That should have been a big enough red flag to run the other way, but I didn't rely on my instincts, unfortunately - so, caveat emptor my friends ! We made a deal FOR THE ASKING PRICE on a vehicle, and I was assured that the deal would be honored and was told that I would receive the vehicle after some repairs were completed. With their full knowledge, I moved money out of a retirement account to make the purchase, and subsequently now have to pay taxes on that amount. I also instituted an insurance policy for the vehicle so I could drive it off the lot, at great expense. I receive a call form these untrustworthy people (the salesperson had someone else make the phone call, probably because he didn't want to receive my wrath) the day before I'm supposed to pick up the vehicle, informing me that they sold the vehicle out from under me, leaving me with costs, aggravation, and wasted time. The sales person, "Jake" (if that's his real name, they don't even put their names on their business card) and his "father" run this "business", I was told, but now I have my doubts about everything that transpired. It also appears that they are doing business under the "Car Guru" name I would STRONGLY suggest that you do business ANYWHERE BUT WITH THIS, I BELIEVE TO BE UNRELIABLE, UNTRUTHFUL, BAND OF SHADOWY & DUPLICITOUS PHONIES !!! Also, according to them, they own a couple other auto related businesses nearby, so I'd be very careful who you're dealing with near here.

Needless to say that was an amazing incentive! Moving forward On November 28 a friend of mine said that they had recently purchased a car from this dealership based on my referral. I texted Chris from C rich cars To notify him that I Had referred someone to the dealership. I was excited about the news, especially since Christmas was upcoming, and I could afford to have some flexibility around the holidays because my car payment would be paid! That was a BIG lie! It felt almost as though I had to chase the dealership for this check. I spoke to Chris multiple times regarding my car note being paid and I would keep referring other people if my car note would be paid all in text message I was so excited. He never confirmed that it would be a car note via text message. It smelled like a scam. One week before my car note is actually due, Chris tells me I can come to the dealership for the check or he'll mail it out. Personally, I didn't trust a check the amount of a car note to be mailed to my house so I told him that I would be picking the check up. At that point he told me it would take one week I thought to myself I would be late one day on my car note , however, no big deal as it does not get reported or have any late fees until five days later. The Friday before I had to pick up the check I texted Chris to ask what time should I come and pick up the check because I only have one day off and I was very busy with errands especially with a toddler! Chris never responded to my text messages. I had to get in contact with somebody else to finally get in contact with Chris for me. At that point Chris was rushing me to get to the dealership because he wanted to go home early this Saturday. Once I arrived to the dealership he told me "I don't know what you're talking about this car note payment but we cap it at $500 , so here you go." Chris claims that there is no way of finding out my car note amount.. what???? Sir I have paperwork which I'm certain this establishment has copies of because my version is a copy. Not to mention a simple screen shot of the car note could've helped to confirm the amount. It felt like I had pie on my face because I clearly remember two separate employees telling me about this referral bonus. He went to ask Javier and claimed that Javier said no such thing. Now my car note is officially five days late and this will affect my credit. I called to speak to the manager Kathrine or Yuri and never received a call back regarding this issue. Thank you C rich Cars and Luxury Motor club For the great holiday gift right before Christmas! I followed up with my friend to see whether they also told her about this referral bonus. My friend said that they also told her the same thing even to the point some police officers refer so many people that they do not end up paying their car note. The team we worked with at Enterprise Car Sales was amazing start to finish. At the Hempstead location we worked with Sonia, Anthony and Herber to help us get the right car for us. We tested out a few cars until we got the perfect one for us. They also were able to work with us to transport a few cars to test that were at their sister Enterprise Car Sales dealerships within the tristate area. Their customer service was exceptional. The manager of the dealership, Melvin, also spoke to us and was very friendly. The one thing that stood out from Enterprise versus other dealerships is the no hidden fees. There was the standard dealership fee and the regular DMV fees. Everything was explained to us clearly and it made the process super easy. If we are to consider to get another used car in the future we will definitely consider returning again.

I was specifically told that if I paid off my loan early, I would receive a refund for the unused portion of the warranty coverage. I paid off my loan three years early and then began the process of requesting my refund. I contacted the contract administrator, the insurance company listed on the contract, Elite Mitsubishi in Queens, and my auto loan bank. Every one of them told me the same thing: I needed to contact the selling dealer, Autolux (1305 Hempstead Turnpike, Elmont, NY), to complete the paperwork required for the refund. When I visited the dealership, I spoke with the sales manager about my refund request. At first, he acted as though he had no idea what I was talking about. However, after I explained that I had already spoken with multiple parties regarding the matter, he took my name and phone number and told me he would look into it and get back to me. That was over two weeks ago, and I have never received a call. I have called several times since then and left messages through the receptionist, but my calls have not been returned. What concerns me most is this: if they are unwilling to assist with a straightforward refund request for a warranty they sold me, how would they handle a legitimate service contract claim if my vehicle actually needed repairs? Based on my experience, the customer service and follow-up have been extremely disappointing. I would strongly advise potential buyers to do their research before purchasing a vehicle or extended warranty from this dealership.
