At the Hempstead location we worked with Sonia, Anthony and Herber to help us get the right car for us. We tested out a few cars until we got the perfect one for us. They also were able to work with us to transport a few cars to test that were at their sister Enterprise Car Sales dealerships within the tristate area. Their customer service was exceptional. The manager of the dealership, Melvin, also spoke to us and was very friendly. The one thing that stood out from Enterprise versus other dealerships is the no hidden fees. There was the standard dealership fee and the regular DMV fees. Everything was explained to us clearly and it made the process super easy. Rental car broke down. Around summer 2021 or 2022, not sure exact year. Was heading to Hampton Bays,NY where 99 year old mothers lived; came from Westwood NJ. Was carrying a lot of luggage. Their rental SUV broke down; managed to park at Manorville, NY fire station on Manorville Road. It was hot & humid day. Called Enterprise and they took SUV. Was abandoned by Enterprise to fend on my own, for around 2 or 3 hours. Got water from fireman, otherwise would have fainted. Called an Uber, they stood me up, appears Manorville to Riverhead not profitable route. Eventually got a taxi from a nice cabbie, taken to Enterprise Car Rental Riverhead, NY office, where they eventually gave me another smaller rental vehicle, I then filled empty tank and headed toward Mom in Hampton Bays, NY. read more

The other day i was lucky to come in here and witness my mom get her first new car! Well a 2012 rogue. Its the newsest she has ever had and it was a long time coming They were visiting other places along sunrise highway but here at enterprise they really made the experience here pleasant and very informative. A carfax was provided. Like those tv commercials " show me the carfax" ! The salesman Gavin, who was handling the car had to go all the way to new jersey to get the car. They had the car cleaned next door at the carwash. Gavin told us to take the car for a test drive make sure it works. After that my dad signed all the forms, they took care of the insurance and plates. Nothing like avoiding the dmv lines! Enterprise offers one year/12,000 miles whichever happens first with complimentary roadside assistance! Hopefully we never need it... Or maybe a tire change.. Overall the car was in great condition they made thr car purchasing process very easy, wish it had a full tank of gas it only had half. Bought a car in Dec 2017, next time I'll go to the one in Huntington, they made copies of our drivers licenses, it was all paid for no car loan, we signed tons of papers, they said our insurance company did not give them our insurance information a company we've done business with and our agent knows us as well as the rest of our family, it's March and I still done have a registration...Very poor service, will never go back to this location. I had such a great experience. I needed a different car & I was dreading the thought of car shopping. Having to deal with pushy aggressive salesmen who don't have your best interest in mind gave me anxiety. I was referred to Enterprise sales while renting a car & it was conveniently close (25 min). My sales woman was Heidy. She was very knowledgeable & offered the "haggle free" pricing, which is basically whatever the car is priced, that's what you're going to pay for it. There was no back-and-forth and over the top prices. I was so relieved. She took care of everything including my trade in, and I skipped the trip to the DMV. I even left the rental there & they took care of it all. Seamless experience. They also offer a deal of trial for 7 days & if you are not satisfied you can bring the car back for different vehicle or leave it all together. They also include a great roadside assistance package. I went to purchase a car at the Enterprise Car Sales office in Hempstead. I have rented from Enterprise and have usually had great cars. Buying a car from them comes with an easy return policy if the car is returned within a week. The salesperson I worked with--Adnan--was very polite, helpful and a pleasure to work with. I gave a deposit on a used car and was able to take it home that night. It seemed a little jerky when I took it for a test drive but the salesperson explained in some instances I needed to switch the ECO button "on" and that would help it. As I drove it for a longer distance, I saw that it was still jerky and decided not to purchase this car. I brought it back to the dealer 14 hours later. I was told that I could not contact my insurance company to remove it as Enterprise has their own DMV staff who do this. I dealt with their Assistant Sales Manager Jerely Lee. He could not tell me when the plates would be returned to DMV but said if I contacted my insurance company to take the car off, before the plates were surrendered, I would be fined. I called my insurance company who confirmed this. I returned the car on a Friday. On Monday I emailed Jerele and got an OUT OF OFICE reply--and he added he would follow up with me the next day. On Wednesday I emailed him again--no reply. I then called and spoke to him. FIrst he left me hanging on the phone and after 10 minutes I hung up and called again. He told me he had no idea how long it would take for the Enterprise staff to return my plates. I pointed out that I was still paying insurance for a car I had given back 5 days earlier. I then emailed Vito Sciscioli--the manager--who was out of the office. Still, no reply from anyone...I emailed again two days later inquiring and still got no answer. Today--9 days after I returned the car--I finally got an email from Jerele that the plates had been returned two days earlier. So....I paid for insurance for a car for 9 days, even though I had returned the car. I felt as if I was being punished for returning the car. Anyone considering purchasing a used car from Enterprise should be awaare of the fact that you cannot contact your insurance company to remove the car if you return it. While this policy was frustrating, I was not happy with the callosness of the staff about expediting this so I would not be paying insurance for a car that was not in my possession. read more

For the last couple to days I stressed about my 2002 Nissan Sentra the repair cost was insane and not worth it.
