to spend money at a store is ridiculous and, in a way, offensive. I'm starting to think it's an LA thing because it seems to make sense to everyone except for me. Furthermore, if you're going to charge for parking the least you could do is manage the process. I've never seen such a clusterfuck. You'd think it was the day before Christmas and Target was the only place you could buy last minute gifts. I got the impression that it's always like that. Of course, part of it was our fault for not following directions. There is a sign after the gate that indicates where you can find a space and it told us to go to 336. Unfortunately, I have no idea what that means. I would assume there's something on the 3rd floor, except there isn't one. I started looking for marked space numbers, but they don't exist (or aren't obvious enough to be helpful). So, if it weren't for the parking situation this would be a really awesome shopping center. If you are a fan of mosquito bites, shop here. I got bit twice while I was on la brea waiting for a friend. I had noticed there were little mosquitos flying around the bushes and water puddles. Someone really needs to fix this problem because more and more people are going to get bit and possibly even get sick! Beware of the mosquitos!!! read more

I love you, but I also hate you. We hang out a fair amount, not because you're necessarily all that, but because you're near my doctor and Trader Joe's. You can be pretty downright convenient: You have a pretty well stocked Target, Baja Fresh, Starbucks, BevMo, ULTA etc. I appreciate the direct elevators from the garage, even the lower level, when I wanna get my big box fix at Best Buy, Target, and BevMo. I was so sad that Ice Pan didn't pan out in the long run. And the AAA office was super convenient, a big plus. What's up with that? Please stop getting rid of the stuff I like. But like others have said, your parking garage is really poorly planned. So aggravating. I always go directly to the lower floor to avoid the confused fumblings of others. I love that there is always plenty of parking there, even right by the express Target elevators. I do appreciate your 1 hour of free parking, but from now on, I will either park over by Trader Joe's and walk over or be sure to get the heck out before that hour is up because your parking pay station machines SUCK. At least two of them were broken this evening and one of said machines ate my debit card!! I waited FOREVER for someone to come assist me (why do you have an "assistance" button if no one answers it???? If it wasn't for a nice Target employee and a security guard who helped me get your parking office's attention, I might still be waiting for help) and the person who finally came to help had the audacity to suggest it was somehow my fault? What? If you guys can't get it together on a Monday night nowhere near the holidays, you suck. So annoying that they give you the tiniest flimsiest piece of paper as your parking ticket. And then if you lose it (like I did) they charge you the full $18 day rate even though I was there only an hour. And even worse - the parking lot reads your license plate so it knows how long I was really there even without a ticket. Grrrrrrr.... $18 parking for a $6 sub sandwich. Ridiculous. read more

A typical West Hollywood Shopping center!! This place was packed, I mean waiting in the parking lot on black friday for about 10 minst to find a parking spot was not what I expected. I went to target to try to find the B-day gift for my friend and of course not found. I then spent some time walking around t see what's new and what's on sale... Or what's not on sale.. For me this is one of the most terrible parking garages in Los Angeles. It's not as sophisticated as it was claimed by some yelpers, and I wonder where the 4 stars came from. I always come here and never had a problem until now. Yeah it's a pain parking and paying for parking, but today was the WORST. My cousin and I arrived to the pay station 5 minutes before we hit an hour (free parking when it's under an hour), but to our surprise our ticket was unreadable. And the people next to us also had that problem and they called the appropriate number and they said they'd be "right down". After waiting, the other people left because these people were taking too long. So we called again and again, we were told people would come down. So we wait and the guy says in some weird accent "blah blah ticket stuck blah blah" and then when I say no, the ticket is just unreadable, he then says some gibberish and sends us on our way insisting there is a cashier to help us when it is our turn to leave. Okay. It'd be nice if the guy you send spoke English. The when we get to the end, we put our ticket in. Of course. TICKET IS UNREADABLE. okay. Some management guy tells us we have to pay 1.50. NO, I say. I was on time and got to the pay station with plenty of time. And then he looks at me like I'm lying and says , okay ill pay the 1.50 cause it's only 1.50. And okay SIR. 1.50 may not be a lot to your ass, but to me, a college student, it means bus fare or much more. Then he proceeds to take money out of his pocket like he's going to pay for our ticket, says "may god bless you" and opens the gate with his key. Thanks for the $1.50, you big jerk. MAY GOD BLESS YOU cause I know for damn sure you'll need it. read more

Worst Parking garage on the planet. Machine didn't give us a ticket. When we called trying to get out, the parking staff proceeded to blame the fault on us for not receiving a ticket from THEIR machine. We sat in the car longer than we did shopping, waiting for Jose to open the gate. read more

Although the parking is a little confusing, there's always plenty of parking, and with a free hour, who can complain? This shopping center has lots of great stores including a Target. I love going here because I can get everything I need. I love being able to grab some Starbucks, get a mani/pedi at Happy Nails and then do my shopping. Totally worth the parking situation! I don't know why so many people are complaining about parking.. this isn't the only place that charges to park. Besides I think for the area it's in, and with all the people having access to it off the street, this is a really clean place! I'm definitely going to continue coming here. read more

I've never had a problem finding parking in this garage, so that's a plus. Target and Ulta are necessities for me, so I appreciate the convenience. I was happy to learn that the parking garage management is also really great, when I got double-charged for parking (once at the kiosk and again at the exit). They were able to look up the charges when I called and gave them my credit card number, and they promptly refunded me, with no hassle. Easy. read more

This place is my spot! There aren't a ton of great places to shop in my area, so I usually have to make the trek out a bit west to get stuff at this Target. The huge perk is that there are a few great restaurants in the plaza too - Rock n Sushi and Hot n Juicy are both my jam. Sure, they don't sound like the classiest of places, but their food is good and cheap! Another godsend is parking. They give you 1 hour free, something that is pretty rare for a lot in LA. Not sure why there are so many complaints on it - the aisles are wide so you can indeed go around a person waiting, there is a lower level that always has spots, and it's only $1.5 if you go over that free hour for dinner or whatever. If you think it's hard to park here, try the Grove or the Century City Westfield. read more

This is the land of uptight and delirious. Enjoy a quiet moment sitting and suddenly, "new rule, no sitting on the wall." Don't go anywhere Starbucks unless you plan for uptight security to waltz in and make sure you bought something or intend to. I've seen them quiz people in line. If you head straight for the P2 level, you'll have zero problems parking even if it's a busy weekend. The West Hollywood Gateway employees are very helpful. I lost my parking ticket the last time I was there and instead of having to pay the full day's rate, I explained my situation to who I believed to be a manager and he was not only understanding, but did not charge me!!! My colleagues and I went for lunch at one of the restaurants at this mall. We were very pleased with this mall. It's an outside mall, with nice seating areas outside. We saw few homeless attempting to come inside the premises but were approached by a security officer immediately. We felt very safe and we will probably make this mall our new lunch hang out. read more

I was shopping at the mall when I noticed about 10 loud teenagers screaming, smoking and cursing really loud as they were coming down the escalators to the court yard. They were extremely disruptive and disrespectful to the other people shopping in the mall, so I was happy to see a security approaching them. They immediately quiet down and we were able to continue shopping peacefully. Finally a mall with a proactive security team. read more
