Avoid this location at all costs. We picked up a bmw 3 series manuel about 1 month from the time of this writing and somehow it already needs almost $1500 worth of work. Leaking gasket, rear shocks, control arms, spark plugs, and a starter. From the very start the car was a ticking time bomb and they decided to sell it. Nadir Shifar is quite possibly one of the most disingenuous people I have come across. Even signing of the paperwork, nothing was stated that I would be the primary holder of the account, leading me to believe that I would be the actual cosigner. I understand if my credit was better in order to get a better rate. But not to disclose that with me or to have any level of transparency, for that matter, is WRONG. And the icing on the cake? Not weeks later that we got the car, my social security number had been compromised. Not a single issue with fraud/ attempted identity theft until I provided my information to this private "dealer". Luckily I was able to report before anything unfortunate happened. Avoid this location. The quality of the vehicles are suspect at best but worst of all, the employees are seemingly worst than scum. I know going to an official dealer isn't ideal for a number of people but getting CERTIFIED pre-owned from an official dealer generally avoids problems like these. read more

I don't have enough great things to say about Ron, he is exceptional. Jason found me on Kelley Blue Book because I posted my car up to see how much I would get for cash value if I sold it privately. He instantly contacted me and said that if I came out there he would write a check for me and I wouldn't be upset. He said that he would make me very happy and that he would offer me little bit more than what Kelley Blue Book's offer was. When I got there he started nitpicking on certain little things and added it to the Kelley Blue Book website which brought down my cost and then added $40 to that and said that he would offer me $40 more than what the initial offer is on Kelley Blue Book. He had me drive all the way out to Delmont in order for him to give me a lousy price on my car definitely was a lowball. He made himself sound so serious as a buyer when he told me I would not be upset and that he would not lowball me. I'm really annoyed that I drove 40 minutes for no reason I was very sure that he would've bought my car. He seemed like a really nice person but I don't like that I was Basically lied to in order for him to see my car and then offer me such a low price. I for a fact know that if I were to sell my car privately I could get $3000 more for my car not to mention he said that he would offer me more because I recently put in $850 into my car for the brakes and rotors one tire the radiator the stabilizers and the battery. I didn't like the vibe of the people who own the place they came outside and were staring at me and my car didn't say a word and then went back inside. Really weird vibes but I guess this is what dealers do. They lowball people and they try to make as much money as they can on a car but they will sit there and tell you that they're not making much on it at the end of the day they make Close to 1500 or $1000 on a car. As for me, I knew exactly which car I wanted before visiting the showroom (2014 Audi S5). Although it was my first dealership purchase, I was NOT looking forward to fast-talking, suit and tie salespersons who would try to sell me horsepower, tech and luxury, etc... What I experienced was quite the opposite. I was given all the time I wanted to check out the vehicle, go for a test drive, to talk about the car's history, and to just feel comfortable about my dream car possibly becoming mine. Ron was my guy and he has a great demeanor for someone in sales. I pointed out the car I wanted and he went right ahead to making it happen. The 2014 model was exactly what I wanted and the Audi was in near perfect condition on the outside for a 4 year old car and after one week of driving it (I drove it hard a few times to really test it) the car is just like new with not a creak or sound coming from anywhere. I have had friends and family believe it was truly a brand new car. Even his customer service through texting was timely and thorough. I went in with less than perfect credit. Ron explained the financing options and process clearly and provided advice on re-financing in the future to lower my rate; which I intend to do. Rolled the dice on a low mileage 06 benz about 6 mos ago. Had no time for an inspection so I trusted the friendly sales guy and reviews. Sad he swore on his mothers life about not having any oil leaks, 1 month after buying it and during the inspection i was told a rear main was leaking. i was also told the car had no issues, which it did, but i went for it anyway bc the model was limited. Used cars always need repairs, I get it. I'm not sure if the owners arent truthful to sales, or sales not to customers. I believed the sales guy, he was authentic. $2500+ in necessary repairs and counting, but I'm happy i got the car anyways. Never use brokers to finance cars, just go to the dealership. Don't use middle men. My father bought a car through Brandon Park. My father selected to buy the rx350 in the "Satin Cashmere Metallic" color. His computer shows "Satin Cashmere Metallic" as a silver tone color. Brandon delivered the car earlier today and came back when I was home to pick up our old car. I spoke to him about the mistake my father made. I showed him my father's computer screen and the color of the car he thought he chose. Brandon knows that my father chose the color based on what he saw on his computer and Brandon knows my father never saw the car in person. After knowing this information he told me my father requested "Satin Cashmere Metallic" and it is what he delivered. His response to the color looking different on my fathers computer was to tell me that all the cars colors displayed on the car companies websites look different online than in person. Very frustrating and unprofessional response. I wanted to go to the Lexus dealership personally with the broker (since Lexus dealership told me responsibility was on him) to speak to the dealer in english (Brandon spoke to me in Korean) and explain the situation to see if anything could be done. Brandon was very adamant about the purchase being final and letting me speak to the dealer. He left while brushing off my request to speak to the dealer directly. I called him shortly to ask for the dealer's name and he told me it was private. I called the Lexus dealership to speak about the recent purchase, but you cant get connected to the dealer without knowing his name. They continued to tell me all responsibility and customer service was on the broker. My father made the mistake of purchasing a car without looking at it physically first, and my mother made the mistake of signing off on the delivery of a different color than intended car. All I wanted to do was speak to the Lexus dealer personally to know if any solutions were possible but it felt as if Brandon was a wall blocking me from meeting or speaking to the dealer. From an outsider perspective I feel like my father is being taken advantage of. He made a mistake of buying the wrong color and Brandon did not even TRY to help. He showed me what the color of "Satin Cashmere Metallic" looked like on his phone (which is closer to the gold color). I just wish he showed my father and confirmed that the color was the correct one before he made the final purchase. Especially since Brandon knows that the cars colors on websites look different online than in person. If he had that knowledge, he should be more considerate if the color is not what the customer expects. The color is labeled "gold" on the key we received. read more

Don't let your eyes deceive you, at first glance it seems like your typical luxury car sales boutique but after my experience I will no longer be as trusting. I was looking to buy the popular BMW 645ci convertible and after given a hard sales pitch I was coaxed into delivering a $100 cash deposit to hold the vehicle so I could return within the week to test drive the car. When I returned the following Saturday I was told the car had been sold. What exactly is the point of a deposit I ask?? Seems like their shady business approach has lost them a customers trust and within the used car industry isn't so hard to believe. i highly recommend staying away from this place, if they were shady about a deposit which i'm still waiting for to clear in my account imagine the other business ethics! read more

They sell shit cars bought a 2008 bmw m3 they told me the car had no problems but I found out after buying the car that the car had a transmission leak the wheels were all bent and the tires were all worn out. Went I bought the can I brought it to open road bmw because of the leak and the tires. They told me it was to dangerous to drive the car and that they didn't believe that w dealership sold me the car in this condition their told me that to fix the leak it would cost me over $2000 and the tires would cost me over $2500. Now after 6 months of having the car it needs a new engine!!!!!! Which is going to cost $22000 just for the engine alone without labor wow!!!!!! I went into their dealership this week with 15k cash and a credit score of 750 trying to purchase a 2008 Audi Q7. The owner Alex has it listed as perfect condition everything runs perfect, meanwhile that's not the truth. Alex was giving me the car for 19,500 and was not trying to negotiate after 5 days of going back n forth for a car worth 10,000 on Kelly blue book with the vin number entered infront of him Once he didn't want to negotiate I decided not to plead him any longer and just test drive the car to see if I should just give him the money and finance the rest because this is the car of my dreams. I couldn't stress it enough to him that I'm putting my 2 yr old in this vehicle and I need a safe vehicle to put him in. When I turn on the car the car has a whole bunch of electrical problems. The mirrors don't adjust, the signals for turning aren't working,he tells me oh don't worry I fix, the tvs installed in the vehicle aren't working and Alex is too cheap to fix it he wanted to sell me the car with broken tvs! when he goes to see how much are the tvs are worth he tells me it's too expensive that he's just going to put the regular headrests on the car and I tell him to lower the price then bcus the car won't have the tvs I'm paying for and he won't do that either. the sensors aren't working, the brakes were due for a change I could barely get the car to stop, the car has scratches all over and in the inside, I took the car to alpha with the owner to a mechanic and he told me this car won't pass inspection unless Alex fixes a few things so now Alex tells me to wait in the office while he talks to the mechanic and I'm like no I need to know what's wrong with the car bcus you're trying to scam me. Needed new break pads all around, the roters were corroded, the bumper looked like it been hit it was popping out in the corner, the water pump wasn't working, the car was leaking, there was a crack in the bumper light and had water inside the light, FRAUDS FRAUDS FRAUDS THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY! I found the same exact car the same exact color the same exact miles in NJ for 10,000k. The worst part was that Alex the owner lied to me all along and told me the car was in mint condition and he ran my credit and made me sign paperwork before letting me test drive the car, what a smart man! Long story short, he sold us a faulty BM, 3 days after driving off the lot...CHECK ENGINE LIGHT comes on. And thats after going back and fourth with Michael he says he'll pay a portion of it. Its been less than 30 days and im already having to put money into the car. Thats crappy af! Its now another few weeks, after the first maintenance and them telling me im not going to have any more issues. Light pops back up again!!! Once again, a big fight ensues between us and Beverly Hills about who is going to pay this now almost $1100 bill to fix more damages. After reading negative reviews I have waited 7 months to write this review as I wanted to see if my vehicle was going to have any initial problems. It has not. I love my car and am happy with my purchase. Both Ron, the salesman, and Molly, the office person were both friendly and easy to deal with. The cars are not certified and I am not sure that they are mechanically inspected after Michael purchases them. But I do believe he strives to offer quality vehicles at a decent price. I bought in January and live in western Mass. so I was a bit leery. You never know what your going to get when buying used, so I had a dealership check it out when I brought it home. I give Ran and Molly 5 stars. Don't expect a full tank like a typical dealership. I did. Ron gave me a $20 out of his own pocket!!!!
