I was shocked to see such a low score and bad experiences for such an awesome business so I felt obligated to provide my experiences. I've been taking my child to this location since he could visit the dentist and Kids Dental has been nothing less than spectacular. The staff and the dentists are friendly, personable and have always made my family feel welcome. We've followed the dentist's recommendation for oral hygiene and so far no cavities. One of the cooler features they offer is an emergency contact service for holidays and weekends. While playing around my son had one of his primary (baby) teeth knocked out and I was able to get in touch with Dr. Holt on the 4th of July holiday. He was patient with me, answered all of my questions and put me and my wife at ease. I know we are in good hands with Dr. Holy and Dr. Mindy and I think the current 2.5 star Yelp review rating is representative of the experiences we've had. What also let's me know this is a stable business is it's longevity. Our daycare provider took her daughter to this same dental office over 20 years ago and it's still going strong. That's longer than Yelp has been a business when word of mouth and radio advertising reigned supreme. I'm glad we found this dental office and I hope others give them the chance they deserve not relying solely on the currently low Yelp score.

Dentist Sirisha Bhandaru from my first appointment here for a broken crown had me at ease talking through what was needed. When the crown arrived I went in and the whole thing went smooth and other than the shot was pain free. I went back a few weeks later and the Hygienist worked with me on catching up on cleanings when I had been refused a cleaning at another dental office and was told I needed deep cleaning, which I'd already gone through and want going there again. 3 cleaning services later about 5 months my gums showed significant improvement and we're back at normal ranges. I had a different crown break several weeks ago on a bottom molar which are always harder to numb. The Dentist had to remove the rest of the porcelain crown, I can't say it was exactly pain free but she did everything possible to make me comfortable and we got through it. When I returned for the new crown it was smooth sailing at a very fair price. I highly recommend if your looking for a new dentist or are unhappy with your current dentist that you go in for a cleaning and meet the dental staff. My son has autism and has never been able to go to the dentist sucessfully (ie. without a meltdown) until we met Dr. Bui. Maybe it was the video games in the front or the fact that the xrays are digital and thus easier and less uncomfortable for him, or maybe it's the sunny, open treatment area. Likely, it's the way the doctor and the staff spoke slowly and softly to him, like they had all the time in the world. He breezed through the appt. and and happily scarfted down the sugar free candy he got on the way out. My daughter had a cavity filled by Dr. Bui. She got a composite filling. Ifound everything to be satisfactory with that. We had to pay extra for sedation because our insurance did not cover it. I feel it was worth it, she slept through the procedure and has only pleasant memories of the experience. The office staff always print out a note for school, which is convenient, and this time we were able to get a Saturday appt. so we won't have to miss any school. The office is a little hard to find since it is tucked away in a medical office park filled with other one story buildings that all look the same.

I was told I was "not a fit," despite never being given a fair opportunity to demonstrate my capabilities.
