Pros and Cons - Definitely some shady undercover practices at this location. They seem to market towards a certain class of people, to lure them in to buy a luxury car to keep up with the joneses. The pros - was able to walk away with a 2013 c class with less than stellar credit, only put 1k down with a low interest rate. The cons - after speaking with the finance manager and getting different answers for my questions I was unimpressed. I wanted to trade my 2014 Altima in and it was determined i owed too much on the car. Jack the finance manager claimed he would help me refinance to a friend if there credit score was good. He did not live up to his end of the deal and began playing games insisting now that he could not help with transferring the car into my friends name after telling me be could do so. Then after having a family member agree to cosign the loan for me I then find out from another dealer that I was never on the original loan!!! I need answers asap not happy with their deceptiveness. Please be weary and make sure to ask multiple questions or bring someone who is knowledgable about cars so you will not be conned into a scam!!

As a result, the entire transaction had to be canceled and refunded, wasting over five hours of our time. A dealership should know whether it has the legal documents required to sell a vehicle before putting it on the lot and taking a customer's money. The experience was unprofessional, frustrating, and felt very misleading. I would strongly recommend being extremely cautious and getting everything in writing before doing business here.

I also instituted an insurance policy for the vehicle so I could drive it off the lot, at great expense. I receive a call form these untrustworthy people (the salesperson had someone else make the phone call, probably because he didn't want to receive my wrath) the day before I'm supposed to pick up the vehicle, informing me that they sold the vehicle out from under me, leaving me with costs, aggravation, and wasted time. The sales person, "Jake" (if that's his real name, they don't even put their names on their business card) and his "father" run this "business", I was told, but now I have my doubts about everything that transpired. It also appears that they are doing business under the "Car Guru" name I would STRONGLY suggest that you do business ANYWHERE BUT WITH THIS, I BELIEVE TO BE UNRELIABLE, UNTRUTHFUL, BAND OF SHADOWY & DUPLICITOUS PHONIES !!! Now that he has expanded h his business to Franklin Square...seems like customer service has gone down the toilet. I had an unfortunate encounter with him where he lied about calling me to approve services to my vehicle that I did not approve. I just wanted my brakes and rotors changed and that was confirmed when I dropped off the vehicle...only to be forced to pay for an extra tire rotation ($50 -while tires were already taken off already for brake job!) and coolant top off ($20) that was not pre approved (I had the tires already rotated that same morning at the dealership with an oil change!!). Both the sales lady and finance manager Javier told me that if I purchased a car with them anyone I referred would qualify me for their Referral incentive, which was to pay 1 month car note for every referral I made. Needless to say that was an amazing incentive! Moving forward On November 28 a friend of mine said that they had recently purchased a car from this dealership based on my referral. I texted Chris from C rich cars To notify him that I Had referred someone to the dealership. I was excited about the news, especially since Christmas was upcoming, and I could afford to have some flexibility around the holidays because my car payment would be paid! That was a BIG lie! It felt almost as though I had to chase the dealership for this check. I spoke to Chris multiple times regarding my car note being paid and I would keep referring other people if my car note would be paid all in text message I was so excited. He never confirmed that it would be a car note via text message. It smelled like a scam. One week before my car note is actually due, Chris tells me I can come to the dealership for the check or he'll mail it out. Personally, I didn't trust a check the amount of a car note to be mailed to my house so I told him that I would be picking the check up. At that point he told me it would take one week I thought to myself I would be late one day on my car note , however, no big deal as it does not get reported or have any late fees until five days later. The Friday before I had to pick up the check I texted Chris to ask what time should I come and pick up the check because I only have one day off and I was very busy with errands especially with a toddler! Chris never responded to my text messages. I had to get in contact with somebody else to finally get in contact with Chris for me. At that point Chris was rushing me to get to the dealership because he wanted to go home early this Saturday. Once I arrived to the dealership he told me "I don't know what you're talking about this car note payment but we cap it at $500 , so here you go." Chris claims that there is no way of finding out my car note amount.. what???? Sir I have paperwork which I'm certain this establishment has copies of because my version is a copy. Not to mention a simple screen shot of the car note could've helped to confirm the amount. It felt like I had pie on my face because I clearly remember two separate employees telling me about this referral bonus. He went to ask Javier and claimed that Javier said no such thing. Now my car note is officially five days late and this will affect my credit. I called to speak to the manager Kathrine or Yuri and never received a call back regarding this issue. Thank you C rich Cars and Luxury Motor club For the great holiday gift right before Christmas! I followed up with my friend to see whether they also told her about this referral bonus. My friend said that they also told her the same thing even to the point some police officers refer so many people that they do not end up paying their car note.
