Today was a huge step getting a root canal procedure done for the first time in years. Got one done as a child and have been terrified ever since. I even started to tear up at the office. After my procedure not only have I been freed of anxiety, but now I am more confident going to get the rest of my procedures done. Dr. Oh and dental assistant Daniel were fantastic, very quick and through. Daniel made me feel at ease as he explained the procedure. He mentioned it was the easiest procedure to do and that Dr. Oh has had years of experience. I didn't feel a thing (not even the numbing needle). I thank God for everyone there and to finally be healed from this trauma after many years. May God bless this practice with abundance for years to come!

After years of being told by another dentist that I needed a lot of work, it was a huge relief to find out things were not nearly as bad as I had been led to believe. Dr. Bae and his staff showed compassion from the very first phone call and before my first appointment. I have received more attentive care here than anywhere else. The care I received from x-rays, to cleaning, to a small composite filling was excellent. The review of suggested treatment and the costs associated with each part was explained well including insurance estimates and out-of-pocket. I never felt pressured to get all the work done. I told him that I had an appointment at 1pm and if he can fix the chip. His replied YES. He mentioned that eventually I need a crown and left. After 5 minutes the receptionist came and asked me which day I can come the following week for the crown and the cost will be $1,200. I repeated to him that now I need the toot repaired, His replied was that I need a crown before fixing the chip, I felt that the place was a " bait and switch" and I told it to the receptionist. Near my home I walked into Prestige Dental. After taking Xray on the spot the doctor fixed chip for $300. If eventually I need a crown it will be $1,000 **My recommendation: * before having done some dental work and be scammed have a free consultation at Prestige Dental , 12700 Midway, Dallas.

I had been told by the previous dentist that I would need a crown so I went totally anticipating getting one when to my surprise Dr Park told me that wouldn't be necessary (at least for the near future). The office is very very clean and they check your temperature when you get in the door. I really like how Dr. Jung is honest, he shows you everything that may be wrong with photos so you know exactly what is the problem. There were 4 problem areas I had, but two of them were on watch but the other two was I had a small cavity and the other was a filling popped off. The whole thing was quick and not painful at all. I was in and out within the hour. I will definitely come back again! This may be my new regular dental office since I had a pretty easygoing experience.

The woman at the front desk could not have been sweeter and more welcoming to me. She was working so hard too. Multitasking queen! Haley was my hygienist and she was gentle and thorough. She was delight to speak to as well. Dr. Naz is a great dentist and is so kind, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. I normally very much dread going to the dentist, but with these guys, the whole experience was a breeze. 10/10 would recommend Couture!
